The condo was lovely. Exactly as stated online. We arrived 2 hrs. early, with a 1 year old and were advised of a $25 fee for 2 hr early check-in, but we were charged $28. Also, taking into consideration that life at the beach, comes with a lot of sand. Even on day 1, our feet were filthy walking on not very clean floors, otherwise I wouldve give 5 stars.

We absolutely loved our stay!! The room was super clean, great location and had a golf cart. The people were extremely nice. I had messed up on booking check in and check out dates and they were were wonderful to work with and very accommodating. We booked through them personally, we had Barbara and Sharron. Seriously both of the sweetest people. We go to Florida every year and next year, we will fit sure be booking through them again!

From the moment we found this house online our experience has been perfect from start to finish! we have never been to the area so this was all new to us. Everyone we came in contact with politely answered the several questions are asked and even assisted pointing me in the right direction to getting approved for the small trailer that I was pulling behind my suburban. The unit was clean well stocked and had everything we needed for the perfect getaway. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our dog. You are within a short tram ride or drive to two beautiful pools or the most beautiful beach around. Conveniently located besides several places to eat, Walmart and anything that you would want. Do not hesitate to book this property or any other one that they offer. My family thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the area and will be back! Shawn & Shannon

We loved our long weekend in Miramar Beach. The Mainsail condo is as advertised. I deducted one star due to current renovations conducted on property.**Warning**If you plan to visit soon, be aware of the current construction taking place on property. You will be awaken by loud noises at 0800 daily, particularly if they are working outside your specific unit as they were during our stay. Inquire when the renovations will finish before booking.

June 12-19 2021 We stayed at the condo 288 mainsail Miramar Very dirty, curtains torn in bedroom we had to fix bed it was apart! Never cleaned behind dressers under anything. Stove drawer on bottom broken hanging out and found roaches underneath when we tried to fix the drawer. Curtain in living room gross from bad water leak in the window where water was all over floor from rain. Internet was very bad than the last 2 days no internet or tv! 3 chairs were broke one was wobbly 2 the seats came off. The floors are filthy and stained all over. Needs serious up dating. I was very disappointed with this place and the price. Had friends come for the day to visit and they said it was disgusting! I sent pictures and they have yet reached out very unprofessional!!!

The place is well located, property well maintained, the house is nice and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. We had a few minor problems which they worked to correct. The people are very nice and helpful and we had a good time.

We have stayed at this resort 3 times now. We are very comfortable there, The pool is nice to come back from the beach and hang out a little longer. Our teens love being able to walk to the beach and the restaurants close by. We will definitely stay there again.

Pictures do not do justice! This condo is everything you could want and more. Extremely convenient location! extremely convenient traveling with children, highchair, pool access was extremely, close beach access. I was completely blown away and cannot thank them enough for one of the best vacations our family has ever had. My only recommendation being a family of eights is more pots and pans.

This is our 5th time booking thru Shore Dreams vacation rentals. Theyre always fairly priced, great at answer any and all questions and the amenities package they offer is really a great reason for us to book through them year after year. This year, the Destin Princess fishing wasnt available, and this was really something we looked forward to using, so I hope this comes back.

Well let me tell you we felt right at home walking into the place right off the bat.We had everything we needed kitchen was fully stocked TVs in every room kids were happy beds were clean and tidy.Just a great atmosphere all around. Getting to the beach was not a problem either maybe a three to five minute walk depending how much you’re lugging down to the water.The Gilbert’s keep a beautiful home thank you for the stay! We’ll be back!

We stayed a week at 430 Linkside. Beautiful and very clean unit. Beds were so comfortable slept better than when at home. Appreciated the use of the golf cart. We were able to go everywhere in it. Close to beach, Restaurants and marina. Enjoyed the pool and since we walked every day it was great for walking or running. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly want or need. Only complaint I had was there were two grills. The smaller one was completely rusted out on the bottom so couldn’t use it. The larger one was pretty rusted as well on the cooking part but I covered it with aluminum foil so it worked fine. Owners might want to invest in a better grill. But overall our vacation home for the week more than met my expectations and was one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed.

