Lloyd is the most knowledgable HVAC specialist I have met and I have gone through a lot of bad ones. He saves my company money by not doing unnecessary repairs. He is one of the kindest men I have met. I hold Lloyd in the highest esteem.

I would not use this company. They show up and then leave at lunch and not return till the next morning. They are not professional. They show up in street clothes. If you dont care about the way you present yourself then you dont care how professional your work is. They dont answer phone calls and there office is always closed and locked up.Just so everyone knows. The owner of this place is a total jerk. Very rude and impossible to deal with. I am calling the BBB and calling the State of Ohio. I will work to get their licence to work revoked. They do not deserve to be in business.An update on Wells heating and Air. The owner has a criminal record. He owes his old Land Lord thousands of dollars for unpaid rent. He owes Columbus Temperature controls money, he owes Train for training, him and his employees received and they didnt pay for. He took a local Church for 2,000. The company name has changed several times do to money issues, he owes the Ohio Dept. Of Taxation. He has put the company in his sons name to keep from losing the company. The companys new address is 2031 Valley St. Just in case some one needs to locate them.

We unfortunately have had a very bad experience, we had our AC unit and heater installed in the past 2 years, both have 5 year guarantees. Our AC unit wont turn on, we have been begging them to come and fix it for 2 and half weeks, we cant get them to respond adequately or fix it. They did not honor their service in replacing our heater either, as our old heater is still in our basement. They also had many other small missteps in providing adequate service. I think the owner and workers are nice people, however, the service they deliver is not adequate at all, and in no way are they reliable.

They installed my heating and air conditioner four years ago. I just had it replaced. It rusted out due to them not installing it properly. They are a bizarre, unethical company.

Wells Heating and Air Conditioning has provided service for all of my HVAC needs both residentialy and commercially. I have used them multiple times annually for many years and have received exemplary service. I have been treated fairly regarding pricing and have been treated professionally regarding service. I have recommended this company to my clients and friends as well. I cannot speak highly enough about the service I have received from this company.

Paid all this money for my ac unit it doesnt work cant reach them to have them look at it. I wish I could give 0 but they deserve 1 because in the past they were great. Recently the service has been terrible I just want them to finish the job they were paid for. Answer the phone stand by your work.

I would not do business with this company. I cancelled work before it had taken place. They still have not refunded me my $1200 and it has been over a year. They do not have good business practices. Stay clear!!

Not sure why this place keeps getting bad reviews. Lloyd really cares about his customers and goes above and beyond for them to be happy!

I had HVAC installed 7/2016. They promised me that they will send for my rebate. In the past 2 years I called them many times but they never return my calls and ignored my request. I am extremely surprised how they treat customers in such an unprofessional way! How I wish I had read their reviews before I hired them to do the job.
