Ladies in front not professional had me wait 35minutes just for a price quote for wheel bearing replacement. I asked 3x what’s the price and hold up and replied “one sec just waiting on one more thing”. Only to have another worker come and help her on the cpu and give me price immediately. But the man ahead of me got prices and even began working on his car immediately this 8am store opening. Complete Waste of time and disrespectful.

The staff that works here are always very nice and courteous. They have good prices on New and used tires.

I really like this place. It may be a little crowded at times, but they do great work. Ive been to other places around Conyers, leaving highly disappointed. A co-worker told me about Statham, and I have been going ever since, for all my car needs. I give them 6 stars! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This place charged me $180 dollars to mount a new set of wheels on existing tires. It also seems like the atmosphere has changed a bit. I will not be going back.

I dont know how they are with customers purchasing tires or simple services but do not allow them to perform lift kit task, they either dont know what they are doing or they lie and appear to commit insurance fraud.

I really liked this place. First, a female appears to be the one who runs it. Fantasy customer service! She doesnt mind getting hands dirty.

I went to this place Wednesday December 30th to get 1 tire changed, they replace my not all the way flat tire with a Balled & flat tire that I couldn’t even make it home in !! I called and let them know there customer service HORRIBLE nobody wanted to come to me or figure something out not to mention it’s the holidays and they won’t be open for two whole days !!!!!!! So I was left on the side of the road with a flat after paying my hard earned money to get a new tire the day before New Year’s Eve ! I do not support this place 100% but what do I know go at your own risk you just may get a flat tire every once in a while HAPPY NEW YEARS .

If I could put zero stars to show how I really feel about this place, I would. I went in for a diagnostic, and asked them to check my drive shaft. The person that did the diagnostic, the mechanic, had no knowledge of how to repair or how to check to see if my drive shaft needed to be replaced.That resulted in my fiancé, child, and myself to be in an accident on the highway. Due to the drive shaft needing to be replace, it destroyed the Gas lines and other parts in my truck. After we told them about this incident, thats when things got worst. They always had attitude, cursed us out in Spanish, and on top of that, they made us pay for the damages they caused.The plus side was after paying up front for the repairs to be made they offer us a “loaner car”. Since they messed up our car that’s was the only car they offered, a car with no air and the breaks kept popping off . When we told them about this they accused us of being in a bad neighborhood. I live in a gated community, with neighborhood watch.The red car that they are selling the front of the place is evidence.They just updated their systems to probably wipe away the evidence they they never keep record of your Miles in and miles out . Which by law your supposed to do. It’s a lot of things that is wrong with this place. Don’t get fooled into the reply that they might leave unless their lawyer says otherwise.And btw don’t trust them doing anything other than tires . They can’t even fix their own car brakes. You keep saying “we not doing nothing for free” but on our diagnostic that we paid for your mechanic did not check our drive shaft properly and that’s on our paperwork you gave us sweetie. Btw if we do make it to court , anyone else who had problem with this place feel free to reach out to me.Check your paperwork they give you. If the miles in miles out are the same they either did not test drive (which they usually don’t) or they are going against the law and putting zero or not putting the correct miles.Check claims on government site, you have two complaints/claims you have not respond.

Went there to get an alignment since my car was pulling to the right. they claim they fixed it paid almost $70 for it. drove it home and was still pulling. Called in and advised them the issue wasnt fixed. Was told to take it back so we did. Got it REDONE at no charge, as they should, waited 3 HOURS and it was WORSE . pulled even more to the right. Called them AGAIN and was told to take it back (really). Took it to Pep boys and was told no alignment has been done to the car. was also told by pep boys the threading on inner side of the tire (facing towards car frame) was very worn down and needs to be replaced. Something that was not mentioned to us at this shop. Even though front desk staff is nice, Mechanics need to be more honest of their work.

This place is AMAZING! I’ve come here several times & even though the wait can be a little long ... IT’S WORTH IT! They are fairly priced & don’t rip you off. Today, I had my car towed in for a brake issue. They didn’t have the part they needed & called around but no one had it in. I’m freaking out because I only have this car & it was not safe to drive it. We found a place but I had to get a taxi to go pick it up. They stayed open late for me to go get it. Who does that nowadays? NO ONE! But they did and said it wasn’t a problem because they wanted me to get home to my family safely. If I was going to have to leave it they would have driven me home. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I have had a great experience every time I had to go to this business, the ladies are kind and professional and I also encountered a gentleman there when I had to change my brakes and rotors and he was great as well. They will always be my got to place as long as I live in Georgia and I know I will probably be seeing them again soon cause I have a lil old car. Keep up the good work guys.

You will be lucky if they fix your problem right the first time. These people seem trustworthy. At the end of the day they are unprofessional unpredictable crooks. There should be in investigation into this place the the credentials of the workers. If you sit in the shop long enough you will see people bringing there cars back “if it’s something other than a tire”.

