They cancelled on me 4 days before my vacation and ruined my bachelorette party. Will never book with them ever again!!

Pelican Beach with management by Vacasa is horrible. Bunk beds were dirty with crumbs in sheets tv was broken along with the coffee table. No lamp or TV was plugged up had to completely plug both TVS. Sleeper sofa was completely broken but they actually fixed it by replacing the sleeper part. Never saw new sheets for the bunk beds. Called and they supposedly replaced them but they clearly didn’t they just dusted them off. I will never in my life recommend anything ran by Vacasa. Worst experience on vacation in my life and I have been traveling at least twice a year my entire life. I suggest you close out this and look somewhere else.

If you’re staying at Silver beach towers in Destin Florida, make absolute sure you stay at unit ran by compass resorts not Vacasa! Unit E1505 is the absolute filthiest units I have ever stayed in. Mold spots on the ceiling, crumbs, sand everywhere upon checking in and even a piece of pizza crust on the patio chair. No way this unit was cleaned, toilet had toilet paper in the toilet, strawberry jelly stain on the counter. Mind you this is during the spike of covid. So I checked into a room that has not been cleaned. What was I offered? $110 off my bill of $1800 for 3 nights. Until a better solution is offered I will have everyone on my stay leave reviews.

Not happy with the service from Vacasa, our room is ready but they will not allow early check in by 30 minutes even when a tropical storm warning is approaching.
