Caliber went above and beyond with their professionalism, quality, and customer service! In addition, they didnt have to extend my rental but they understood that I had a family and really couldn’t go without a car- they absolutely stepped up to the plate and took care of little ole me! I got my car back today and so far so good!I cant forget about Mr. Phillip!!!! He provided an absolute great repair service and customer service- which is what someone needs after getting into an accident. The staff was super friendly! I was greeted upon arrival & someone assisted me right away. I was getting a repair that was not an insurance claim. Jonathan assisted me with a fair estimate of parts and labor. We scheduled an appointment & I dropped my vehicle off. I got it back the same day as promised. This was my second experience with this brand (previous insurance claim) & my treatment was consistent. Definitely would recommend this brand if you need repairs.

I havent gotten my vehicle back as of yet, but I have received regular updates as they work with the insurance companys approval for additional repairs necessary. All the employees are super friendly, accommodating and professional! We left feeling like we had chosen the right place!!

There are many companies that say they stand behind the work but Caliber does. I had an issue with my vehicle about month after getting it back and there was no back and forth. I was told to bring it in and the issue was fixed. If you need your vehicle made whole after a collision, this is your place. Let me be clear. The location on Dogwood.

If you want a poor lack of communication, a terrible body panel replacement, and untimely repair & more then you should definitely come here! Over 4 attempts of them not correctly repairing my car, and lies. Terrible customer service, unless you become a Karen, then they start to attempt to do what they should have done in the first place. I had high high hopes leaving my car here and boy was I wrong to do such.

I was told three days for the repair which sounded resonable so I rented a car and to my surprise, they finished in one day saving me extra rental cost and getting my truck back earlier than expected. They cleaned the interior and exterior as a bonus.

This place had my car for 6 weeks, throughout the process, I was getting text messages saying that my vehicle was coming along, there wasn’t any communication about the part being on a national back order until the day that they were so called supposed to be getting the part. I picked my car up and the repairs aren’t done, I have to take my car back up there to be repaired that’s if the part is there and now my insurance won’t cover my rental because this place just had my car sitting there and it has been past the 30 day threshold. The manager covered a rental for a week for me, because I feel like it is somewhat their fault because they failed to communicate with me. They put my damaged car back together so that they don’t have to cover the rental fees.....Horrible service!!!!

They did a fantastic job on my car. Would use them again and recommend them to everyone. Friendly. Especially Audrey. She went beyond her duties to help me. The girls at the desk were so nice also.

I had a windshield replaced by this company, which was referred by the insurance company, and the work done was acceptable. However. I will never use them again due to poor customer service.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE......incompetent, incomplete, questionable licensed mechanics due to the service I received. My JEEP was judged by the literal EYE, and NOT FIXED!!!!!! I WAS LIED TO, not once but twice by Brian and the general manager ANDY FERGUSON (and Ferguson had the nerve to be rude and nonchalant about the service they claim to have performed) So after keeping my car for 2 weeks (outside in all elements) I picked it up with a load of mud everywhere and was told ITS READY.....on my way home the JEEP is rougher riding than ever, pulling totally to the RIGHT and back REAR TIRE STILL WOBBLING totally in worse condition than before they got my car. I WAS TOLD, AND HAVE A RECEIPT FOR ONLY AN ALIGNMENT. Nevertheless and needless to say I had 2 independent licensed mechanics assess my vehicle (without even touching it), who informed me that theres SEVERE DAMAGE to my JEEP!! Then on my funds I took it to a REAL ALIGNMENT & FRAME SHOP were there was MAJOR DAMAGE TO MY REAR AXLE HOUSING!!!!!!!! SO BEFORE ABRA......??????? Enough said-

Kept car 5 weeks, sent it back twice. Never called me with daily updates like they were suppose too. Only call received was, cars ready come and get it, no prior notice so i could arrange a ride or offer to get me to my car. Had items on repair receipt they didnt know what it was. Why am I paying for stuff they dont even know what it is. Bery disappointed in the service, and this is a preferred shop for several big insurance companys go to shop.
