This was one of the BEST towing experiences Ive ever had! Josh was absolutely amazing and extremely helpful. He went over and beyond to make sure my vehicle was secure and left in a place on our property that I was comfortable with. There was a slight delay in me returning to my broken down vehicle after he arrived, but Josh waited a few minutes for me to return. Im just really blown away! He even helped my son physically push the car in the drive! I highly recommend this company. Highly! Thank you so much for your professionalism and treating me like a family member!

I spoke to Mr. Chuck on the phone about getting a car towed from downtown to Bartlett. I was told a driver would be there in an hour and when I got a call not 20 minutes later I got a call from the driver saying he’d be there in 20 minutes. The driver, Mr. Greg showed up a little earlier than I was expecting and he was extremely polite and understanding. He was able to maneuver the car out of a parking spot, despite the ice, and surrounding vehicles. He got it up into the driveway at the designated drop off in a speedy and professional manner. I will never call another towing service again. Thank y’all so much for all of your help today!

THIS IS THE MOST RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE COMPANY THAT I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!! I was stranded on the interstate with a flat tire with 5 children in the car with me. I called AAA and they dispatched this company to come change my tire. They called me at 2:15pm and said that it would be an hour before they get there. An hour and 30 minutes passed and they still hadn’t made it. I had to call relatives to come pick me up and the kids up so we could get to a safer area. I told them that I would be 15 minutes away and to call me when they were 15 minutes away. They called an hour later and said that it would be another 45 minutes. 10 minutes after I hung up with him AAA called me and told me that they declined the service. I told AAA that the driver had just called me and told me that they were on the way. I called the company back and a rude woman by the name of Lexi told me that they decided to decline the service. I asked her why did they have me waiting 3 hours and tell me that it would be another 45 minutes and then call AAA and tell them that they were not coming. She said they just can’t do it now and rudely hung the phone up in my face. I called back 3 times and she didn’t answer. I wouldn’t recommend this company to come pick up a leaf off the road.

We cant say enough about the quality of the service provided to us by this business today. We broke down on I40 with our truck & camper. Our first call was to Whaleys. In a short amount of time the driver, William, had us & our truck loaded up & our camper hitched up. He took us to a garage that repaired our wheel & had us right back on the road. The friendly, professional service we received from William today was exceptional!! We highly recommend them.

The tow truck operator was friendly, knowledgeable and very skillful. He assessed the situation and was able to load, transport and offload my vehicle without further damage to it, which was not simple: a front wheel hub had failed and the wheel was barely attached to the vehicle. The outcome was much better than I expected it to be. I couldnt have asked for better.

While visiting in Millington I locked my car with keys inside . I called AAA and service was there within a reasonable time. I think message was transmitted from them incorrectly because a tow truck that looked length of football field came to my rescue😊 However I have no complaints about service . Very personable young father . My husband said he will never again complain about my AAA payments. I originally joined so I could have rescue service during Tennessee football game because my avid fan husband would leave me on side of interstate till game was over😫😫😫😫

Priced way too high for towing, whomever the guy was that did the towing took my personal truck keys home & didnt show up with them until over an hour later. Having me and my brother sitting and waiting while he kept lying about how he was on his way, just downright pitiful!

Whaley’s was great . I was already upset because after I had already waited 3.5 hours for a tow through AAA ( Uncle Daves- whom had told me 1.5 hour earlier there were two ahead of me and should be another hour) I was told they werent coming after all. Your dispatcher told me it would be a 2.5 hour wait . I called a couple of times ( after being burned the first time ) and she was patient with me and kept me updated . The tow guy was great . Uncle Daves had come out first and said they couldnt change my tire because I was missing a part that was specific to Acura to get the jack to work - hence, got put on the towing list . He took a look and the tool was in fact there - he changed my tire and saved me a towing charge !I appreciated your honesty in the wait time, your patience ( I was in tears by this point ), and the nice tow guy that took a minute to find the real solution .They made a long ordeal much better !

