D&J Automotive has my business moving forward. We were involved in a hit and run that caused extensive damage to the drivers side door/backseat door to include the front bumper and tire damage on the front passenger side. Anna and Brian exceeded my expectations of customer services from start to finish of my vehicle repairs. Not only do the repairs look amazing, to include the paint job, but my car was returned cleaner than when I dropped it off! Quality work all around. I HIGHLY recommend D&J Automotive.

I was in a hit and run which left my front bumper damaged and in need of replacement. I was recommended to try D&J and I am so happy that I did. They were professional, friendly and did the repairs quickly. My front bumper was replaced and painted; the paint matches perfectly, you can’t tell a difference. Additionally, my driver mirror casing had fallen off and I had it inside the vehicle, I was pleasantly surprised that they fixed it for me! My car was absolutely spotless upon picking it up; it was cleaner than when I dropped it off. I’m so happy to find a shop that I know I can trust with my vehicle and will be returning with any future issues. Thanks D&J!

I have used D & J twice now for accident related issues (someone else, not me). The office staff is pleasant and knowledgeable and my car is ALWAYS cleaner than when I brought it in. The workmanship is second to none....They are always on time with their estimates and Enterprise is right next door so you really cant beat these guys for your auto body needs in Northern Kentucky!

The car was painted in November and the paint is already fading on the door they painted. Also Common sense... when a car is wrecked new pant and old paint will be different shades.... D and J said bring it back after January and we will buff it out to see if that will fix it (out of courtesy for bringing me the job I will buff it out) paid almost $20 to uber home after I dropped the car off last night.. Picked up my car today.... it was still dirty and he did not address the door he painted.. . I have time stamped pictures for proof.. IF YOU DID NOT WANT TO DO iT... YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE OFFERED...I am taking it to another body shop for a second opinion and I will see you in court...aweful place and not honest at all

We have just purchased our second vehicle from D&J and couldn’t be happier. I’ve had the first one for about six years now and have absolutely no problems with it. Staff is wonderful and go above and beyond to be helpful. Would definitely recommend to everyone that this is a very safe place to purchase a used car.

Very friendly staff and they did good quality work. They were very busy when we dropped the car off but still took the time to go over all my questions. They repaired two busted doors and some bends in the back quarter panel. Looks as good as it did when we bought the car. I would definitely recommend to someone looking to get their car fixed

I had an accident in 2015, and all I need was a bumper.I went to 3 different places for estimate, first place said I will have to pay $1600...second place said I should pay $2300 and the third place was D&J, I could not believe the difference, not only did I get a new bumper, I also got oil change and tire rotation, for $860.I have been to D&J a few times and I know they are good but I didnt know they are this great in not taking advantages of people especially women who knows nothing about cars (like me)Thank you so much for all that you do D&JBecause of you save me money, I can go summer shopping!Thank you guys!!!

The guys do a great job and Brian and Danny have worked on our family cars since our first daughter started driving. Lots of dents have been repaired and they worked with us on everyone one of them.I even used a detailer they recommended and cars were very clean.

Incredible customer service and even more incredible skill. Brought in a car after my neighbor slaughtered my door, guys at D & J not only had it done in a week, but polished my car and headlights. I got the car back in such impressive condition. Woudlnt hesitate to recommend this place to anyone.
