My 2006 Tundra was due a new set of brakes @ 170,000 miles. Complete Automotive completed the repairs in a few hours after I dropped my truck off for them to work. My truck was in excellent working condition after their replacement of front brakes and rotors turned. I received a through briefing on all the work done and the price was very reasonable for what they did. I recently moved to the Dallas, GA, area and I found this shop on-line. I am very pleased with the results and will be using Complete Automotive for future vehicle repairs.

Had an issue with my cars turbo, they ran diagnostics, got a replacement part, corrected the issue and got the car back to me in under a week, very friendly staff and straight shooters kept me updated along the entire process and my car is running great!

Staff was very nice. However the owner at least I assume he was the owner was not very friendly at all he was rude and stand- offish or he just didnt like us honestly I would probably not use them again we only went this time because we had a coupon.

These folks are awesome!! I highly recommend them!! My truck would sporadically miss and when I brought it to Complete Automotive the first time, of course, it didnt act up. They checked it out and told me to bring it back when its actually happening and sent me on my way. The truck ran great for 2 weeks and then it started acting up again, so I drove straight over there. Travis test drove it and felt the miss, he brought it into the shop and was able to diagnose which coil it was and fixed it. I also asked him to check my a/c. I left there with a smooth running truck and nice cold a/c! They are just super people to deal with and they did a very good job on my truck. Well be back!

They are a tad more expensive then the shops right down the road from them. that being said they did a nice job on the services I had requested. All there work has a warranty on it which is nice if anything goes wrong. I am giving a 4 star because all cars brought in get a safety check.... mine did not... all cars above a certain mileage get a oil change... mine did not. I thought it was implied but I could be mistaken and I should of spoken up and asked if this was done. The service I requested was brakes and my brakes work fine now. They do offer a number of discounts military being one of them as long as you have the correct forms of Id which I thought was nice. Over all i plan on coming backEdit. The company called me about the mileage/oil change service along with the safety check and corrected the situation. Like said above I would be going back to them for further work on my Honda.

Best shop Ive ever been to! I came for just an oil change and tire rotation- but they did a full look at my car and showed me my filthy air filter and a front light that was out (Id forgotten about it and had been to the dealership and an auto body shop that couldnt fix it). Not to mention this all took less than an hour and I paid WAY less than I have in the past. Dale is friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. Now my car runs better, my AC is colder, and that pesky light is finally fixed!! Ill be recommending Complete Auto to everyone I know!

These guys were great! Id ordered a replacement headlight for my daughters car and couldnt get it installed. They installed it for me and did some other needed maintenance work at a VERY reasonable price! They were nice and did the work fast too! Wonderful experience!

I took my 1992 G20 hi top conversion van to one automotive shop in Dallas - who after 3 days told me to come and pick it up. They said theres too much to be done. I then called Complete Automotive. I spoke with Dale, and he offered to look at the van. I just picked my baby up today and she is running like a top. They worked on the wiring, replaced the A/C, checked the electrical systems - they even installed a radio for me - and the cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who loves their older vehicles and wants to keep them on the road for hundreds of thousands of miles. Check Engine light came on. Did diagnostic and fixed. Could have been an expensive repair somewhere else. They moved the spark plug to another port and it is fine. Spark plugs are in great shape. I trust them and respect their knowledge of Volvos.

I have been doing business with Dale and his team for years. You could never find a more honest and competent man. He is also an awesome communicator when the diagnosis is complicated and a discussion regarding options is needed. His work is timely and his prices are reasonable. When there are delays for any reason,he keeps you informed. If the nature of the work results in a high bill, you can have peace knowing the work was really needed and that he will stand behind the work.This week, I dropped my car off Monday afternoon without an appointment for a couple of issues, a bad oil leak and bad brakes.I dealt with Dale’s service writer Travis, who called me back in an hour and gave me the diagnosis and price. After I approved the work, they were able to finish the work at closing time and I picked it up the next morning. Outstanding experience, which for me has always been the case.

Finally an honest mechanic! This place is tucked back from the main road. No fancy signs or latte machines. Just plain spoken, helpful mechanics. They give you all the information and let you decide how to proceed with no pressure. I was told by numerous other mechanics that my tire had to be replaced. Dale took a look and said he could fix it safely and with little time and expense. 10 mins later it was ready and he even refused payment!! Who does that??? Very impressed!

I have a 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland with 140k on it. I had an ETC warning light come on. Travis was the mechanic assigned to my vehicle and he started by cleaning the throttle body, after failure replacing it and when that burned up he traced it back to the PCM. Replaced the PCM, WIN module and keys and everything ran fine. About 20 minutes later my Jeep cut off due to a transmission over temp. The radiator fan had come loose. This is not related to the PCM swap nor is it near the same area mechanically. I’m just that lucky of a guy. When it came loose it was still running and put a hole in the radiator. Turns out the fan was hydraulically actuated which I still don’t understand wholly but the fan itself new is $1,200. Travis managed to find a used one swapped it and replaced the radiator altogether for $1,122. Reception was very polite, Travis kept me updated every step of the way and the owner Dale came out to assure me that he and his best mechanics were getting the job done. My car runs great now and during the time it was in the shop they gave me a loaner so I could make it to work. 5 stars all around.

Very nice people, worked really hard with the warranty company to get them to pay, but that just didnt happen. Very please with my car, I now have great air conditioner. Their alittle far from me but I would use them again.

They will lie and say they know about your car or in my case a transmission get you to bring it up there with the promise of it being able to be rebuilt for a certain price then charge you money to scan it and tell you it can’t be done they can only put in a new one for $4700 instead of the original $2500 took it to another shop transmission was removed rebuilt and put back in my truck in three days no problem they are liars and don’t know what they are doing just a bunch of parts changers
