Its about 6 months later and Im still throwing a catalytic converter code... it was fixed at first but after a few hundred bucks it should be fixed

I had a a bad converter took it in and had it changed here done the same day it was very fast and professional

Not currently in service, but then the owner who answered my call was very nice. Wish I could have been there as a customer!

Even though we are dealing with Covid-19, the service was A-1. The team was very friendly and professional. My repair was quicker than I thought it would take. I highly recommend giving them the first opportunity to repair your vehicle. They also will recommend a highly capable repair team if needed. Thank you Mighty Muffler team for the experience.

Way over price! I went there to get the exhaust hangers welded back to my exhaust on my truck, $250!!! 😳 Said it would take a hr @$95 per. I went to Midas in Conyers they charged me $130 for re-welding existing broken hangers and they even added 3 more for extra support (no charge) in and out 15 minutes! Ill never go to Might Muffler again, No wonder there was nobody there.

They get annoyed to see a customer walking in, i needed a brakes service at least an inspection and appointment to fix any issues. Only word that came out from his mouth was a NO, and walk back to the bay area. Just to look at me over his shoulder while i was walking back to my vehicle, 👎🏽

Horrible experience this past Saturday from the moment I pulled up. 1st I go to the door thats locked and the guy behind the desk is not even making eye contact to direct me where to go. I go back to my car to wait LITERALLY 20 minutes before the mechanic outside asked me if I need any help. So of course I say yes I want my exhaust done. Then he RUDELY says no your car sits to low like Im aggravating him , so I asked him it took you that long to ask what I needed after me sitting here for 30 minutes? Of course he had no answer and there was only 1 customer there being helped so no excuses for the HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I went in and waited 10 minutes, but nobody ever came to the front desk. Then I went out to the bay and asked if anyone could help because I had a flat tire and needed air. I was told they couldn’t help me and they didn’t have any air. How can you run an auto shop without an air compressor? As soon as I started to jack my car up, they asked me to move out of their driveway. There was plenty of room for two cars to go through simultaneously. Also, I didn’t see one customer come in for the whole hour I was there. I will never use this place because the employees are rude. I also plan to advise everyone I know to shop else where.

Great Service But Waaaayyy Overpriced Had A Muffler Delete That Came Out To $212 When They Told Me $150. 🤦🏾‍♂️

After the manager did not allow me to install my aftermarket JDM N1 muffler. I give Special Thanks 🙏🏾 to the technician he was very experienced in deleting the muffler and fabricating and straight piping my exhaust systems good job 👍 on my 2005 Ford Focus.

I always go there for my emissions test. There is never a wait and prompt service. The only thing is there is no waiting area.

Went in to get a price on a new muffler (large hole in the bottom of my 1999 truck & LOUD noise. Mitch (the manager) took a long look and told me the pipes were good and only the muffler was needed. He was not busy at the time & he & his co-worker had a perfect job done in 45 minutes. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, & thorough. He worked at a steady pace, not in a big rush. I could tell that he would rather do a Good Job than a fast job. The price was very reasonable (below what I had expected). I highly recommend this place for repairs & service.

My grandmother and great grandmother went here today and was told how much they would be charged before they went in. They did have some extra work like an air filter replacement (which is usually free of charge most places). A man named Mitch told her “more work more cost”. So she was thinking $10 or $15 extra. No! She was was originally told $39.95 and then sent another man out to tell her it was going to be $72. She asked to speak to Mitch. He did not come up to her and talk to her, instead he was hiding from her like a child. My poor grandmother paid the amount and called them when she got home to spek to Mitch since he was hiding from her. Mitch was very rude and was dropping the F bomb to my 65 year old grandmother and told her AND I QUOTE “Good thing I had a customer or I would have taken it outside”. This place is a joke and so is MITCH. He was extremely unprofessional and does not know how to treat customers. I would never recommend this place to anyone. This place should be shut down or at least have new management.

I had called previously upon showing up at the store or shop rather and ask about an exhaust flex pipe. When I arrived there they said that they would be able to fix the issue but upon looking at my vehicle they said that I needed to come back. I asked them why I needed to come back. After all, they did say that I could come up there to get the car fixed they said my vehicle was too hot to work on. Then when I called they had gave me one price for my exhaust flex pipe and then quoted me with another price not when I arrived. I dont think it was on purpose I just think that they were not listening. Went somewhere else to get my work done and passed my emissions test.

I like this place I have dealt with them twice now, very good quality work at fair prices. Would not hesitate to go back to them again and again.

I have dealt with this business several years and I have been consistently happy with their service. Besides muffler service and other general auto work, they have an emission center which is usually open during service hours.

Terrible service, Calvin Owens technician at this location did not know how to perform an emission on my BMW 325i. I had to start the car after the test had begun. The car failed and I took it to my mechanic in Marietta who told me that they did not know what they were talking about and the car passed the KOEO part of the test which is the lights illuminating when the key is inserted properly. I went back to the location and the manager was very dismissive and rude. He called the police claiming that I was being rude when all I did was ask to be refunded for an error on his employees part. Do not ever take your car to this location.

Horrible Horrible service the manger was very rude and they destroyed my 1,500 dollar headers. Seen me pulling up locked the door and was told they closed early today. Do not take your vehicle here they will not work with you if something goes wrong.

Terrible service. It was supposed to stay open until 5:30 the owner looked me in the face and said I close when I want to close. I simply just wanted him to look at something on my car. He also still has his open sign on.
