I have had wonderful service experience at Ed Hicks. Recently, while on my way home from work - it was after 6 pm, my Tire Sensor immediately starting going down and was to a few lbs. of pressure. I was near the dealership, but knew that the service center closes at 6pm. So, I attempted to put air in my tire at a near by Stripes Store. I was not having any luck as their air system was our of order so I decided to make my way the few blocks to the Dealership and leave my car in the lot and contact them in the morning ( I was hoping that on my way to the lot that the gate would still be open to allow me to do so). I figured I would then call a friend for a ride home. Well, the Sale folks were still there so I was basically asking them if that was ok for me to do what I planned on doing (leave the car till morning so I could call for a ride). The Sales folks actually called the Service Manager who happened to still be on site, and they not only allowed me to leave my car overnight - they provided me with a loaner car - actually, a used car for sale from their lot, and allowed me to drive home and back to work early the next morning. My tire was taken care of the next day and I returned the loaner car. The Sales folks AND the Service Manager went above and beyond to help me out. This is the kind of service that keeps you going back - not only to purchase a vehicle but for service as well. They have taken care of me each and every time when dealing with my service needs - this particular time was exceptional.

This dealership and their employees are absolutely top of the line. From beginning to end they provide amazing service. They are transparent, incredibly friendly, ready and willing to work with you in order to get your vehicle serviced as quickly as possible. Randy is by far employee of the year! Best car buying experience weve ever had.We had been searching for GLE for weeks across Texas with no luck. As we were met here we were told the GLEs on their website had been sold and they didnt have any on the lot. We got to talking to Ernest who mentioned we could stake a claim to one being built and customize it with the features we wanted, only catch is it would take several months to come in.Thanks to Ernest we now have the car of our dreams! He was very patient and explained all the features and packages extremely well. Once we ordered it he gave us periodic updates.It has been the easiest and almost stress free (what car buying experience is truly stressfree) car buying experience.

One of the worst experiences Ive ever had. I was lied to, treated like a second rate human being, and disrespected like never before. I did not end up purchasing a vehicle from this place because of this. Now all of a sudden, my phone receives spam every day since leaving. If youre not willing to pay thousands over sticker price, I would avoid this place like the plague!

Outstanding experience purchasing a used car from Roy at Ed Hicks Imports! A little kindness goes a long way! Roy was very understanding, listened to my needs, did not play any games, and made me feel welcome at the dealership. Normally car buying isnt the greatest experience, however, Roy made it super easy and straightforward. I felt comfortable about driving all the way from Dallas to Corpus Christi to look at the car because I trusted Roys word about the condition and pricing. He had the vehicle detailed and called to inform me about some minor scuffs and the work they did. He even had the vehicle in the showroom when I arrived. I felt at home and welcome at the dealership. If only all dealerships were more like Ed Hicks. I absolutely will 100% go to Roy and Ed Hicks again for the next vehicle purchase.

My wife and I were traveling to Port Aransas on New Years Eve. We ran over something on the interstate in the dark that did some cosmetic damage to our Mercedes GLS 450. I was on the phone with Avelino Rodriguez in the service department as soon as they reopened on January 2nd. He had me come in to check the car for any mechanical issues. They had me in and out in an hour and even invited me back to look at the car with the technicians while it was on the lift. I cant say enough good things about the awesome customer service we received from Mr. Rodriguez and his team. This gave us a great peace of mind on our return trip 500 miles back home. Would definitely trade with this dealership if we lived in the area.

My wife drives a Mercedes and myself a BMW and for this reason. This was my first time dealing with Mercedes. Everything started off rather well, the people were nice and the establishment was cleaned and constantly being sanitized...BRAVO for that Mercedes...However, 4 hours later...They did offer the shuttle but I wanted to experience my first time...First impression is everything. Anyway, once the issue with my car was resolved, I was told that it would be one thousand eight to fix the problem. I said, ok. When I went to pay, his one thousand eight was actually $1800. Ive never heard $1008 and $1800 to be the same pronunciation. The amount wasnt the issue, the issue was expecting one price and the seeing another. Communication and a clear understanding is the foundation of all things. This isnt all on Mercedes, I should have done my due diligence and requested to see the print out. But next time, my wife will wait for her own car...😁...Ill stick with BMW.