Overall it was a nice vacation and the location was perfect. The Unit we stayed in while it looks great in photos had its own issues. Nothing major or horrible to say the least just needs some tender love and care. But for the cost - it was worth it.- Water pressure and temperature were not great (like barely any water pressure and little to no hot water). Nothing we couldnt deal with.- in the kitchen there are sky lights and you could tell there was major water damage - we didnt stay long enough or have any rain to see if its still leaking and it didnt impact us in any way - but needs to be fixed- bathroom light in upstairs hall didnt work - again we worked around it (left door open/window opened and made due)On the positive side:- Turtles outback were so fun to feed as soon as you walk outside they come swimming over to await the food!- location was perfect... I took long walks in the morning and never felt nervous - it was great!- golf cart was fun and great to get around- pool was walking distance which was great- the size of the house was great for my family - we each got our own rooms!Overall it was a nice vacation... Shore Dreams helped get me booked on an AMAZING Dolphin Cruise which truly made the trip for my daughter and was a great way to end it for us! Very easy to get in/out...

The whole family had black feet and we hadnt even been there for 5 mins. There was trash on the ground around the condo. The shrubbery was all over grown around the stairs. There was no water pressure in the condo and the second bathrrom constantly dripped water. Dont recommend staying here

Last minute trip and had to take our dogs,,, we were VERY PLEASED. Very professional/helpful staff. The condo was clean and super close walk to the beach. We will def be back as it was so clean and affordable.

Great condo to vacation with our family. Clean and great beach location. Beach chairs and umbrella were great addition to those we also brought for the nine of us. Only issue was the full size bed in the front room. My mom and niece had difficulty sleeping in it as it dips in the center. Otherwise, great vacation spot!

We had an awesome summer vacation at the Shore Dreams Vacation rental. The team was very responsive and helpful during our stay. The home had all the amenities you could ask for and was convenient to the beach and had a heated pool. The home was beautiful and well cared for. I would definitely recommend this company.

Our stay at Maravilla was excellent. Great view!! Everything was clean & cared for. The kitchen could have a few more pots/pans but we made do just fine. Access was so easy with the keypad. Nice big space and you just cant beat the view!! 2 pools & just walk across the street to the beach. Free beach chairs & umbrella each day was extra bonus!!

Great place! Clean, cute decor & close to beach assess and in corner of property. Easy transactions & good communication.Cons: remote in bedroom nonworking, door to toilet from bedroom sticks badly, back porch light not working. Neighbors towards end of trip were peeing near shower and throwing water off back balcony.

We have stayed here for at least the last 4 years, two times a year! They are absolutely great and the condo has always been very clean and if you have a problem they are on top of it! We have always booked with Barbara at Shore Dreams and she is so amazing, she is like a family member now! Very courteous and right on top of her game. This year we had a different person who booked us and she was amazing! BLUE SURF #25 is out favorite unit!!! it was the perfect location and updated with beautiful flooring/ceiling and decor! Free beach umbrella/chair service was a bonus! AND its only 1min (if that) to walk to the ocean. we can even see the ocean from the living room and balcony porch. Pool was clean and maintained. Also right across from pompano joes so that was easy!

What can we say about this house? Everything was amazing! Loved the decor, fresh and clean new construction- well built and in a great location. The private pool and spa were amazing, as we had it heated to our liking! The beach access - 8 minute walk was amazing as well! Too many likes to add here, just go and see for yourself. You will not be disappointed! Will be going back in the very near future!

Beautiful comfortable unit! My favorite place to stay at the beach! Extremely clean. Beds are very comfortable. Close to beach, Baytown, and multiple pools. Golf cart makes it easy to carry your beach or pool supplies with you. Nice screened in back porch - perfect for sitting to drink morning coffee. Kitchen stocked with all you need to cook a great meal. 10/10

Booking a vacation with Shore Dreams was effortless. The representative I spoke with was knowledgeable and friendly. The communication with Shore Dreams via email and the app was also amazing. Added bonus was the Seaz the Day fun pass that was included with our rental. We took advantage of the coupons and enjoyed a trip on the Sea Blaster for a fraction of the cost. I will definitely use Shore Dreams for my vacation rentals in the future!

We did not have one problem. The code to get in worked every time. Condo was even better than pictures shone. We never felt cramped there was plenty of space. Excellent!

