Frank was very professional, responsive, and kind. He did amazing work. He installed a new furnace and ac unit for us. He did not try to sell us on something of low quality or that we didnt need, like another company did when getting a quote. While we waited for our units to arrive he filled up our current ac unit free of charge so we could stay cool during the 90+ degree days. He explained everything in great detail but in a way which someone not in the industry could understand. He worked quickly and did high quality work. He made sure the furnace was well sealed, unlike our previous one. He truly did superior work and I would highly recommend him. I felt, and feel, very comfortable leaving our HVAC needs in his hands. Look no further, this is your guy.

I asked them to find and repair a leak in September. They came out and said it was the coil so I paid to have them replace the coil. Well the leak is still there and perhaps even a little worse as it had leaked all the way to almost empty by Spring. So I notify Frank and he agrees to come over and recharge the system at no charge but wants to put off fixing the leak. It’s been almost 4 months and he keeps saying he’s coming over to do it but just never follows up. He agrees to recharge it once it stops cooling again (not a good experience as it usually happens on a hot day/night) but puts off the real fix. So I’m in the exact same spot I was before hiring them. I have a leaky A/C and have to get it recharged a couple times a year which is not good because I get an upset tenant each time it happens. He literally said it’s his supplier’s fault for giving him a leaky coil and he’s upset because he gets stuck doing the repair for free. I run a business so I understand it’s never fun to do follow up work for free. But that’s part of running a business. It’s certainly not the customers fault. He blames Covid and I’m sure he’s short on help but you should still stand behind your work. He is prioritizing new work that is bringing in new money as opposed to taking care of existing customers who have already paid.

The technician, Frank was on time; very polite, clean & neat, completed furnace installation March 2021. I am comfortable & completely satisfied with my system. He made sure my AC was ready for summer as well. Reasonable prices.

Comfort Medic did an excellent job for us. We had a complete HVAC replacement, and also added a mini split heat pump for our sun room. Frank was very thorough in listening to our needs and offering a variety of products to choose from. The workmanship was second to none. Comfort Medic protected all the carpeted area with drop cloths and everything was left in clean and orderly condition. So far we are delighted with the new systems.

Our AC unit finally bit the dust and we were referred to Comfort Medic by a family member. They were able to get us a new ac and furnace and have it installed in no time. Frank and his son did a great job on the installation and worked very clean and efficient. We will us Comfort Medic from now on and would recommend them to anyone!

Unfortunately on one of the coldest days/night of the winter so far, my furnace went out! Thankfully this company was able to come within THIRTY minutes to help me out!
