Our Jeep Grand Cherokee was in for an oil change, inspection, tire rotation and transmission service...it drove like a brand new vehicle when we left! They were very quick and able to fit me in next day, the service itself only took about a half hour.They completely explained my problem in a very clear manner (I’m not a car person at all so I really appreciated this). They also weren’t pushy and didn’t attempt to upsell me additional things.The price was fair.The waiting room was clean, well lit and well ventilated, and had plenty of seating.Edited to add: Afterward, they emailed me a report that had details of what they did and pictures of my car which was very nice.

I did not realize that my inspection had expired and OShea got me right in for an appointment and relieved much stress.

These folks at OSheas are fast and honest. I had a problem that potentially could have cost me hundreds of dollars without me suspecting a thing, and the bill was for less that $30.00. These folks are great people, and they do really good work. They even took care of another problem they found at no charge.

My daughter and I were visiting a college in the area and got caught in a bad rainstorm and I lost a windshield wiper. I pulled in looking to buy one. Not only was I able to purchase one,but they installed it without even a question. Caught me completely off guard and was overwhelmed by their willingness to help.

Made an appointment to get 2 snow tires put on my front wheel drive vehicle. When I showed up they refused to do the work due to some b.s policy of only doing sets of 4 due to liability due to differences in traction as an excuse. Disappointed at wasting my time. Went to Mr.Tire instead. In and out in 20min.

The staff was very friendly, it was a wonderful experience. Im going to take my car back whenever I need service. They provided coffee and snacks for the people who were waiting for their cars. My wait wasnt that long and I was very happy with the service.

Service advisors are nice and super friendly. More times than not, theyll do what they can to fit you in same day. Prices on services are some of the lowest in town. Techs know what theyre doing and they dont try to upsell you on anything unnecessary like other places in town.

I was on vacation when I got a flat tire that couldnt be repaired. I have a mercedes and when I went to other places nearby and they either didnt have my tire size or they were overcharging me for a tire, or they wanted to unnecessarily change all 4 of my tires. I called these guys up and they were very friendly on the phone, said they could order my tire for a same day service. I decided to pass by to have them take look and maybe even pay upfront. To my luck, my new tire had just arrived! Got everything done within an hour and back to having a fun vacation. They definitely deserve 5 stars!

What more could you ask for?One true story: I took my wifes car in a number of years ago because the electric window-opener on drivers side would not work. I was fully expecting a big bill (because electrical work can be expensive). They called me back 20 minutes later and said it was fixed. Turned out to be just a blown fuse. Cost me all of $18!!! OSheas been my garage for a long time. Theyve fixed the last 3 vehicles Ive driven when needed and done general maintenance on them when called for. Theyre professional yet keep the atmosphere of a family place for long time customers. Theyve saved me a great deal of money by doing what works best at the right time.

Overall I was very pleased with my service at OShea tire. However I was very displeased with the fact that the technician left my dirty cabin air filter on my floor of my vehicle. I decline to replace the cabin air filter as I do all my own service work myself. But I was unhappy with the fact that my filter was lying on my floor. I being formally a technician OShea tire and I entrust my vehicles to Rich Borra and his staff which many of I know. Now let me make this clear I will be bringing my vehicles back to OShea tire as I value my friendship with Rich Borra. Now as I stated previously I was a technician there in years past and I do know how hectic things can get or simple things can be overlooked. I brought vehicle to their shop when they had an empty lot, I thought the job would go quickly and smoothly since all i needed was an oil change and a tire balance. They took the vehicle immediately but took an hour to do such basic labor and i paid 70 bucks which is an unacceptable.

Really professional shop! Theyll do what they say, when they say, and charge a fair price for good service.

OShea is a decent place to get work done or oil change.Unfortunately, they have partnered with U-Haul. U-Haul allowed me to make a reservation with OShea, and only after I got to OShea, did U-Haul call to tell me OShea was closed (which I had just found out).Too bad OShea has chosen to partner with a organization like U-Haul. This reflects poorly on both companies.

I have used many repair shops and Auto Dealers since the 1960s. OSheas NAPA is THE BEST auto care/repair facility that I have dealt with in 51 years of driving !!! They are very courteous, work is done in a timely manner,and they actually show me digital images of the work done ! Best of all it is high quality workmanship! If needed a loaner car is provided.I recently purchased a used vehicle from OSheas, two months afterwards the power steering pump failed and I hoped that they would give me a discount on the repair.....The owner told me that they would fix it for free....and they did ! I am pleased with this business and will I will continue to use their services. OSheas is truly exceptional.

I think this place is falling apart, Where did all of the good help go? Waited for ever to get waited on and then they didnt have what I was looking for. The guys in the office area run around like chickens with their heads cut off, big guy screams over intercom instead of getting up and going out to the garage to ask his questions. Crazy rat race there, floors and counters were filthy.