This property was just perfect for our needs. The quiet neighborhood was great for walks with the dog and plenty of places to explore. The condo was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. There was plenty of parking for the beach access point, although that made the beach fairly crowded. The tunnel access underneath highway 98 was nice, however we chose to take the car since there was not a parking issue to worry about. This was our first time renting from Shore Dreams. They were very easy to work with and eager to answer any and all questions we had. Will definitely rent from them again.

This was my second time using Shoredreams and I absolutely love them! Everything is the exact same as advertised. It’s always nice and clean and feels like home. Very reasonable and much nicer in person. Ms. Barbara is very kind and sweet. She helps me find the best rentals. Highly satisfied w/them!

Shore Dreams rentals was efficient and great while booking and having questions I’m the beginning. Now that our vacation is over and it’s been almost a month since it was over, they have not responded to calls and messages left. nor has anyone replied to emails. We are due a damage deposit refund in the amount of $500. We haven’t received it. There was no damage left. I will never give SHORE DREAMS our business again. ** Condo was great except for a bedroom area rug had multiple pet urine stains if you flip it over and inspect the backside.

Good area. Right across the street from the beach. Descent view. Room smelled and looked clean when we walked in. The dryer in our condo didn’t work and neither did the WiFi. When I tried to use the iron on one of my white shirts I pressed the steam button and it shot black stuff out onto my white dress shirts. The mattress felt like I was sleeping on a cardboard box. The shower in the master bash squeals the entire time you run the shower. And the elevator is well over due for maintenance. It has broken buttons and sounds terrible. We got the room on pretty short notice and they were on of the only places I could fined that would let me bring my large dogs. We didn’t spend much time in the room so it didn’t bother me too much but if nothing is said nothing will be done about.

So much more than we expected. We are a family of 5 with a puppy. We stayed during our spring break and absolutely loved everything. We even stayed an extra day. The only problem we ran into was the pool being closed for almost half the day for them to clean, after calling we were notified that we could go back after a few hours. Anytime we called they were very responsive and everyone was very pleasant in the neighborhood as well. We will definitely stay again 😊😊

We stayed in Maravilla Condo in Miramar Beach. The photo shows serene views of the balcony overlooking an almost empty beach. We also received numerous emails reminding us of the expectations of being quiet. Our expectation was a quiet relaxing vacation. Imagine our surprise when we arrive to a noisy street directly in front of our ocean front balcony with nonstop cruising and music blaring from cars all day and late into the night. In addition the tour helicopters and planes buzz over endlessly all day everyday. Our balcony was unusable due to the noise. The pool was absolutely packed with various groups rolling out large speakers and playing music. They seem to be competing over whose speakers were louder. The 2nd bedroom had a queen size bed squeezed in with inches between it and the wall. No closet or storage for my kids suitcases or clothes. A bunk bed would be a much more efficient use of the space. The condo suited our needs but we were led to believe this would be a quiet restorative vacation and that’s not what we experienced.

This place is AMAZING! Great furnishings! Exceptionally clean and bedding was so comfortable!The ground floor is so convenient. The pool and beach service was excellent! Plan to return to this unit several more times this year!

We have had shore dreams manage our last couple of fl rentals and they have done a absolutely wonderful job. all the details were handled clearly and on time. the housekeeping staff were top notch. if you get a chance to use them for your rental you will not be disappointed. they are 5 star all the way. thanks shore dreams.

We stayed at Chateau Le Mer in Destin. Location is perfect and the grounds were really well kept. Beach was phenomenal and very family friendly.There were no lights at the pool, making night time swims difficult. Our unit (6E) was VERY outdated and in need of a DEEP CLEAN. The furniture was worn and stained - the walls were dirty and need painting. Every dish was dirty and there were many places on the walls that featured hanging hooks, but no pictures. Our biggest issue with this property is that the pictures were misleading. The very minimum in amenities such as bath mats or extra blankets were not provided. We will not be booking this unit ever again. We have never had an issue with misrepresentation when booking with another service such as VRBO.

Nice place to stay close to the beach! It was clean and the company was great. There was a party going on upstairs one night but that was not the fault of the company. Would recommend.

