Needed a new used tire on my car... He asked $40... Repaired my old tire, and told me he put a brand new one on. Not brand new. not new used, but same tire...... Then when I went to pay (before realizing the lie) he said angrily, Give me $50. I said, Uh sir, you asked for $40. So.... Better than Walmart.

Fiance went and paid 50 for a used tire a week later my car started driving weird, take a look at the tire they sold us a rotten tire. Blessed that nothing happened with me and my kids while in the car but horrible service.

J promptly helped us when we stopped by his shop telling him our van was making a weird grinding noise. We were on a family road trip and our van started having a problem. His shop was very busy, but he assured us he would help us. He diagnosed the problem and we were back on the road in no time. He saved our road trip!!

The men here were very professional and time management was wonderful ibwill be referring them to friends and familys

I called for a week straight and everyday it was the same thing I’m to busy today but I can tomorrow. Call the next day and it’s the same thing. Clearly he doesn’t want the business. It wasn’t like it was something hard or that parts had to be ordered for. (I had all the parts just needed to have them put on). So if you want the run around about getting your car fixed go here. I wish I could give them zero stars!

Worst experience of my life. The owner was on the phone almost the whole time. The guy trying to mount my wheels seemed like he had never done it. He couldnt even get 1 of my lug nuts started. Very sad 😥. Im going to shake my head every time I drive by the place. It made me give them one star!

I had a 2009 Chevy Transverse that needed a new headlight. They got us in and out for $100 in less than an hour. Mechanic even let us use his car to get something to eat while waiting. Highly recommended!

Two many issues that were not my fault, by the third problem it turned to my problem. I understand that its frustrating for a customer to have issues. Even if its the 5th time something is wrong it shouldnt turn into my problem. It should have been right the first time. The issues were the employee not doing what they should because they were busy.

Came through in a clutch... replaced all 4 tires mounted balanced out the door cheaper than anywhere else. I have 12k miles on them and they look and handle like new. Great service and hospitality as well. Will be a repeat customer from now on. Matter of fact I will be going in for a service tomorrow. I will update again.

Never would recommend a shop like this.A family member had a back break line fix they charged for two break lines and a new caliber. But when a ase certified technician took a look at the job to make sure it was safe he realized instead of fixing the break line they put on compression fitting. COMPRESSION FITTINGS that state do not use for break lines and this shop lied and charged her for two new break lines when they only did one line and used compression fittings. Charged my family members FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS at that. My family member is pregnant and they are not only putting her self at risk this shop is putting an unborn child at risk and other people. If she has to slam on her breaks for any reason she will be putting her life at riskAlso let left the old lines as well

I got a tire 2 weeks ago and had a flat 3 days ago! So I got use of the tire for about 10 days! The tire they put on was warped, and when I went to buy a new tire and have it taken off the rim, it was the wrong size! SMH!!! My van is supposed to have 17” tires and they put a 16” on.

He messed my studs up. Then got up and said ur gonna have to get that fixed. I didnt make it home before my tire fell off literally came off my car! Ill never go back there again. If i coulda gave negative stars i woulda

I first came in a couple of years ago to get a tire repaired. The tires were in bad shape so I ended up getting new tires there a few months later. Jay and everyone there were super nice. I just stopped in this afternoon to have my tire checked and he remembered me a year later. Its nice to have a place to go where you feel valued as a customer.

The guys here replaced my flat tire and also provided me with exceptional customer service. They were friendly and professional. I also got some other mechanical work done, they were knowledgeable and helpful. Great prices!

J was very helpful and quick. We needed a tire removed from the rim and put onto a new rim. He wasn’t able to remove it due to the damage of the rim but sold us a tire for $40. We got there about 25 minutes before closing and he was still willing to help. He got the work done quick and was very friendly!! Definitely will be returning.

Very very fast service I called ahead of time and told them I was in a hurry I was in and out within 20 minutes, got two (very good condition) used tires for 80 bucks. Very reasonable and great customer service, I will definitely be back if I need tires again!

Stopped by to get my tire plugged and the guys there let me know I was wasting my money because my tire wasn’t safe. I wasn’t sure at first so they showed me what they were talking about. I had a flat tire and was driving on the spare. I went to Js Auto Service & Tire Shop in Covington, KY. The experience was exactly what I was looking for - fast service, affordable price and quality product. Js installed two name brand tires that have plenty of tread remaining. They went above and beyond and didnt charge me a disposal fee for my old tires. My entire time spent at Js was less than 25 minutes. They work quickly! I feel much more comfortable now that Im not driving on a spare tire. When I need tires again Ill return to Js.

The gentleman at this shop are amazing. They fixed our car no problem. They were fast and accurate and even offered to buy us something to drink for the wait ( mind you the wait was only 30 minutes and the car was fixed within the hour) I highly recommend this body shop.

Bought 4 tires l noticed 1 leaking and another had a screw in it. Ole buddy tried to charge $15 for a $2 valve stem l told him the old tire didnt leak when l came in here so he ate the $2 valve stem but then said he didnt have time to plug the tire with a screw in it. Terrible buisness man! Hes lost alot of customers for the way he did me!
