Way to high on their prices. Just wanted a tune up and they wanted to charge me $350-$400 just to change some spark plugs. Hell no! Just because Im a woman doesnt mean I dont know when someone is trying to rip me off. Nice try though!

This place charged me for a oil change that I did not need my father had told me he just got a oil change prior to the one that I had received and then they didnt vacuum just a terrible place and a bunch of crooks if you ask me.

Bought a used truck and they did an oil change and more. They offered different services that I might have to consider being done for better performance of my vehicle. I will return.

Does a wonderful job

Arrived at 1:15PM on a Thursday, no wait for an oil change. The mechanic, Jared, was very nice and informative. The shop was very very clean and everything had its place. The manager/gentlemen at the front was very nice as well and I was in and out in 30 minutes or less. My first time at this location, but I definitely will be back.

Ive had my vehicles maintained here for over 20 years, wouldnt trust anyplace else.

Professional and quick service

I had this place do a second opinion after my dealership service shop looked into my check engine light and told me a little valve and sensor repair was going to cost me over $800, after charging me over $100 to tell me what was wrong. The Kwik Kar team looked into it for free, and told me that the sensor likely was just being tripped by the valve, and theyd fix the valve first, to make sure that the sensor replacement was necessary. Turns out it was NOT necessary, and I was able to get my car fixed for less than half the price I was quoted from the other shop. Bryan and his team are super friendly, super helpful, and Im glad I found them.

I moved to Marks when they opened, following two other mechanics there (Johnny and Dana) after they had moved from a shop that had closed down. Overall, I have dealt with Johnny since 1992, when my sister recommended him to me, and Mark since the shop opened maybe 10 years ago? They are all the same; very, very honest and proud of their work.I have consistently taken my company and personal vehicles there, and recommended them to anyone who asks. Their honest professionalism has kept my vehicles running in top form way past what my poor driving deserves.They are not cheap; instead, they are fair. If youre trying to get something done unprofessionally cheap, dont bother, as they stand behind their work, and they will not do substandard anything if they have to stand behind it. Theyll do it right, and if they make a mistake, theyll tell you, and fix it (Johnny made one mistake about 20 years ago, and he told me, and he fixed it).Honest and professional. You can not ask for more.

I went to this location around a month ago to get a 20 point full service oil change on my 25 year old vehicle. I believe the total was over $50.00All of the fluids were supposed to be checked and filled if low, along with other points of inspection.I paid for my service and left. At no time did any staff member or mechanic bring up any concerns about my vehicle or attempt to discuss any issues they noticed during the oil change. When I got home and looked at the invoice, there were several areas of concern listed, one of which being that the sway bar in the rear had no bolts in one side, and they recommended suspension work as well. No one ever bothered to tell me about any of this while we were at the shop. Had someone done so, I would have requested an estimate for the repairs and found out the next step as far as getting them taken care of.My power steering fluid was never filled, and my transmission fluid was never filled. Less than 30 days after having this service done, my car had to be towed twice. The mechanics that do diesel repairs for my company looked at my car and told me that there was no indication of fluid leaks from the power steering system or the transmission.After sitting on the side of the road not once, but twice, with a small child in my car, I will not be receiving services at this location again.I was informed by 3 certified professional mechanics in the last month that the lack of power steering fluid and transmission fluid were again, not due to any leaks, and that they were never replenished during the oil change as I was told they were.The staff that I encountered during this visit were polite and I have no issues at all with them, I just wish someone had raised the other concerns while we were still on site instead of letting us drive away. They lost revenue and a customer because of those reasons.

I have been using ty his location as my only mechanic for years. Johmmy and Dana make you feel like family. The owner, Mark, maker sure that everyone feels at home . They have never over charged me for the work they have done and I have never had to take back my car because it wasnt done correctly. You cant go wrong with this good old fashioned type of service.

The guys are friendly and provide the best service. They also tried to save me money. I went there for AC repair. I was told in the neighboring shop that the radiator needed changing. The guys at at this Kwik Kar show me that I only needed to replace a hose and save me a lot of money!

Just left this place and I love them!! Someone last night shoved my car into my fence in driveway and there was a plastic piece hanging down. Went down to them and they fixed it and didnt charge me!! Very nice guys, Thx again!!

Got a oil change very fast very friendly the only reason i couldnt give yall 5 stars is because I noticed on my receipt that the recommendations that yall left and the service comments that no one talked to me about I dont know if thats something yall just dont do but it would be helpful to a customer to know whats going on with the vehicle and on the 15 multipoint checklist yall recommend everything that i didnt get done thats my only issue but other than that i would recommend this place very fast and friendly

Horrible! I went there 2 weeks ago for an oil change and once the guy took my car to the side where they change the oil he comes out about 20-30 minutes later saying it cant be done because the bolt to my oil pan was stripped. This was after theyd been messing with my car the entire time! I was looking right at them through the window! However, he did attempt to get me to come back Monday so his mechanic could fix it. No dummy I will not because they messed up my car now they want to charge me to fix it. He said it HAD to have happened at the dealership. I knew this was a LIE because I wouldve had an oil leak and no oil if the bolt to the pan was broken/stripped. Nonetheless, I took my car to the dealership the same day and explained what happened. Lo and behold the bolt was DRY meaning it couldnt have happened a month prior when I bought the car because it wouldve been wet and leaking. Do you think these jerks owned up to what they did? This past week my car has leaked oil which it wasnt doing prior to me taking my car here. It doesnt take Einstein to figure out they screwed up the bolt and oil pan. Again, do you think they owned up to it? No!! Im out over 500.00 repairing an issue my dealership nor I caused. My car is a VW so I had to order the part, wait a week for it to arrive, constantly check the oil and replace what leaked out which isnt cheap because it runs full synthetic, and wait several hours for it to be repaired. Ive already filed a BBB complaint on these wackadoos because they really tried to pull one over on me. Horrible place.
