Great service, we had a laundry list of items to address, dropped car off at 8am and was supposed to be ready by 5, car was done by 4 and running better than it has in a few years... They even fixed a heat shield for us that has been driving my daughter mad for months for free... Great guys at the counter and dont try to upscale you on what you dont need...

Great shop. The staff is very friendly and professional. Ive taken my CX5 there on two different occasions to have service done and the turn-around has been about 40 minutes (oil change, tire rotation). Definitely my go-to shop.

I just moved here from Florida. My Mazda CX-5 had a recall on lift gate hinges so I made an appointment with All Star Mazda. When I arrived (15 min late) I was just hoping they would still have time for me. Not only did they have time for replacing the recall part but he also fixed an issue I was having with SCBS, plus did 60k mile maintenance before days end. I will be bringing my Mazda here for my regular maintenance!!

I came in for my 60,000 mileage services, which entails a good amount of stuff being done to my vehicle. Blake provided a vehicle for me to drive around while my vehicle was being serviced instead of having me wait around for hours on end up at the dealership which I greatly appreciated since my vehicle ended up taking more than that day to finish.Then when it came to the actual pricing for all of the work being done, Alvin broke down and explained everything as well as the importance of staying on top of the maintenance/upkeep - not to mention including a couple discounts to help with the overall cost. The only bad thing that happened was when I was picking up my vehicle, the power went out so they didnt finish detailing/cleaning it. But Alvin made sure to go above and beyond by telling me that I can come in at a later date to have it detailed in full.Overall, excellent service from everyone and highly recommended. I even learned how to replace my air filters myself (obviously upon my request).

I usually hate having to get work done on my car, but Alvin has made the whole process such a relief! He was so thorough, and constantly stayed in contact with me about the status of my vehicle. I loved that they offered text updates and included a video while they inspected my car for issues. Its such a relief to find a good company I can trust my vehicle with! 10/10 would reccomend. Definitely bringing my car back for any future work.

Not only do they do this but they also did a full check up on my car with a video to show you every detail. Super fancy and high tech. I did not feel pressured to buy any part. I’m getting my oil change here, and Service Advisor Alvin Street was an awesome help. He told me what I really needed to keep my vehicle running well, what I could hold off getting, and gave me affordable options based off what I told him my financial situation was. My wife usually gets the oil change for this vehicle, but this is the first time I’ve come here, and the first time I’ve purchased an oil change at a dealership and felt like I was being helped more than bullied.

I went in with a mindset of keeping within my budget. I had my eyes set on a newer hatchback, which was slightly out of my price range, and the guys worked with me to find something closer. I ended up leaving with a New 2018 Mazda 3, and I really couldnt be happier. Ive already taken an extended drive, and I was comfortable from the beginning to the end. While I love the car, I mostly appreciate their willingness, and accomodation while helping me out. I test drove a few of the vehicles and never felt like I was being rushed into a decision. Ultimately, Im very impressed by the staff, and their help. From the beginning of my car search here I got different answers to my questions based on who I talked to. Almost everything I was told contradicted with what was on the All Star Mazda website, the Mazda website, and other staff. Almost no one knew about details listed on the general Mazda website such as the lease calculator, available offers, and details of offers. Our first visit consisted of an hour of negotiations just to get the price down to what is listed on the All Star Mazda website. Once an agreed upon number for the car I wanted was set, they asked us to come back another day to make a deal instead of completing the deal that day. Should have never returned!Coming back the second time, the agreed upon number was no longer valid since the staff member who helped us the first visit gave us wrong information that wasn’t valid for the lease. The staff were not willing to accommodate us even though a number was already set from the previous visit. Any attempts at negotiations were refused by the staff. Eventually, we got a lease estimate for a vehicle that was $100 higher than the estimate on the Mazda website. When confronted as to why the numbers were different, staff were unaware of how Mazda got its estimates for the calculator online and based some of it off taxes. After again not willing to work with us or accommodate us, we decided to leave the dealership.I could go into much more detail but I will spare the reader. Overall, staff is rude, defensive, not willing to negotiate, and not knowledgeable about information on the main Mazda website. Will not be returning and my first car buying experience has been tainted because of this dealership.

Ive only had my CX-5 for 3 days but i really like it. My sells rep, Johnathon was very knowledgeable. A lot to learn, but hes helped me. I can even open my garage door using a button on the rear view mirror. All these new things, Im going to have fun learning each new thing. It has a nice get up and go. Its a really gorgeous red!! Only 4 stars because i had to take it back after 1 day due to a recall.... But its all good now.

I had a bit of an emergency with my 2007 Miata. I could not get the trunk open, and my key was stuck in the lock, and the trunk was full of groceries. Im sorry I didnt get names but three gentleman from the service department came out and managed to get it open and, more importantly, saved a gallon of Blue Bell ice cream in the process!
