Took the time to explain in detail how the job was going to get approved with the insurance companies. Biggest kicker here, they werent even getting the job.. And the person they were explaining the job to was a very difficult and stubborn customer ( friend of mine ). For a business to take the time theyre not getting paid for says allot. They were fast and efficient, I never had to question and part of my repair. They got things done ahead of schedule. My wife was very happy because she has difficulty getting in and out of our other vehicles due to a disability. There is no sign that the damage ever happened now

First I would like to say that I was warned b4 taking my car here that I should find somewhere else but because they were State Farm certified with lifetime warranty I chose this place. At first all was great. They kept in contact with progress and was very friendly. Things started to go south when I was promised my vehicle days b4 it would actually be ready. When talking to the secretary explaining that the vehicle was promised on a certain day, she just brushed it off and said well you have a rental. Ummm yes but I also have a new truck up there that I would like and Im paying for a rental...no maam. She said she would tell repair rep. and have him call bk. No call bk of course. Three days later I get a call mid day to pick up vehicle. I get there and light doesnt work or remotes to vehicle doesnt work. I sent a text to repair rep. about situation and he said bring truck bk next day. Came bk they fixed remotes and not light. Explained that the light that was on estimate was not part of accident but will fix anyway. I look crazy because the light was on estimate... yes it was to removed and put bk but anything could happen in process. Which obviously did because it was not working. He explained that light bulb 💡 needed to be ordered and had to come bk next day. Day three Im bk, they put new light in and by the time I got to work... light was out again. I again contacted repair rep. he stated that it must be something on my part not accident. Again, I explained this was a new truck, never been in a accident, light was working prior to coming there and the only ppl that touched the light was his company. He never responded bk and I am now dealing with State Farm to have someone fix the light. They are having to represent me in the situation with repair shop. Shop doesnt want to fix something they caused. And still day 4 going into weekend and light still not working. 😔 Day 5... now key fob they supposed to have reprogrammed bk to truck no longer is detected by truck and truck shuts off... I have had to call state farm yet again🥺 Today was sunny and showed the scratches in paint still, bubbles in paint, paint chipping in some areas... my suggestion just go somewhere else. I now have to take truck to another place for state farm to fix/correct what wasnt done right the first time.Lesson: when another shop tells you to take it somewhere else...listen. I always try to give ppl or places the benefit of the doubt because their experience isnt my experience... but this time I should have listened.

Pros: Car was repaired very quickly, and looked fantastic, cosmetically. Very satisfied with service, over all, and highly recommended.Cons: Had an issue with a minor component that was put in during repairs, which was not looked into well by Ben and had poor customer service by Tyrone. The other estimator there was exceptionally great both with communication and customer care.

My insurance company sent us to Gerber. I am amazed at how well they performed: completed the repair 5 days early; excellent paint job; staff was friendly and helpful, especially Alyssa. We will choose this company any time we need repairs or glass or painting.

I don’t know what Cassie Thacker & Lori Schroeder get paid but they need a BIG raise. They made my process comfortable and outstanding. They truly care about the customer and communication was extremely great. Whoever owns that place needs to make them partners. They got my car back to me basically better then I brought it to them. Thank God for them and I want to pray nothing but blessings on them. For all your body shop and repairs ask for Cassie and Lori.

Top tier repair work and customer service. Brittany ensured that my car was taken care of despite a relatively tight time constraint and kept me updated throughout the repair process. Car looks as though it was never in an accident, if not a little better than before the accident. I highly recommend this shop if you need repair work. Take it from me. You WILL be taken care of!

So I went into Gerber Collision, blindly! I had just been in a car accident the day before and was kind of upset due to the REALLY HIGH price of the tow! Anywho, my mom and I walked in .. (I took my mom so no one would try to get over on me, being I don’t know ANYTHING about cars) well BRITTANY WAS AAWWWWEEEEESSSSSSOOOOOMMMMEEEEEE !!!!! She went out of her way to go take a look at my car !! She was very informative and had a great energy and spirit ! She made me feel sooooo much better about my accident And the damages !! I LOVED her !!! She broke down different terms and parts that I didn’t understand, she also went out of her way to give me a little advice !! I HAD to write about her because through a tough time, she really lightened my day !! GO BRITTANYYYY!!!! She needs a raise FOR SUREEEE 😘😘😘😘 love her lots !!!

Unprofessional! Would never let them touch my car. The main office contacted ME to schedule appointment I drove 30 min In the rain-arrived on time , was told they were behind so they would take pics of the damage and contact me by phone wIth estimate for my insurance. I stood outside with the front desk clerk (IN THE POURING RAIN !!!) while she took pics of the car (which the dark haired woman in charge instructed her to do) I was then told to come back later in the week to get the estimate. If you couldn’t do the estimate with the pics WHY in the heck would you have me stand in the parking lot in the POURING RAIN to take pics and ask me to bring the car back again!?!!! Help me understand because it dosent make sense.Buttttt....it gets better! I called the number that directs to their main office not In conyers and I get an extremely rude older lady on the phone who has an attitude. Your the ones who wasted my time I should be the on with An attitude. I take It as a sign to to somewhere else . If you have trouble doing something as minor as an estimate , I cant trust you with my vehicle. It’s not that hard ...feel free to contact me with an explanation
