Techs, Dave and Dave were awesome. Younger Dave was very straightforward and deliberate. I like that in a tech. Went over process as he did. Although the salesman seemed just that.. sales. A week later after sale, still hasnt responded to a text from me. Interesting to see if they do personal call backs or just text checks since installation is now complete and done. But installation team was awesome, with any big home improvement, I set out a cooler with drinks and snacks knowing theyd be here a few hours. They appreciated it.

Logan did an amazing job. I had been getting the run around from another HVAC company and my issues weren’t getting resolved. I called Logan and they had a tech out that same day. He quickly identified the issues and discussed all of the options with me. I opted to install a new furnace as mine was 15+ years old. Logan sent an install team the next morning and they had my new furnace up and running in about 4 hours. Amazing service, super professional and competent. Better pricing than I was expecting too, better than national averages I found on Google. I would highly recommend Logan. The techs Craig, Kyle and Joey all did a great job.

Kyle and Jared performed a full installation of a new furnace and AC unit. Despite the fact that it rained all day they completed the install within the time frame I was promised. My parents, Don and Becky Vernon had Logans out Wednesday to replace the Furnace and Central Air. From the beginning, they felt that Logans was upfront with the services that they could provide and the options that my parents had to replace their furnace. They were able to provide a higher quality product than the other two local businesses they had checked with. They were prompt at returning my dads phone call. After 75 days of waiting for another company to get in the furnace, that was needed, my parents cancelled from that business and called Logans. Within 9 days of contacting Logans, my parents were enjoying their new central air. Bobby and Brendan, the installers, were very professional, left everything spotless, and were great with my parents. They are definitely pleased and will recommend Logans to other people! Several months ago decided it was time to get some quotes to replace our heat pump. It was 17 years old and on its last legs. Had several companies out, but Travis, of Logan AC & Heat stood out for his technical knowledge and simple and straightforward explanations of our options. Compared to two other companies, Logan had the least expensive option for the same style equipment, along with very attractive financing available. So... I was all set to get this going in a month or so, when the current unit went out suddenly in the middle of this 95 degree heat wave! Amazingly, Logan A/C & Heat was able to switch and swap things around to get our family taken care of in ONE DAY. ONE DAY, people!!!! The installers, Devin and Eric were on time, personable, professional and just down right awesome. They got here at 9 am and the job was done (and my house was blessedly cooling down!!!) by 2:30 pm. My mother is immune compromised and they wore masks to keep her safe, even in this heat, without complaint. Devin gave me excellent instruction on the new electronic thermostat and the two of them left the place spotless. I cannot rave enough about this company. Dont even hesitate--these are the people you want to work with!!!

Hired them to clean my hvac system so I could breath with ease in my new home. Only to have them come back out a 2nd time to clean again. System still dirty and they want to come back A 3rd time. For the price I paid for this service them being on the higher end of things I expected top notch service. Working long hours and trying to get situated in my new home not really any time for a 3rd cleaning. Beware if you want a cleaning done look elsewhere! If you want a cleaning that looks good from the surface by all means hire them for your project.

Aron did a great job installing our furnace and setting up our thermostat for us his assistant did a wonderful job installing the air conditioner and setting it up overall i think they a great job and left the work area clean just the it was we are glad we picked Logan services thanks jill and terry

Only one complain, better communication i guess is best way to put it. If your not sure how long something is going to take, please tell me that. Dont tell me 10-15 minutes and Im left waiting an hour. Just be honest. You dont know, you dont know. I can deal with that. Other than that, service was fantastic. They really work hard to ensure everything is done correctly. They dont rush it and they test everything before leaving and answer any and all questions. Explain thoroughly how things work. Very polite and professional. Highly recommend.

I had a Trane Furnace/Air Conditioner last Wednesday. They removed the old equipment and installed the new equipment in 7 hours. They explained everything they did and made sure I new how to use and take care of everything. David Simonson was the ultimate professional. So was his dad!

I’m very happy I went with Logan! Aaron was great at explaining the different A/C units and furnaces to me and did not try to upsell anything to me that I did not need. He knew what my budget was and he stuck within it. Clay, Eli and Joey were my installers. They were on time, very courteous and worked well over 8 hours (closer to 9 hours) to get everything installed properly and removed my old AC and furnace. I highly recommend Logan Services!

