Probably about the worst mechanics in all of cortland... no in all of upstate. As an employee of a business that deals with with grant street. I have had the unfortunate task of dealing with them for years. I have seen such things as them failing to tighten an oil filter to the point that it fell off on touch after arriving on sight, to say the least. They over charge for work that appears to not be completed. Honestly they seem to be a company that is so incompetent that they couldnt find a tree in a forest. If you need work done dousing your truck in gasoline and burning it to claim the insurance would be more effective than sending it here. My prayers are with any that bring anything here.

Easy to make appointments, great staff, helped me out promptly when my check engine light came on. Price as quoted and work done as expected.

FYI: They will charge you $450 to replace 5 hinges on a 53 Dry Van trailer! Talking about 3 hours of labor... adjusting the door... not having the parts in stock... and etc... We operate 60+ units and for sure we wont use them next time. Id rather travel extra 100 miles to some other shop then going to their shop.

Needed emergency service and they got me right in, turned my truck around quickly because I needed it, and the bottom line was completely reasonable for what they did. Honest and straightforward about the entire process. Would highly recommend to anyone.

First I was told my vehicle would be in Wednesday by 2. I called at 4 and they told me it hadnt been in but it would be in first thing in the morning. I called at noon the next day and it still hadnt been in, and the guy I spoke with seemed to be annoyed that I kept calling. I went to the shop around 4 Thursday personally and found out my vehicle had been in and out and they order a starter for it without informing me of any of this. I was a little aggravated but still okay with things at this point. Before I left I asked the gentleman what it would cost and he said around $250. The next day I hadnt received a call about anything on it so I called around 4 again to find out my vehicle had been done for awhile but no one informed me. It gets better from here... They then told me my final bill was $514.67! What happened to the $250?? Well they replaced the battery and battery end without telling me anything was wrong with it. Which means they never got my permission to change these parts, which is illegal based on what Ive read up on the laws. They also charged me for 3 hours of labor to replace a starter! In what universe does it take 3 hours to replace a starter? I will NEVER take a vehicle here ever again. I would recommend against anyone else going here. You will be overcharged and they will not keep you informed of anything they are doing to your vehicle. One of the worst experiences Ive ever had with a vehicle repair shop.

DO NOT GO HERE!!i have a 1997 honda accord and i went here 3 times the past winter for over heat issues. The first 2 times they swore it was fixed up and down but it wasnt. The last time i took it, it didnt overheat unless i went up hills or drove for a long period of time. Recently i took my car to a REAL mechanic and he told me not only did i pay for new hoses and clamps and never recieved them but they also never put some bolts and screws back in. Now both my radiator fans work again....If you want to get ripped off and your car not fixed the right way, come here
