Used to bring both my wife and I’s vehicle and get great service and a friendly atmosphere. I have attempted to get an inspection 3 times. Each time the individual I spoke with was very rude and honestly disrespectful. I will not be back and no longer recommend this place.

This was my first visit here but it won’t be my last. Employees were all professional, informative and extremely courteous. Nice to know good customer service still exists! Thank you!

Always fast and friendly service. Even when I brought my car in they ran out of my filter, so they sent a worker to the other shop to pick up more right then and there. They promised theyd always keep extra stock of my filter and have.

Took my 2018 car in for a NYS inspection. They did something and triggered a check engine light which was not there prior to going in and they did not know how to fix it. So to fix it I had to go to the dealership for repairs. Because of the error they caused, they couldnt finish the NYS inspection but still charged me for it. Went in for a 15min inspection and left with a $22 bill plus $150 repair at the dealership. But they were pleasant to speak with.

Amazing service and truly honest and caring staff. They always go the extra mile and help the customers! I truly trust them with all of my needs. I recommend you go and try them you wont be disappointed!

Twice now Ive used this place and both times, shortly after, Ive had other issues pop up with my vehicle. Once, a coincidence, twice, nope the people there are purposely doing stuff to mess with your vehicle. And this last issue the person said you could tell where they did it

Usually love the service here, but today I drove from work to make before they closed. Arrived 15 minutes before close for an oil change, they shut down early couldn’t and wouldn’t help me. Was a loyal customer- not anymore!!!

Great service! The guys were very thorough. Didnt care much for what I was charged, but would go back there, if for only the guys whom were very friendly, knowledgeable, and personable! Was not at all treated like I didnt have any knowledge about my vehicle (being a female).

I had warning lights flashing on my dash when rolling out after my full service. My technician (Michael) tried to correct the problem before I left but wasnt able to. That evening he emailed me his diagnosis of the problem from his personal email, which diagnosis my own repair shop confirmed the next morning (a sensor had been left unplugged; my shop plugged it back in and test-drove the car and it was fine). I went back to see Michael the next morning, taking him up on his invitation to come in so he could make things right, and he paid the cost of the 1/2 hour of labor my shop had charged me. I think this was excellent customer care, for which I was very grateful, so Im letting everyone know about it here.

Problems happen in business transactions. Customer Service is how you handle these problems. If you ever have a problem here, youll find out that the manager, Mike, isnt good at his job. When you ask a question about the problem, hell fly off the handle, angry and ill-mannered. It wont be a pleasant experience. And youll regret all the business youve done here in the past.

These guys are great. They are friendly, funny, fast, and work together to get the job done correctly. I would recommend this specific location.

Everytime I changed my oil there..I always ran low and thought my engine was burning oil..I have since gone elsewhere and the problem vanished...crooked and discourteous...theyll ruin your car

Had an oil change one day later my oil pan dropped out. But they see rusted out pans all the time not their problem. Even said to me maybe we shouldnt be driving a car with rust. How immature and inappropriate. I was just asking why it wasnt pointed out. Must be defensive for a reason. Stay far away. Will file a complaint with Better Business Bureau and I am sure the guy that I spoke with doesnt care.