The salesperson was great. He was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The installers were great too. They were on time, friendly and walked me through the ac, furnace , air filter and thermostat installation. My only complaint is there were 3 very noticeable scratches on the two front facing corners of the ac unit after the job was done. I think this happened in the factory or warehouse because the installers were very professional. I brought it up to the salesperson and almost immediately I got a call back from somebody at Logan to set up a time to have the paint touched up. Every single person went above and beyond. They have a customer for life.

Our AC failed and due to the age of our furnace we decided to replace both. We got a fair estimate on a Friday afternoon and install was scheduled for Monday. We received the best customer service! Michael was the first person to come out in an attempt to fix our existing unit. Given the units age, and items in need of replacement, we decided to scrap it. Only business I know that does not apply cost for service call towards repair costs, means extra $s. AC had died due to a shorted wire that was poorly routed when Logan replaced entire system in 2018 (pinched wire against sharp edge of metal clamp in high vibe environment) ... failure was 100% preventable, didnt have to happen. Only thing that saved business from 0 or 1 stars was the great technician.

All around great experience having our heat pump and furnace system replaced. It was nice to get a job done like it was suppose to be done by people who appeared to care about their work. Michael F. was very professional and polite providing the quote and answering my many questions. Bobby Frye and Brendan H. were very professional, courteous, and thorough installing the system, and made sure we knew about features and operation of system. Only one small thing I was disappointed about was that varmint screen guards were not installed on intake and exhaust vents on the furnace. They are a small and inexpensive thing to do and assumed they would be put on. From our past experience it is all but guaranteed in the future we will have a critter get into one of vents causing the furnace to malfunction and not work.

I had a pleasant experience with Andy (service tech) on a A/C repair in late August. My issue is with the $109 service charge from Logan . I DID know about this fee when I scheduled the appointment. What I did NOT know and was not explained that this does NOT apply toward the labor rate on the repair. I was charged an additional $130 for a capacitor to be replaced under warranty.We spent $10,000 with this company on new Trane unit ( both heating/cooling units) back in 2017. I feel this is an unethical practice. After voicing my concern with Bill W. he informed me this is how we do it in our industry. I will be taking my business to a more ethical company. Im sure that other HVAC companies would love my business in the future. Im a Realtor with many Clients/friends/ and colleagues who will need a service in the future.Customer satisfaction goes a long way...but NOT with Logan Heating and air. VERY DISAPPOINTED...

Rick and Willie showed up by 9am as we were told they would and worked hard all day, in the rain to boot, to get our new Trane AC/ Heating unit installed. They treated our home like it was a million dollar mansion with drop cloths laid over our flooring and carpet and wore protective booties over their shoes when inside. We have not had good experiences with many companies doing work in and around our house here in OH but this company is one of the good ones and I will recommend them to family and friends! Good job again Rick and Willie!

Logan’s was the only company who would even come out to my house after a week without AC. My family and I are so very thankful for Shane and Kyle that installed our new system. Super professional and hard working guys. Got our new unit installed in under two hours on a Saturday morning. I highly recommend Logan’s. The financing is a life saver as well, as most of the replacement/service cost is more than most people have saved up. Will definitely use them down the road.

Logan came through for us! We knew we were living on borrowed time and had already started gathering quotes on an entire HVAC system. Our time frame sped up considerably, when our AC broke during the hottest days of summer. Mike, our salesman, saw to it that installation began the day after we reached our decision to go with Logan! Clay, Eli, and Kyle took good care of us and were friendly, yet professional. Not everything went off without a hitch, but that was a communication error - not their fault. The AC was working and that was most important. Clay came the next day to finish the job and was just as helpful and patient as the first day. Hats off to Logan for this great team! All in time for our out-of-town guests. Phew!

Main reason I went with this company is that they offered free air duct cleaning when buying hvac. I have bad allergies and the previous homeowners didnt change the filter or ever clean the ducts. The guy who sold us the unit said they were only backlogged a week or two. They called and scheduled the appointment for two months later, but they put in the wrong date and we agreed on a date two weeks from now and and confirmed it to me a couple times over the phone. Now we have to wait two more months to get our air ducts cleaned. So a total of 4 months when they told us a week or two. He also made the warranty seem a lot longer then it is. If the system stops working because of a bad part they fix it without a service charge for a year then theres a service charge. If the installers screwed something up they only cover it for a year. Seems like thry dont trust there experts enough to give it a longer warranty.

