These men were amazing! They were kind and charged me 1/2 the price of what the big name retailers, were quoting me! I had bubbles on the sidewalls of my tires, I could have a blowout any minute, it was very dangerous driving! They had the special size of tires on hand for my rims, where most places had to order them! They changed them on spot and had me in and out in less than 20 minutes no bs or gimmicks!!! I will definitely be coming back!

I went to this location about 3 days ago. Now while I got a great deal ok 4 new tires for $390.00. These guys did not torque my lug nuts the way every tire company should. I did not think anything of it. However, over the last few days I started to notice bad knocking and shaking at 60 then 45 then 30 MPH. So I went to Pep Boys in Florence/ Burlington. All of my lug nuts where loose and 5 where missing. I am lucky to be a live. If you go here make sure they torque your bolts. However, I suggest you to stay far away or just buy tires here.

Reasonable price, lucky enough they had matching tires for the rear of my van, dang near brand new too. The guys are friendly and professional, but busy as hell. So dont take it to heart if theyre not too conversational. And its a hit of miss thing on tread wear or if they have your size tire. But if definitely use their service again. And its a $5 fee if you leave your old tire there.

In the last two years I have had three old tires replaced with new ones here. Absolutely no issues. Always quick service, no hassle. Mac has answered all of my unrelated mechanical questions and even taken the time to pop the hood and give me instructions on doing my own upkeep.

Charged me $70 for bald tires. If you’re a woman & alone - stay the hell away from this place. They can & they will take advantage of you. I would’ve been better off to buy tires at the junk yard but no... I heard of this place by word of mouth and terribly regret ever giving them my business. Beware - definitely take a man with you - husband/family member/friend that can check treading for you, luckily for them I was unaware at the time how to check it myself and they got me for my $.

My best friend and I were on a road trip when the warning light for the tires came on. We tried to check the pressure and fill them ourselves as best we could at a gas station, but the warning light remained on. We stumbled upon this place and asked if they could help us.The employees were so kind and checked our tire pressure and filled our tires for free. Had a tire go flat on me, came to this shop just because it was the first Google result for tire shop in KY. They were quick, efficient, and had patience. Im one who likes to learn so I was asking what they were doing, how they were repairing my tire. They explained the process and I really appreciated that. My cat vans spare also goes underneath the car, and they were more than willing to put my spare back. Ends up I couldnt find the tool necessary so i told him not to worry about it. Very pleasant experience though!

Had a flat tire around 11pm and was able to make it to this shop. Left a note and they called me first thing in the morning and had it fixed quick. Very friendly guys and very professional.

Called to ask a question, could not hear him due to noise in background/poor sound quality on his end. Asked if he could hear me and told me to HURRY UP which was the first thing I could hear him say. Incredibly rude and unprofessional, lost a family of customers this morning.

Its hard to impress me but they are reasonable and do a great job . Changed a control arm ,axle and tightend the inner tie rod for free . That saved me 100$ they had me in and out in one hour. Get a price check before going anywhere else .ask for Sam
