Great place! Got me the car I was looking for and helped me get rid of my old one. Staff was very friendly and nice to talk to while waiting on the finance paperwork.As for the car itself (2020 Accord 2.0t) is amazing!I was stuck between it and the Toyota Camry TRD, It has great safety features and a lot of interior room.

Salesman Ruben was helpful. Corey in service was great. Had to take car back a second time and everything went downhill from there. A second serviceman, Mac or Mic supposedly test drove my car without putting ONE mile on it and couldn’t hear the noise. Service manager Angel wouldn’t call me back for several days about the service visit that I questioned since not ONE mile was put on it. Now today I call and finally talk to Angel to ask him for a ticket or invoice or paperwork showing the two different days my vehicle went into the service department and he tells me they don’t have anything to send me. They don’t have a record of it. I don’t understand that. Now he said he will look for something to send me. Very disappointed with the service at this point.** Update: I requested copy of ticket/invoice from Angel personally by phone over four hours ago and I haven’t received an email yet. I don’t understand why I keep getting the run around here.

I am going to explain my disappointment and treatment of my experience. I had a good salesman. His name was Justin. Very young , nice guy. He was knowledgeable and he has a bright future. What went down hill was during the pricing process. I was forced to buy a $1795 pro package that I feel didnt fit at all in our budget. Justin explained we needed the package for the value of the car and so on. The package wasnt even in or on the car at that time and I specifically said I didnt need it. We can just take the car as we saw it, with no trunk mat, no wheel locks, no splash guard and no tint. He proceeded to say we put them in the car so therefore it is required to purchase and that it also gives us a guarantee on tint. That is a package I did not want and felt was just additional optional accessories WE did not need. He proceeds to get a manager named Brandon and thats where it went sour. Brandon again said it was a required package. I said I didnt need it. He said they automatically put them in the car. But they werent on the car when I saw it. He said its required. I again said we didnt need it. He then said, and I quote We sell 20 cars a day and someone else will pay the price with the total package. Basically saying, if you dont buy the car with the required package, some one else will be willing to buy it instead. My husband was on the phone at the same time and did not like his tune or attitude towards the matter. I felt I was belittled and depreciated as a consumer. That right there was insulting and appalling coming from a MANAGER. He had no regard of my wants and needs and our budget. We got a small discount from another package (AutoButler, that was also REQUIRED) and needless to say, we bought the car. Shocking. I had to go back the next day and really was prepared to back out of the deal because my husband hadnt signed on the dotted line. If it wasnt for Sam the finance guy, we wouldnt have finalized our paperwork. He was graceful and patient with all our concerns and questions. He valued our budget and was very knowledgeable on what he does. He sold me and my husband. As I told Sam and Justin, we will be on the market again in December for a new vehicle...I still have not received a call from the General Manager which is disappointing. Neighbors of mine really like our car and I am hesitant to refer anyone because I would like this issue addressed from a GM or higher manager.UPDATE 7/26: I have yet to get a phone call, email or text to discuss this matter. Seems like they respond to everyone elses review but mine. And I bought a car! I guess my business was not important 🤷

Buyers beware! This is definitely not a buyers market. The salesman Ruben was great to work with. However the manager not willing to go less than $4000 over the MSRP is crazy (& not honor the msrp listed on their website)! I would definitely recommend going elsewhere!

Over the past year I have purchase two brand new Hondas off the lot. Had the best experience with both of those purchases. I’ve referred nine friends to purchase a vehicle at this location, as well. Six drove off the lot with a new vehicle. Yesterday I went in for an oil change and saw the new 2022 Honda Civic. This was going to be my third vehicle from this location. The experience I had with their new salesman was not like the brand they’ve sold to me over the past 3 years. He was pushy and rude. Constantly reminding me, “there are only four 2022 Honda Civic in Corpus. People are signing, you need to hurry.” He felt his scared tactics would push me into a sale. I asked for an appraisal and was told it would take 10mins. He took many pictures, milage, and got lender info. Then tried to get my signature for a credit check. I reiterated that I would sign once I see the appraisal. That didn’t seem to matter because he asked me to sign AGAIN. After waiting 2 hours I reached out and was told I needed to leave the vehicle at the dealership to get an exact appraisal. Not once was I told that. Why did it need to be there? When earlier in the day he said he could get an appraisal with a insurance card and the milage. The salesman reiterated for the eighth time they’re signing, you need to hurry. I replied that’s fine I’ll go to another dealership if they don’t have one. He rudely said okay bye. He took no consideration of the years I’ve been faithful and advocated for there dealership. I then asked to speak with a manager, he okay, then hung up on me. I called back and spoke with the floor manager Brad. He mentioned they’ve sold many cars today and they’ve been busy. The buying process can be very lengthy. This comment made me believe that he felt the treatment I received was justified and my business there is not valued, since they were so busy. Even with be offered the “manager treatment” if I was to return, I don’t feel the situation was handled appropriately. From the day the dealership opened I’ve always recommended them as my go to dealership. This experience has definitely changed my opinion of the dealership and I will no longer refer my friends or family there. I will no longer be buying my Honda Civic from this location as well.

They also would not honor their “Guaranteed best price” on their website “because that does not include all add-ons to the car”. The Toyota dealership next door gave me the price on their website. If I were you I would go to the dealership next door.

Wow what an experience! I got there later than I would’ve liked but the staff were very accommodating and worked with me to get my family and I very fair deal. Everyone from our salesman Orlando, sales manager Santiago and finance manager Sam were amazing. We will never buy a Honda from a different dealer ! The 2 hour drive was insignificant when compared to the level of service we received.

Not a very pleasant experience, really bad service. wanted to buy my first car today, they said they would call me in 30min, then pick me up to purchase vehicle. never called me never picked me up for 3 hours then acted as if it didn’t happen, they did not respect me or my time and most likely yours neither. they persistently tell u that they can’t come off msrp for days until i literally brought them buyers orders from other hondas with better prices and all of a sudden they can match or beat it! haha take ur buisness elsewhere/ saleswoman : veronica

6month update. Not only did we never receive the gift card promised I even took my mom to purchase a vehicle as well and didn’t receive the referral. She was promised a gift card also and that was also never received, seems like just a cheap gimmick to get sales. When we went in to pick up the license plates we spoke to Mike the manager and he said he would look into it and take care of us but we never heard anything from him other than they had been mailed. This was on top of waiting a month for my moms deal to be finalized, driving a new vehicle she wasn’t even sure would be hers. Originally, we both went in for specific vehicles that were advertised on their website and when we showed up the vehicles seemed to not exist.2 months into having my car we realized all the selling points that mike gave us we’re false. We fill up the tank once a week not every other week like he said. My insurance went down $20 not $100 like he promised. We were also promised 5 years worth of oil changes from him and the deal we signed was only for 2 and they said that 5 years was never offered.My deal took over a week to be finalized. Sam was amazing and worked hard to get everything situated. Gabby my sales person was so knowledgeable and definitely the reason we purchased.

I went to this dealership for getting an appraisal on my car toyata RAV 4, I waited almost 1 hour after visiting several saleswoman and general salesman, they gave me blue book price. She eastimed my car in handwriting and then when I asked them to give me the appraisal offer on paper they denied to provide it. 2 months into owning my 2020 Accord, it broke down on the side of the freeway because of a sensor issue. From the moment I called road side assistance, North CC Honda was waiting for me to get there. They have a good relationship with the enterprise right down the road and actually had my rental car ready to go by the time I got towed to the dealership. Mik is a great service advisor, he kept me updated and informed multiple times throughout the 3 days the car was there. Great team of good people, definitely an A+ service experience!