The tow truck arrived at my home to take the car to get two replacement tires.That was fine. Upon pickup the mobile app was not working so they could not process my card for payment.Upon arrival to the tire shop (I paid $80 extra on top of the AAA Membership) to have it towed. That’s because the tire shop was outside the 5 mile max AAA pays. That was fine, I don’t mind paying for that..However when we arrived the tow truck driver refused to release my car because I had not paid yet.I had phoned twice to have my card manually inputted and on the second call it took.The misinformation between the tow truck operator and the home office caused my husband to get upset bc the tow truck driver said the bill wasn’t paid. (I was inside the shop on a cold day on the phone)My husband and the tow truck driver exchanged some words and the driver grabbed a thick tow chain as a weapon as my husband approached him. While my husband should have kept his cool, the tow truck driver should have never grabbed the tow chain to use as a weapon.Nothing happened, but the professionalism was poor.

The kind gentlemen who helped us was the best I’ve seen in years. He risked his life to change our tire along an extremely dangerous interstate and told my daughter and I to stay far away so we were safe. He had to unload all of our belongings in order to get to the spare tire because we were loaded down with luggage and gifts, traveling to see family. He patiently and graciously and gently unloaded and reloaded all of our stuff and was so kind, professional, and caring. Seriously the best roadside assistance I’ve ever had in 36 years of driving.

Driver broke undercarriage protection on my vehicle right in front of me and 2 friends ..then after calling not once but 5 times finally after being told i didnt call and i didnt talk to anyone about it ..i continued to try and fix issue then after months of trying owner trys to say its been to long you should have reported it sooner and i called right in front of my friend on speaker .. ..i think the same day is soon enough dont you think...Damn Shame the owner cant be man enough to take care of his business after an employee breaks something of a customer thats suppose to be valued!

Absolutely amazing. Sat on the side of 40 waited for different tow companies to come help us. We waited for THREE hours on different companies! I have two kids and my mom and husband in the car. I was in tears. Called Whaleys and they sent someone out and he was there in 15 mins and changed the tire in 15 mins. I mean seriously. I was waiting on AAA for 90 minutes with no eta when I decided to call This company. I’m happy for their fast response and friendly staff. It was easy using txt messages to schedule the tow. The driver arrived in about 15 minutes from the initial call. I would have been stranded who knows how long if I had not called someone else. My service was great and painless.

Driver arrived on scene with a rollback truck after being called when the original responder, who arrived with a flatbed truck, was unable to use it to tow the vehicle as it couldnt come out of Park unless it could be started, which it couldnt.The driver was professional and informative in a difficult situation with the vehicle being on an uneven surface. On the first AAA call Friday, the young man called me and informed me that he had just tried to deliver another vehicle at the same shop we requested, but the gate was closed and the owner was out of town. I appreciate his communication with me. We called AAA again Monday first thing in the morning and were given a time of 9:20. No one called to change the time until AAA checked up to see if they showed up. Then we were given a new time of 10:10 which he did come for as well as called ahead.

I had gotten my 4x4 stuck really deep in my yard and my wife had her car stuck in the yard in front of mine during a big storm they came out within 1 hour of calling and pulled both out very responsible, respectful and all in all just great people it was a father and son i due believe and they did great work cost was not even high it was a heavy rescue truck so it was $350 total not bad for 2 vehicles there in 1 hour and less than a hour to get the job done ill be calling them any and everytime i need a tow truck

It was a nightmare. The idea of a 2.5-hour wait was shocking, but that did not compare to the actual 3.5-hour wait. The text messages that purported to track the driver was a joke. When it indicated his arrival, he was nowhere to be found.The dispatch from the original location called to say the driver was lost. How is that possible in a world of GPS?! In fact the driver must have reported back to his base a location that does not exist.Upon his eventual arrival, I asked what had happened. He very cavalierly stated that he tried to call but got no answer, that it must have been a wrong number.I never want to use them again.

Took good care of me! I was driving Maine to Texas and stalled out in Memphis. AAA was going to have him drop my car off on a Saturday at 6p.m. to a place that wouldnt open til Monday after saying itd be open and could get me sorted in like 45 minutes (complete nonsense). He told me thats what would end up happening so I could make an educated decision. I asked if he would tow me to a hotel instead which he did no problem. I got a mobile mechanic to come Sunday morning and was back in Austin that night. Id have spent at least two nights in a hotel if he hadnt given me the heads up, and Id have been without a car the whole time in a strange place spending money on delivery and missing work. He was also sweet to my 80 lb dog that was a huge baby about riding in the tow truck lol