The room where there was 2 twin beds had a electrical outlet with no cover. The twin bed beside the window was missing a leg. Every time someone set down on it the whole bed flipped up. The chairs at the dining room table keep shedding black stuff onto the floor. There is definitely a mix of pans, pots, etc…not any pans really big enough to make a large batch of spaghetti for our crew. The pool area was ok. Could use wayyyy more chairs. Somehow one of the 3 tables lost it’s umbrella by day 5…a couple of the pool chairs were torn as well. The walls had lots of picture hanging hooks with no pictures. I haven’t ever seen that before. Walls were pretty beat up. There is a door by the inner living room that had the bottom splintering. Parking is awful! If you rent a 3 bedroom/2 bath and it can accommodate 8 adults you have more than one car. It was a hassle every time you came back from eating or shopping. You never had a parking spot. There was a visitor parking lot way away from our condo. If I’m paying that much I should have a secured dedicated parking spot. Beach was across the street through a locked door…Shore Dreams was ok to deal with. I hope the owners know they need some things done to their condo.I have paid a lot less and been oceanfront in nicer large condos…

The company was quick to respond to our request for rental. Paperwork was easily done over the internet. They were responsive to items that needed repair in the rental. I would use them again.

The condo was very nice and clean.. updated for the most part.. very nice king bed.. easy to check in by using your code to open the door.. heated pool was clean and big...Full kitchen was very nice... location was very good .. private beach access was great.. I drove 900 miles (one way) to spend a week here.. I was very happy with it.. Barbra and Karen was very helpful.. and nice.. I don’t have any cons about this property...

Place wasn’t horrible for older condo but was dirty! The floors were never cleaned before we checked in, my son had food in his bed when we pulled back the covers so his sheets were never washed in between visitiora (thankfully had two beds in the room).

The girl I worked with at SDVR was very nice, helpful and professional. I would definitely use them again.

It smelled like Marijuana whenever we first walked in. The pictures on the website must be from years ago. It needs updated. The carpet is disgusting. It has to be 20 years old. The furniture is nasty. Half of the lights didnt work. One toilet stopped working after day 1. We found Marijuana out on the back screened in porch. We found someones dirty underwear at the head of one of the beds.

This is the 5th year we have booked through Shore Dreams and they are a pleasure to deal with. This was the first year we had to call maintenance and received a prompt response. .

We all had such a wonderful time on Spooky Lane! The house was perfect for our families. The pool was a must-have for our boys. When we couldn’t figure out the heating, Shore Dreams helped us contact the pool company and the pool man was there to help us within an hour. The view was spectacular from the top floor and the outdoor covered decks were perfect for dinner and cards. Restaurants are within walking distance and the short walk to the ice cream shop was nice for our teens. Having the elevator was also a must have for our parents who would find stairs a bit difficult. The little kids really enjoyed the beach which was a short two minute walk away and being able to wash off the sand in the outdoor shower before coming in the house was great! The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of silverware, plates, cups, glasses, wine glasses, dishes, baking sheets, pots and pans, and storage containers. The Keruig made coffee easy for all of us each morning. Every bathroom was stocked well with towels and wash cloths. It was everything we needed and more! We hope to be able to visit again soon!

We rented a condo at Chateau in Destin FL. The place was filthy we called and requested a different place to stay we ended up in a Condo next to the first one. It was in better shape but not much better. We will definitely go through Shore Dreams Rentals for our next trip. But will never stay at Chateau again. Thanks Shore Dreams for helping us out this time around.

We just completed a stay at one of Shore Dreams properties from 1/24/21 thru 2/27/21. We had originally rented one place and the owner put it on the market and sold quickly. Before Shore Dreams contacted us to let us know they had already secured another condo for the same price and to make it better it was amazingly beautiful and way better than our original. We worked with Barbara and Karen and we were amazed at their professionalism and handling of what could have been a major issue when we were less than a month from our arrival date. We now have found our rental company we would use when we stay in the panhandle area again. As for the property itself we stayed was Crystal Cove 2317 Sandestin. All we can say is this was the most wonderful property we have ever stayed at during all our trips to the area. It was decorated wonderfully, had everything you could possibly need during you stay and the location was quite and peaceful. From the comfortable king bed to the kitchen accessories they had it all. The golf cart made it great for going to the local pool and beach. We enjoyed the screened in back porch during our entire stay for having coffee in the morning, lunch and cocktails in the evening. We highly recommend if you are wanting a peaceful not on the beachfront condo do yourself a favor and checkout this great property and Shore Dream for all they have to offer.

