I had a bad power steering issue. No one else could look at it, or it would be days to weeks before they could. Goodyear was able to get me in mid-afternoon on a Friday, and look at the issue first thing Saturday morning. The issue was one only the dealer could resolve. Since Goodyear was unable to do anything, they waived the diagnostic fee! On top of that, the staff was excellent, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. I can definitely recommend this location for vehicle service!

Very friendly and honest staff. I took my mom here today to get her tire checked out and oil changed since Firestone said they would not touch her tires (because they looked older) and that she needed to buy a new set. That being said.....she did not need a new set. As long as these same guys are there I will continue to take my moms car there and I am also planning on buying my tires there. The technicians do a very good job repairing our cars. But the front desk folks love to upsale tires. My wifes tires on her car are only a year old and they gave her a quote for new tires. I think they are upset that she bought her tires somewhere else.

I had called to have a tire looked at due to a slow leak. I was told to come right in and they would have a look. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They fixed the tire and had me back on my way. Will definitely return to continue business with this location

Had an appointment for 2 vehicles this past Thursday and they worked professionally and punctual and had me out by my next scheduled appointment. Ive obtained service from this location on a couple different occasions. Their prices are reasonable, the staff is friendly, and their customer service is impeccable.When visiting this location, I never feel that Im being taken advantage of financially, which is a huge plus to me as a single woman.If you need tires, brakes, rotors, oil changes, or other mechanical types of services for your car, please stop in and talk to Terry or Amy. Great customer service! Comfortable waiting area! Fast! I came in needing my tire checked because the tire pressure light came on. Being a walk-in I expected to wait long, but the team was able to assess and repair the tire in a timely manner.

I brought my car in for a routine oil change after a road trip home to the coast from Fort Bragg and on the way back to NC experienced a leak from a faulty rubber ring on the new oil filter through no fault of the mechanic. I contacted Mike while I was on the road in GA and he routed me to a Goodyear in Conyers, GA. The Goodyear in GA changed the oil filter and replaced the oil that had leaked out and cleaned off my engine at no cost to me. This could have been disastrous for my engine, but was caught in time and Im so thankful for the assistance I received from Mike in Biloxi and Terry at the Goodyear in Conyers. They and all the employees at Goodyear are so helpful, friendly, courteous and professional. Thanks so much again for getting me back on the road safely. I cant thank yall enough!!!

When I lived in Conyers I have been going to this Goodyear for years. I recently had an issue with my air conditioner and check engine light. I now live in Buckhead and took my truck to a few places around here and no one was able to fix my issue. My parents still live in Conyers so I thought to stay with them for a few days and took my truck in and Goodyear fixed all of my issue with no problems. I cant say enough about this location. They have the best service from my experience.

The manager Terry was awesome and caring, they didnt try to get over on me seeing that Im a woman.What they quoted over the phone was the price they stuck with . I highly recommend them for all your autocare needs.

I have been going here for a few years for general car services such as oil change or axle repair. There prices are pretty reasonable and the staff is honesty. They have restrooms and seating inside if you want to or have to wait for your repair service. My only complaint is that even with an appointment you will find your self waiting from 1 hour to as long as 3 hours to get an oil change and with additional work it can be longer. Making your appointment early does not fix this so if you either dont mind the wait or have a ride its still a great place for care repair and maintenance service.

Weve been customers for years, multiple cars of all makes, models, and years. The Goodyear team is always knowledgeable, and more importantly honest and fair. They try to quote service as reasonable as possible, give as many options as available, never try to pressure you into an upgrade of service that you dont need, etc. If the labor is less intense than they predicted, they will even come down from the labor quota. It is really nice to have a place to take your vehicle and you dont have to worry about the quality of service or if you are getting a fair price. We sincerely appreciate the Goodyear team.

I was told a car I dropped off at 9:30 am would be ready in a couple of hours. I come back over 2 hours later and they hadn’t even taken it back to get worked on. All I needed was a tire change that was under warranty. I get back and was told that I had to stay there in order for it to be worked on. I’ve NEVER heard that before and the associate in front certainly didn’t communicate it. So they took other customers ahead of me although I got there a little less than 30 mins after opening time. Although they did take it back AFTER I had to speak with the associate. They inconvenienced me greatly and associate didn’t even apologize!I told the lady to replace the tire then I go to pay and she says there’s not a charge. She told me it would be around $20 turns out they patched the tire and didn’t replace. When she even printed out the receipt for the replacement ahead of time! She told me there was a miscommunication no ma’am you didn’t listen! I never told her I wanted a patch I wanted it to be replaced.They worked hard to get it done but I was in a time pinch and brought it here specifically for this tire.

Ive been going to this location since I moved into the area in 2005. Since the first time I went for a set of tires, they have always been honest and straight forward to me. While I was in school and was poor, they always told me what I needed, and if it was something I really needed now, or if it could wait till the next oil change. I never felt like I was pressured to buy something I didnt need, and giving me a heads up allowed me to put in my budged expected car repairs and maintenance. They have gained my trust, and with mechanics, trust is something to really treasure... For example, my car, a 2012 Ford Taurus, was a no start. I had it towed to the local ford dealership since I thought it was a warranty issue. It wasnt, but I had them fix the immediate problem. The dealership told me my front brakes were due for immediate replacement, less then 2mm left on the brake pads, and also tried to get me to do some other maintenance. They tried to get me to agree to $490 worth of other services. I said no, and as soon as I picked up the car, drove straight to this Good Year location. I asked them to look over the list the dealership said I needed. They showed me the dealership lied to me, my brakes were at 5mm, and none of the other services were needed. My brakes are just below 50%, not the URGENT FIX the dealership specified. I need to get them replaced in 5k miles, which allows me to budget in the expense instead of being a shocker.This location is honest, they tell the truth, they will tell you what actually needs to be replaced now, vs. what can wait till the next oil change. I will be a customer for life. Terry, Amy, and the rest, are what we wish all mechanics would be.
