Amazing they are fair no gouging. Took my classic corvette there and the owner was very engaging and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable leaving my car with them . I will be returning. 5 stars all the way

Dont waste your time or money at this unprofessional and despicable so called mechanic shop.I took my car to this place because it was overheating after I had the radiator replaced. These bums had my car for a week only to tell me that my thermostat was stuck open and that my engine control module was bad and that it was going to cost $1500. This is after I told them I had a p0115 code which is for the coolant temp sensor.Long story short, I took my vehicle to a quality mechanic in which he replaced my thermostat and coolant temperature switch for more than 5x less the price whitlows was going to charge, not to mention he said there was nothing wrong with my ECM that whitlows said.My car runs like a champ now. What a joke of an establishment....

They never try and upcharge you or tell you, you need something you dont. Always nice and polite and professional.

I have always believed that its never cheap when it comes to any car repairs until I found this place. Not only their price is reasonable, their customer service is EXCELLENT & very HONEST. They listen & care for you. They stand behind their work & performance. I feel very comfortable & trust this business with my familys car cares.

My mom brought her car up to get one thing fixed and left with more things wrong , got a new battery FROM WHITLOWS & a day later the battery doesnt work. Horrible service and doesnt fix cars correctly. Dont go here

Jeff an Danni are too notch, honest and have never steered me wrong in the 15 years or so doing business with Whitlows. They work with me and stand by their work. They are who I bring my cars to and no one else.

Very honest and thorough. They could have easily taken advantage of my lack of knowledge but didnt. That honesty saved me money and earned my trust. In addition, they were friendly polite and timely. I highly recommend.Reducing rating down to two stars. A few weeks ago my boyfriends vehicle was taken in for repair. The diagnosed and fixed problem. Problem is reoccurring and they now claim its a different issue, unrelated to the first but makes no sense to me or others who are car savvy. After repeated calls and going in circles, we are just going to pick up the car. They are now just as untrustworthy as so many others