Ed Hicks Mercedes Benz Dealership proves over and over why they are well known for their customer service. From the time a customer enters their lot to the time the customer leaves their lot he/she is greeted by a warm smile and a May I help you? from everyone who they come into contact with. Upon reading these reviews, however, I have noticed that there is not one review of the auto wash. The men who work the wash show great respect not only for the customer but also for the customers car and any personal belongings left in the car. These guys are working in 110+° temperatures, in the blazingly hot sun, under brutal conditions, yet they always greet me with a smile and kind words! Many times there are only one working the wash for the day, but their attitude and kindness never wavers! Even with only one person working, they always manage to get me a bottle of cold water, without me asking for it! The two men that are working the wash should be recognized for the quality of service that they add to the dealership. The wash guys usually are the last employees the dealership gives a pat on the back to in most dealerships. Yet, when leaving the dealership, the wash guys may be the last person the customer has contact with, leaving a lasting impression of the dealership!

I came here and tried purchasing a C-300 all cash a few years ago. Everything checked out but I was made to pull up my bank account information to prove the funds were available. I thought that was strange and an invasion of privacy but even after providing them with that information I was told I could not take the car until the check clears...this was extremely embarrassing to say the least and a waste of an entire day.I decided to go the Mercedes Benz in Houston and had absolutely no issues with buying the car.Fast forward to this year. I am wanting to trade my GLC for GLE and I decided to give this dealership the benefit of the doubt, because it’s closer to me...but yet again I was struck with disappointment and lackluster customer service.Long story short, I will continue making the 3 hour commute to Houston for all my future purchases.This dealership needs to be less bias and re-train its employees on basic customer service skills.

This is our first purchase from Ed Hicks Imports and the impressive staff has wowed us. We highly recommend Mason Gist he truly goes the extra mile even to accommodate your schedule, we were in the dealership for 30 minutes max we are able to leave to take care of other business, unlike your traditional dealerships with their aggressive tactics to keep you there or make you take the car your interested in order to force you back in this was smooth comfortable transaction they even just called when the car was ready for delivery. He understood my mother was tired and even came out to deliver the car. You don’t find sales men or dealerships willing to accommodate you like this. They made us feel like family from the second we walked in the door! We Highly recommend Mason Gist!! I am very sad to give you 1 star.Mainly that is the sign for management but not for customers.I tried to get appraisal to sell my car. I stopped by the dealership and Sales associate, her name is Kendra, made a visual inspection, took pictures. and promised to call me back with numbers next day.2 days after not receiving call back, I contacted Kendra again and was assured that it would take couple hours to finalize it.2 days after :)) she said me the same once again.6 days after she stopped to reply to my text messages.So, 10 days - no appraisal. May its so complex task and it required more time :)()Id understand if I got that level of service not in Mercedes dealership. But I always was fully satisfied with this brand:((

Bought a CLA250 almost a year ago. Its been a fun, exciting and comfortable car. Working with Ed Hicks employees from Zack (representative) to Service (Randy) has been a great experience. I was looking for a new automobile. After having had two Lexus vehicles I wanted to look at something different. My 3 top choices were Lexus mid size SUV, Toyota 4Runner and Mercedes mid size SUV. I also looked at the Volkswagen deisel SUV. I checked out the Lexus in San Antonio and liked it but it only came in a V8 and no Lexus dealer in Corpus Christi. I next checked out the Toyota 4Runner before coming to Ed Hicks Imports. I was met by Zachery and we test drove the ML350. I fell in love with it and made the final decision to go with Mercedes. I have great respect for German engineering. My experience at Ed Hicks was extremely pleasant - there was no typical salesman pressure. It virtually sold itself. They have been extremely helpful so far. Love my new car. I highly recommend Ed Hicks Imports, Zachery and Able.

I called the service department an hour before closing and asked if they could replace 4 tires because my car was un-drivable. They agreed even though I would reach the dealership 20 minutes after closing. Gabe and Bruce were kind enough to stay an hour and a half late and fix my car. Truly went above and beyond. If not I would have been stuck for days as it was the Saturday afternoon before Labor Day. Thanks again Gabe and Bruce!

