I was looking for a shop for my BMW and I came across this one. Let me tell yall this shop is amazing. All the works are nice an friendly. The owner David so nice, friendly, and helpful. He always make sure that his customers get great customer service. For me its all about the great customer service that will keep me coming back. He is very fair with his prices and he dont try to over charge you like some other people will. This is the only shop I would let work on my car. If youre looking for a car shop I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS ONE. You want be disappointed. Keep up the get work.

These guys will get you taken care of. Other places tried to rip me off on a pretty simple brake job and rotors, but they got it done for way less and in a reasonable amount of time. I’ll be going here from now on for service

After going to 2 different mechanics that both said the loud sound was the power steering pump and then the sound still being there after replacing the pump, these guys used a stethoscope and listened to the engine and immediately determined it was the idler pulley. Fixed same day. Then theyve followed up with us multiple times since their repair (even 2 months later) to make sure everything was still running well. If you want the best in customer service and absolute trust with your mechanic, dont go anywhere else!!! David and his team are AMAZING!!!!

I have a car with a little more than 50,000 miles on it . I took it to them for a tire change that was cheap and the customer service was great! On the other side they stripped my lug nuts on my car and now I have to replace them. I was told they use a torque wrench but I guest they went to 400 lbs. I will not take my bicycle to them to fix. Changing tires on a car is the easiest thing to do to a car . If they cant do that properly then theres a problem.

Everyone was so nice and helpful. They tested and changed my battery fast. I will definitely come back.

My car was behaving badly, lurching & acting like a bucking bronco intermittently. After replacing the transmission fluid didnt work, my son recommended Alpha Auto Center. I phoned and David was so very helpful with scheduling an appointment for the next day. He promptly phoned the afternoon of the following day to let me know the transmission would need to be replaced & that he would handle the transaction with the warranty company & keep me updated with his progress. He was as good as his word & did a wonderful job finding a couple of other issues that required work & handling those with the warranty company as well. Mr car drives like a new one now & I could not be happier. Having a reliable auto service just down the road is one less worry for me these days. Try it. Youll like it!

Great service! Sure like this owner than the previous one who was not customer service friendly. Took my car in for A/C work and to fix an inoperable window. My A/C is working better than ever and no longer have to open my door to make a drive-thru order. They had the car ready when they stated it would be ready. The entire cost was very reasonable for what all they had to do to fix the A/C switch inside my dashboard!

Really great guys. I asked for an estimate on a diagnostic check for my vehicle. They quoted me $85. I told them I would have to come back another day, but when the manager heard my issue and saw me with my newborn, he offered to do a quick check to make sure the car was safe. They found extensive front end damage, and quoted me a fair price to do the work. I ended up trading my car in for something safer later that week, but I will be returning here for any vehicle repairs I need.I gave my review 4 stars instead of five, just because I have not actually received any mechanical work done here. I am confident that they would do a great job. Everyone was very friendly, and I dont feel at all like they were trying to take advantage of a young woman like some other auto shops were. I knew enough about cars to know that everything they were saying was accurate, and the manager seemed genuinely concerned with mine and my sons safety. Much better experience than huge corporate repair chains.

These are some of the most honest individuals I have ever dealt with as far as auto shops go. I own a commercial vehicle that is used everyday, which requires a lot of maintenance. Every time I have had a problem, I’ve taken it to Alpha. They have sat and showed me exactly what is wrong with the truck and told me, honestly, what they can do to get by and what they can do to fix the problem entirely. 99% of shops will not give you the option of fixing the problem partially to save money, even if it’s safe for you. Jeremy in the office has extensive knowledge on everything and was more than willing to work with us on price and availability. His customer service is superb and it was refreshing to deal with someone who actually cares about the customer more than revenue.I don’t understand why more shops don’t do this. They scare away the customer with the impending doom of the work needed instead of helping them through and offering options.Jonathan, the lead technician, is amazing and has been every time I come. Love this place!

For goodness sake DO NOT take your vehicle to these people. A little over a year ago I had them put a new motor in one of my trucks. They did something to the air conditioning and it did not work. I have taken it back 5 times, they fiddle with it a day or two, and it works for a short time. Now I have to find a place that has the skills and knowledge to really fix it. Three weeks ago I took another truck to them for brakes. The peddle was going to the floor. They charged me over $750 for just front brakes. When I picked up the truck, the peddle went to the floor - no change. I took it back and they fiddled with it for two days and said it was fixed. I drove it and the peddle went to the floor. They and the audacity to tell me that that was how the brakes were supposed to work. They must think I am really stupid to believe this BS. Now I have to take it some place where they have the technical ability, skills, and training to fix my brakes. Save yourself a lot of heart ache, take your car or truck to some one that can actually do the work.

