I was referred to this company by the store where I bought my refrigerator. I called several times over the past month or so with no one answering the phone. I finally got an answer this past Wednesday. We set up an appointment for the next day, Thursday at 3p. Doug, the owner, told me that he would call me thirty minutes prior. He never called. I called the office around 4:45p with no answer. He never called and he never showed. I find this highly unprofessional and says a lot about his character. If I could give 0 stars, thats what this company would get.

I called this place at the recommendation of the appliance store I bought my washing machine. I was scheduled for timeframe 5-7pm and was told I would get a call 30min before he was on his way. I followed up at 645pm when I havent heard anything. No answer. I was then sent a text saying he cant make it due to a commercial job and he would call tomorrow.I informed him I had to take off work to be available for the 5-7pm timeframe and asked for a timeframe he would be available the next day. No answer. I called the next day and was sent to voicemail. Still havent received a call back. Unprofessional.

Great work and fast installation. They came out for an issue covered with my home warranty and I used them to install new sink faucets and they gave great service.