Reading all these good reviews, looks like we were the unfortunate ones or perhaps such bad day for the salesperson and we paid the consequences. No customer service at all; to be fair with the salesperson he wasnt rude with us just not pleasant, no attentive that honestly made us feel like we were not serious potential buyers. We have a BMW and a Lexus and yes we are pretty serious on purchase a new car not because we are unhappy with what we own, we are just looking for new brand experience. Customer service matters! I rate my experience Five Stars because of our salesperson, Brian Breaux. This is not the same rating I would give my first time into the dealership. Let me say that when I was first thinking of trading in my current Mercedes vehicle for a newer model, I left discouraged and in search of a different location. A couple of weeks after making that initial inquiry, I received a call from Brian Breaux. Hesitantly, I was willing to go back and I am so glad I did. Brian was so positive and I was pleasantly surprised. During the whole process he turned my attitude from discouraged to optimistic, and in the end to triumphant. He put in such effort to make it work. The General Manager, Gerald was also great to work with and did reach out to me and left me a message, but it is Brian that put the five stars on my review. My experience here was disappointing. I walked in, stood around for about 20 minutes before someone approached me. The sales guy brushed me off. I went back to the dealership where I first got my Mercedes in Harlingen. They gave me the full VIP treatment. I got my car within a few days. 6 months later I received a phone call from the sales guy who ignored me. In the future I will go back to the dealership in Harlingen.

Our first experience at this Mercedes bens dealership happened 2 years ago . They didnt want to negotiate so we ended up driving to SA where we felt and were treated like we were at a real luxury place. Today we decided to give the corpus Mercedes another shot and another horrible experience . I was greeted by Bryan and when i told him that we drove to SA to buy our car 2 years ago, he simply told thats is ok here we do 75% business and we dont give away cars. Very rude !! Not a luxury experience! Shame, shame on you Corpus Christi Edricks Mercedes dealership. We were ready to buy another Mercedes and we will drive to SA tomorrow

I have a mercedes and have had nothing but rude, bad service. Not going to name any names, but lets just say the person I first see when I walk in through the service area, is quite rude and does not make things clear, resulting in lost time and frustration.I took my car there to get it fixed only to leave 10 mins later, because of bad service - they didnt fix the car because they refused me a service they said I would receive and did not tell me of their restrictions or anything prior- thus resulting in MORE LOST TIME.The only people I actually think understand the purpose of customer SERVICE is the manager Roy,Never have I received an apology or anything from their lack of customer service, unclear messages, and their refusal of service.I actually drove my car to Dallas and had it fixed there with the great service I expect from a mercedes dealership - not only did I take my car there prior to moving to corpus christi, I would drive there again just to have my car fixed because, ed hicks is frankly a horrible place. Perhaps if I was actually spending money on buying a car they would bring out their friendly customer service, which is just bad business in my opinion.

We just reasently purchased our first mercedes there a Ed Hicks and overall it was a great experience. Our salesman was Ted Cooper wich i would recommend to anyone, he was very friendly and professional he made us feel at home. The whole crew there was great they gave us all the attention and made sure that we were satisfied with our purchase. So if youre in search of a new mercedes thats your stop i really recommend this place and dont forget to look for Ted Cooper.. great salesman!!

My daughter and I had a great experience getting her first Mercedes Benz. Mr. Gerald Vasquez was our first person who created us warmly. We went fairly late in the afternoon, but he still showed us with utmost professional and courtesy. After a test drive and explaining all the features we decided to buy the car. Since my daughter wanted a specific color and tires, that was taken care of. When the specific car was in stock we met Mr. Glenn Dubose. He showed us the car with the same dedication as Mr. Gerald. Mr. Glen was excellent and smooth in our transition to buy the car. All the incentives were explained to our satisfaction. Thank you very much for all the help. Furthermore, before signing the paperwork we were introduced to the product concierge, Ms. Racheal Martin. She is truly very professional in her work. She explained with courtesy all the features inside the car. My daughters word.... Ms. Racheal is truely swift, friendly and smart. She was both intuitive and sincere.