I had to get emissions on my cars so I could get new tags. Alpha Auto had me in and out very quickly. The price was cheaper than most places around Hiram, the staff was friendly and the service was great. They even looked at the filters on my cars to let me know they would need to be changed soon, even though they are not the ones that do the maintenance on my cars. They showed me the filters so I would know what to look for when I take my cars to my maintenance guy and even told me about what the pricing should be for the filters. I am very, very pleased with the service I received.

I brought my Lexus in for an A/C system leak inspection and Dave was extremely helpful. The techs are on point. Very easy to work with and they are down to get to the bottom of things. Only downside I could find is that it’s too far to walk to get snacks while waiting. Haha. Not their fault!

Friendly staff and the customer service is excellent!!! It really makes you feel good when you walk into an establishment and you are recognized and greeted by your name!! I was completely shocked but quickly impressed by their professionalism.

We have used Alpha Auto for many years (before moving to new location) and have been pretty satisfied with their work. One time they just gave us a off the top of their head estimate and it ended up being a couple hundred more than originally stated. After some discussion they agreed to the prior estimate. Going forward, we make sure we get it in writing with an estimate and each time it has been less. The only time I had a problem with their customer service was when they did work on my daughters vehicle and it wasnt done right so she had to bring it back. They agreed there was no charge as long as it was an error in their part. That wasnt the issue but when she arrived they told her they couldnt take her at that time and shed have to wait because they didnt have an empty bay. She figured shed be there a couple of hours and would be late going in to work as she told her boss. It ended up being longer than the couple of hours. We felt they shouldve taken her car right in since she was there for THEIR error in fixing it. She couldnt stay much longer having to drive to Atlanta to be at her job before noon as to not waste an entire day and having already told her boss shed be only a couple of hours late! At the time they had Saturday hours and had to bring it back on a Saturday with an appointment. It was just a big fat hassle to have them fix something they hadnt done right in the first place. Of course, there was no extra charges even though they had to replace another part. So that was good for them to do so and that came from the owner.

I went there to get my Jeep aligned. After they said it was as good as they could get it. So I paid the money but when I left it was not any better than when I dropped it off. Then I rescheduled to get them to realign it for free. This time they said I needed ball joints. They told me to replace my ball joints then they could align it again. Today I go in there and they tell me since I messed with my ball joints they would have to charge me. Knowing how they thought the first time it was aligned, I did not want them aligning my vehicle at all. I don’t recommend coming here. If I could put 0 stars I would have done so.

I original gave a high rating for installing headers on my 440 engine. I have changed my opinion on their work. Spark plug wires were left in contact with headers and two burned off. I was changing spark plugs today and found two plugs that was difficult to get a plug wrench on was only finger tight. They did a good job on adjusting timing and Carb on one of my 440 GTXs. I was expected to pay no more than 5 hours in labor. I was charged about twice that much. I would not recommend this shop to install your headers.

Have used them a few times and was very satisfied every time. I will continue to use and recommend Alpha Auto Center.

You cant get better service anywhere near their price point, although they sometimes forget the little details such as resetting the cars maintenance schedule in the system UI... but your still wont get better service at this price point.

Went in for a simple, routine brake checkup. I was told on the phone the price would be appx 80. I get there and they pull wheels off. 45 minutes later, they come in and say there are major problems. New price? Almost 400! I tell him to get my car back together bc Im leaving. mike says let me ask the Mgr for special price. I said no. I left.. I want to Bryant automotive in Hiram. I told them what was said. They inspected car and brakes.. Only needed the front set. 98 for parts and labor!! Very fast and friendly. Avoid alpha.. They are scammers. Bait and switch.

Poor service!! Lied to me on orginal price to replace my egr valve. Org. Price was $80 to $200 bucks. Final price $251. Will not be back. The owner did not reason and bragged he has 4 stores and I was dumb.

I live right down the street and needed a new radiator a while ago mofos didnt even put it in and charged me so much money just for me to do more damage to my vehicle testing it, they did put it in after I went back pissed, If you do go there make absolutely sure they cant f u over take pictures of the things you need or something, sue these aholes preying off people for a living or just go to jify lube in hiram theyre the ones who I went to after alpha bent me over and told me I needed a new radiator without me even telling them what my issues were. clearly the right choice, theyre much more professional and honest than these kids in my experience. Also when alpha sold me back my old radiator for hundreds of dollars mofos couldnt even put back the panel theyd been digging around in under my steering wheel and when I made them they halfassed it and broke a screw off dang!