Clay and Eli did a great job. They were here for 12 1/2 hours and it was in the 90s. They had great attitudes! It was all about doing the job right and not about getting the job done. They had a few natural bumps with the installations and they just kept the same attitude and effort all the way to the end. Even at 9:30 at night, they took there time to walk me through the job and explained everything.

Such a great experience with Bobby Frye and Clay Nippert. They did a fantastic job on the complete overhaul of our system. We went from an old single stage heat pump and an air handler from 1979 both electric only to the top of the line Trane XV20i heat pump and a propane furnace Trane XC95m. So awesome! Also got a UV light and a Electronic Air Cleaner. We will be so happy and comfortable for many years to come thanks to Bobby and Clay. I really appreciate everything your team did for us. Our lives have truly changed for the better. Money well spent.

Clay and Eli were on time and professional. They laid down protective coverings on the floors, wore booties, and did excellent work. They also took away our old AC unit and all the old parts. Logan Services pricing was also about 25% better than the other bids we got on similar efficiency models. To boot, they were able to install a unit 4 days before the other companies bidding were able to. I couldn’t have been happier with the entire experience.

Had to have new air conditioner and furnace installed. Andrew showed up on Sunday when our air conditioning stopped working and provided us a thorough analysis of the problem and several estimates. We were fortunate to get an appointment the next day to get the new systems installed. Shane, Mike and Dillon showed up at 9am and didn’t leave until everything was completely installed, checked and verified. They were very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend!

They made sure to protect our floors, cleaned up inside and out, and ensured I knew how the new system works before they left. During the installation process the installation crew informed of all processes and how all components were to work after completion. Very minimal mess. Very polite and cordial workers. Clean up was all handled by the crew and after completion of installation they walked my wife and myself through the maintenance and usage of our new equipment. I am very pleased with the service that Logan AC & Heat Service provided. Our AC unit and furnace was long overdue for a replacement and this was apparent when we attempted to use the AC for the first time this year and it didn’t work. I called Logan to have a technician come out and was pleased with customer service. They were courteous and was able send a technician out the next day. The technician, Jeremy, was knowledgeable and was able to troubleshoot my AC unit down to the faulty component and shorted wire. He also found a crack in my furnace heat exchanger. Based on this info, I decided to have both systems replaced. The pricing was competitive and I feel good about the discounts I received. Additionally, I was able to have the systems installed the next day. Devin and Eric were my technicians and they did an awesome job. They were professional and the quality of work was outstanding. My experience was top notch, since the estimate consult with Allen to the Installation with Clay and his crew (Eli and Raven). Everyone was courteous, informative (answered all my questions) and thorough, and cleaned everything up like they hadnt been there. I had furnace and AC replacement (Trane S9V2/ XL18I) install two weeks ago, and for the first time in years my house is maintaining at the temperature I want. And the price for the Trane system I wanted was less expensive than the other guys basic system. I HIGHLY recommend Logan AC and Heat Services.

I had never used Logans services before a couple of weeks ago but, now that I have, I have to say that Im pleased with the work theyve performed for me.My homes AC stopped working about two weeks ago so, based on online reviews and the fact that they could send a repair tech out later that same day, I decided to give them a try. Prior to the technicians arrival at my house, I received a text with the technicians name, Bret, as well as a picture of him. Bret arrived on-time and quickly diagnosed the problem as a blown capacitor in the outside AC unit. He provided a cost estimate for the needed repair, but also pointed out a couple of other issues with my system that could cause problems in the near future. Bret then asked me how I would like to proceed - repair the system, replace the system or do nothing. I chose to repair my existing system, but did request a price quote for possible system replacement. Bret fixed my AC while he was there and also provided the requested price quote. He was very friendly and courteous, and I did not feel pressured into buying a new system.After thinking it over for a day or so, I decided to go ahead and replace my existing HVAC system after all and scheduled the replacement. In my situation, the cost of the repair - parts and labor - was deducted from the new system price, though I dont know if that is standard practice with Logan. As with the repair visit, I received a text when the installation team, this time led by Aaron, was on their way to the house. Like with Bret, Aaron and his team arrived on-time and were always courteous and friendly. The three-man team did a good job of protecting the floors in our house and then worked quickly to take out our old furnace and AC unit and replace them with the new units. They finished their work about seven or eight hours after they arrived and, prior to leaving, Aaron made certain that I was familiar with the new system and that he had answered all of my questions.Overall, I consider the entire process to have been quite streamlined and it left me with a positive attitude toward Logan. Im hoping to not need HVAC repair services again anytime soon but, if I do, Ill probably give them a call.

