Half of our condo had something not working, from door hands to outlets. Gorgeous view, just possibly not worth 3000 a week for a not up to par condo.

All and all a very nice experience. Awesome private beach, nice pool, clean rooms

I absolutely cannot say enough good things about my experience using Holiday Isle to book a condo for my proposal trip in June 2020. Patricia Denny did an INCREDIBLE job getting it together, and went entirely above and beyond when I left behind an expensive item in the condo to ensure that it was returned via mail to me. I asked to pay, and she wouldnt let me. Wow! I wish every company was as honest, caring, and hardworking as this one.These are good folks, folks! Theyve got it all!

Made a booking for april 15-19 thru vrbo to stay here paid $414 plus another $45 for travel protection and had another $236 to pay unfortunately we had a family emergency come up and knew we would not be able to attend trip so on march 23rd we cancelled trip owner says hes not responsible for refund because I booked thru vrbo that they are responsible vrbo and others say owner is responsible so either way Im out money for a trip Im unable to make it on

I booked needing a last minute place. I stayed at their gulf front condos at Sandpiper Cove. What a delight! I was right on the beach in a small, cozy complex (rather than a busy high rise). It was a one bedroom, but had a space for bunk beds for the kids and their own TV. Two bathrooms made it easy for getting everyone clean after a day at the beach. I loved Sandpiper Cove 1125. Holiday Isle Properties did a great job with service, selection, pricing, and a variety of locations. I would definitely recommend!

Seacrest 214 in Fort WaltonDo not rent this property. We were booked for 5 nights from July 24 to July 29. Holiday isle as a rental agency should look at the properties they rent. The 2 bedroom condo was clean. The kitchen more than met out needs. Convenient to the beach.The bad: the beds were very uncomfortable as in must be very old mattresses circa 10 years old. We did not sleep well. The mattress in trhe first room by the front door made my family member feel like he was sliding to the right and falling off. There was also no curtain in this room. There were blinds. But the bright lights outside filtered into the room.The mattress in the master bedroom was no improvement. The entire thing shook when one of us switched positions. Absolutely no back support. In short, no good sleep for the entire vacation. We cleaned and did the loaded the dishes in the dishwasher as requested in the last email before check-out.Would I rent from Holiday Isle again? Probably.Would I rent Seacrest 214? Never. The sad thing is there will be many more victims of the owners of this condos greed as it is posted on all booking websites on this planet. ---Anthony Conway

Love renting from these guys. I get a very good deal on rentals and they work with you on payments if you need it. We really like checking in here because they always have sand buckets filled with little toys for the kids (FREE). They have lots of DVDs and Blu-ray free to use in their office too. Always a great, flawless experience. Looking forward to next time!

Loved this place, so big so spacious, the workers were very helpful and the view is beautiful. I cant wait to come back here. The outside pool was big and pretty especially at night, you cant drink at the pool tho but the kids loved it.

We will definitely call Holiday Isle next time we go to Florida. We will recommend them to friends as well.Holiday Isle staff accommodated our special requests with a smile. They always greeted us warmly. They loaned us DVDs during our stay from their library, gave us free passes to local kids attractions (worth over $80 to us), and responded promptly when the condo was missing one wine opener.

This company canceled our vacation rental one week before our check in date. They had no sympathy and did not offer anything worthwhile to make up for it. We had to spend a fortune to change our flights and find a new place to stay at a different time. This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. If you plan to book with this company beware that you have no rights and they can cancel on you last minute with nothing in return but a refund.

Jack hammers in the condo below us at Inlet Reef 303. Really nice sound track for our week on the beach..... NOT! Gave them a 2 instead of a 1 because the condo is great, but not much of a way to enjoy it with the noise. Holiday Isle should have warned us or recommended a different unit away from the construction noise.

I love this place. Looking forward to our fifth year.

We rented a condo this week in Sandpiper Cove and the AC went out. After 2 service calls, (the HI folks were very responsive), they moved us to another condo (big upgrade). Very nice service recovery. Thanks to Holiday Isle, we will use them again.

This was the most unpleasant experience Ive ever had. I pack my family and drive 590 miles just to get there only to find out we could NOT stay in the condo i originally booked and paid for in advance because there were to many people (I made sure to list ALL my family when booking). They had no availability and didnt want to refund my money so they FORCED us in town-home in the middle of a parking lot (what a view -_-) and dirty at that. After a long day we wanted to shower and relax watch little TV but we couldnt NO HOT WATER, CABLE AND INTERNET. They came the next day and fixed the issue...NOT! When it was time to leave I called the office asking where to find the dumpster to drop off trash. He stated to load the bags in my car and drive to LA PAZ Mexican Restaurant and drop it there. OF COURSE I DIDNT BUT MAN THAT REALLY STRUCK A NERVE! At check out the rep mentioned the owner did not pay for the cable/internet services. My thoughts were; who cares Im checking out today. Overall i will NOT book with Holiday Isle again nor will i recommend anyone else to.

Best place to stay in Destin Holiday Isle youll never find a beach as pretty as Destin the water is to die for always have great rooms available to rent for the family or a large get together.Once you have been to Destin you will probably never want to go to another beach again also have the greatest fishing in the world

This is a renter Nightmare make sure you read the whole contract. Find a owner to rent from it’s much much better and these people .

We booked a condo with them in destin over the 4th of July, got the confirmation number. Then about 3 weeks later, they told me our reservation had been cancelled as the owner no longer wanted us to stay there as we had too many people. I had already put in the number of people when I booked online and they should have just declined it when I booked. We were stuck trying to scramble and find another place to stay just two weeks before our trip.