Loved the easy access to our unit! Parked right in front and carried luggage and groceries inside in five minutes. Parking across the street to access the beach was also great. I LOVED Ciboney vacayion townhome. The room was perfect. We loved the balcony views of the ocean from room 3006. The beach was steps away.

The first night stay we walked across the street for dinner, and when we came back, someone had placed all of their garbage in the back of our truck. Very disappointing. Other than that, our stay was great.

Lots of of towels, linens, pillows, and hot water. Comfortable beds, back yard area for dogs, GREAT LOCATION, quiet and clean. Sleeps 4 adults comfortably. Pull out bed is what youd expect.

Shortly before our vacation I decided to look at the pictures of the rental property and started checking all the reviews. To be honest, if I had read the review first, I would have looked for a different place. It was too late the change our minds so I decided to give the management company a call and discuss my concerns. The management company was very professional and assured me that my concerns had been addresses and that they were aware of the bad reviews. They also had Terri, the housekeeper give me a call. I really enjoyed my conversation with Terri. She was very polite and professional and we talked for quite a while. So, the positive about my experience… The lake house was clean and comfortable. The view was amazing. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were nice and large. The master bedroom had a really nice sitting area. We ate all of our meals on the back patio overlooking the lake. The paperwork I received from the management company was well put together. The negative…The ant problem still exists. We left dishes in the sink and dishwasher without thinking about it. The next morning the sink and dishwasher were full of ants. We had to be careful with all of our food items from that point on. The overhead light in the kitchen is terrible. It is broken and makes the kitchen very dark. The house has nice appliances so it would be nice to be able to see them clearly. We had to have Terri come over our second day there because the ac had quit working. I also had her fix the volume on the TV (we couldn’t get any sound) I also had her check the hot tub because the jets didn’t seem to be working very well. It was just like taking a hot bath. That was disappointing because we were looking for a place with a hot tub. The lid for the hot tub took two people to remove. That was extremely heavy. We couldn’t put it back before we left. I don’t know that I would rent this place again. Terri and the management company were great but the owners definitely need to put some love into the lake house and make it nicer. It could be really wonderful. The lake was so amazing. The negative reviews will hurt the rental going forward.

Another great stay at Edgewater 801. You cant beat this location when you want to stay in the Destin area. You are right on the beach and dont have to travel far for shopping, food, golf, and other entertainment. We did have a minor issue with the light in the kitchen but Shore Dreams took care of the issue right away. Love this place! Highly recommend this unit when you want a stay in the Destin area without having to battle the traffic in Destin itself.

The place was cute and cozy. The beach was just across the street and one of the pools with 3 hot tubs were just behind it.

Did not disclose there was both painting (our windows were covered in plastic and blue tape and drop cloth in front of the door) or structural repairs that required drilling all day for several days. It was loud, I couldn’t leave my dog alone due to workers, and the advertised WiFi didn’t work. I had to call to attempt to get it repaired... not my job. The server never reset so they allowed me to use a vacant room’s connection. Which was slow. I needed WiFi for work and my kids’ online school. It was incredibly frustrating.The rental company offered us some free community things to do, but that will never compensate for the stress the condition caused.Our room was clean except for the floor that needed bleaching and mopping with a clean mop. I would have done this myself but the mop was covered in hair.We had adequate furnishings, excellent views and location, and the rental company had good communication both over the phone and e-mail. Enjoyed the ability to bring my black lab, adequate grass for her, and zero carpet.

We stayed across the streetIn Destin and absolutely loved it! The place was very clean and was dog friendly! Easy to access with keyless and contactless entry. Can’t wait to go again!

We had a great stay. Our plans were very last minute and the team was responsive and quickly got us the information. The condo was amazingly clean and well stocked, probably the best I’ve seen. Location was lovely with great access to a beautiful private beach area that was clean as well, with great local restaurants and grocery stores. We will be back!

Place was very clean. Nicely decorated. Great location. Needed to have hot pads, extra towels for kitchen.

Easy to work with. Beds were uncomfortable but close to beach.

Easy process to book and check in. Property was as stated and the checkout was painless as well. Would use them again.

Over-all and ultimately, very enjoyable experience. Only hiccup was code given to us did not open door. However, personnel were/was available (via phone), considerate, concerned and most helpful. Wile somewhat concerning initially, things resolved rather quickly, efficiently and satisfactorily! Would recommend and will use again in the future without hesitation!