About a week ago, we found some water in our basement and called Logan to get some help. After the initial diagnostic, it was evident that our old system was on life support and getting worse. Logan was able to get a team out today, less than 24 hours after the initial diagnostic, to install a whole new system. Along with a few other issues that needed to be fixed to get things up to code, the guys did an amazing job. I dont remember everyones name, but Devin and the crew couldnt have been more thorough and more professional. I cant recommend Logan Services enough!

My air unit and furnace went out last week just in time for the warm weekend. Logans was able to come out to my house days faster than any other company in the area and was able to install my new system at the beginning of the week. I am so pleased with my new system and the great work that Tony Simonson and Dan Cheek did while working in my house. If anyone asks me who to call about heating or cooling needs I will recommend Logan in a heartbeat.

Logan was great, from the first person who came out for a quote till the install. Everyone was very knowledgeable, kind, and very helpful. House feels great now. I would recommended and so would my fur babies, who are much cooler now too . :)

The service man came out to do a repair. After 2 hrs of completion of the job, the AC stopped working again due to the same issue. We called to get the situation addressed and was promised the service man would be there at 8:00am the next day to assess the same issue. The field service supervisor did not follow back up until several days later to address the issue. In addition, he was not concerned about the employee not showing up to complete the job. Very poor customer service and follow up.

Bobby F. and Brendan H. were absolutely terrific with our new HVAC install today. Before they began their work, they gave us a detailed explanation of the whole process and then set to work! I don’t think they actually took a break through the whole day and all the work was complete in just over 8 hours. When they had finished, Bobby gave us a tour of our new system, helped us set up the WiFi on our thermostat and made sure that everything was to our liking. Everything was left clean and tidy. We are very satisfied customers!

They put down drop cloths on my floor all the way down the basement steps and they wore shoe coverings. Work completed as quoted. Technician was knowledgeable, thorough and committed to the task. He was polite and respectful of us and our property. Pleased with work and outcome. Company responded same day as initial call to evaluate the problem. Waiting 9 days for the new coil to arrive, however, was the most unpleasant part given the extreme temps during that time.

Devin and Eric came out to install a new furnace, air conditioner, humidifier, and new thermostat. They we right on time and did a stellar job through the whole install. They were very quick , friendly, knowledgeable and over came some tricky obstacles to get everything in. During the install, service followed up to arrange the duct cleaning. The entire process was performed professionally and the sales rep and installers were on time for the appointments and explained the actions in great detail. The company was very responsive to our needs and moved quickly. The installation team (Clay Nippert & El Archer) were outstanding, performing the install professionally, neatly, and timely. I cant say enough about how amazing they are. The people who owned our home before us did an absolutely terrible job installing the furnace and A/C unit on the house themselves. As they were installing all new equipment for us, we noticed they were really fixing more than was normal to help us. They truly went above and beyond, were kind, professional, and overall amazing.

Knowing that my AC unit was pushing 22 years old and that it would likely go out in the middle of summer, my wife and I decided to replace it. I contacted Logan AC and Heat Services and could not ask for a better experience. I initially met with their sales rep, Michael, who was knowledgeable and provided great guidance with what products would best meet the needs of my home. Ultimately we opted replaced the AC and the furnace (17 years old).On the day of the install, Shane Day, Daniel C. and Elijah S. arrived on time and got to work right away. They were professional, fast and efficient. They were very cordial and answered the several dozen questions I had regarding the new units and their operations. They also provided a lot of pointers that I hadnt thought of.Overall, if I could give a higher star rating I would. Contacted Logan Services about replacing our 20 plus year old system. Sales rep Travis was very enjoyable to talk with. Explained systems very well. We purchased system and it was scheduled for install within 48 hrs. Kyle Q, Makel and Devin arrived early on day of install. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Left no mess and set up new thermostat and made sure we understood how system works. Everyone we talked with or dealt with was very professional. We really enjoyed dealing with Travis. We felt he went above and beyond to help with getting us approved. I was unable to be on site during final sale or install. Techs made sure my wife understood system and operation.