Statham New and Used tires did a PHENOMINAL job!! All I needed was a used tire and the tire they gave me looked brand new. The tread was great and looked just as good as a new tire for a great price! HIGHLY recommend! You wont think twice about going back for sure. Great job guys!

Theres something to be said about having a regular mechanic. I cant tell you how many times since Ive been a driving adult I had to deal with intimidating mechanics at dealerships, big box retailers, or chain oil places.I started coming to Statham about 4 years ago. I live in Atlanta, but work in Old Town Conyers. I had a Honda Civic that I drove thousands of miles a month in on my commute, and as you can imagine, went through brake pads quite a bit. The first brake job I got in my Civic was at the Honda dealership, where I was intimidated(I was much younger) into paying nearly $300 to have front brake pads replaced.Statham is on my commute and one day I decided to stop in to get an estimate. I talked to Luis(who I later found out is the owner) and was quoted a whopping $85 with parts and labor. I was astonished. In a few hours from dropping it off, I was able to come pick it up. With Luis, you have a partner in your car care that truly cares about you, your car, and whats most important to a lot of people, YOUR bottom line, not his. He treats his customers like gold, and because of that, he has a customer in me for as long as Im in the Greater Atlanta Area.I tell all my friends and family to bring their cars to Statham - beyond reasonable prices on brakes, oil changes, emissions, and more. All in a timely fashion too.

Great service. Lady in the office was very nice. Gentleman who fixed my tire was just as good. Spoke to a gentleman outside while my tire was being fixed. He’s from out of town and needed some work done and he was so happy with the price and the work done to his truck.

These guys deliver excellent customer service and are very fast. Got rotors and brakes put on and it took them no more than 45 mins. They provide excellent work at an affordable price. If you live in CONYERS GEORGIA, do not go to this place!!!!!My father took my car to have the oil changed, because my children are sick.As our car is taken back my dad sees the worker PLAYING WITH A FIDGET SPINNER AND OTHER ITEMS IN MY CAR!!My dad walks up to the counter and tells the man: Hey sir, you need to tell the Mexican that brought my daughters car back to quit playing with the items in her car! He proceeds to tell him hes racist (which my father is NOT, he said thats all he could see to describe him as) and that he shouldnt have called him Mexican, and that he was NOT going to do anything about it.I called just a few minutes ago, and asked for an owner and he tells me: No, Ill help you. So I explained to him that my father told me what happened, and that he was in fact NOT being racist he was just trying to describe him real quick, and that was the only way as he was playing with MY PERSONAL BELONGINGS.The man proceeds to tell me and I QUOTE:I dont need your f****** business.I asked him if he new what business was and the fact that we have been up there 100 times, and he says: I dont need your f******* business your dad shouldnt have been racist, and I dont care what happened to your stuff, or for your business or to argue with you! And he hung up on me.PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE! And please share so others know!!! It is QUITE CLEAR this man doesnt care about his customers! I could understand if my father was racist or called the man a name but he literally was just trying to get the man to leave my stuff alone!

About a year ago I had an oil change after a week of still smelling burnt oil that I thought maybe just some had spilled I pop my hood and found they have never put my oil cap back on my engine I went back there they cleaned up everything did another oil change and I was good to go I understand things happen so I continue to return for service here recently in October I went in for an oil change as normal. I noticed a couple days ago the there was a small drop of oil in my garage took my car in to a shop that is closer to me since I have moved and found out that my oil was never changed I paid them for $80 of a synthetic oil change and got absolutely nothing they are crooks so your time or money and your heartache and just go somewhere else!!!!!

The lady at the front provided horrible customer service. They replaced my tire yesterday with a used tire. When I woke up this morning the tire was flat. I went back to get a replacement and they basically tried to replace it with one they had to patch up that had a nail in it. The lady told me that wouldn’t start my 7 days over even though it was there fault. She was very argumentative and I was late for work. Also after arriving to work I realized that they replaced it with my original tire that was damaged from a nail, which is the one they told me would be dangerous or a liability to put back on my car and drive on so I pretty much paid for nothing. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! They don’t care about you or your business or your vehicle and are willing to go lengths to make sure they do whatever for their company but not for the customer. I am highly disappointed and will never do business here again!

Ooooomg! Every time I go here something else goes wrong with my car! I took to another shop to have it fixed and it ran smoothly HOWEVER I made the mistake of going back to this shop to have tires replaced and they totally messed up my car again! I had gotta new parts put in from another shop and NOTHING was wrong then after I got tires from this shop my BRAND NEW PARTS looked like some had taken a hammer to messed it up!!! Do NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!! If I could give a 0Star I would!

Paid $48 for a used tire and they put on the wrong size without informing me. They even told me after that they knew they did it, just didnt tell me. I bought a brand new tire for $40 at walmart. When i went to return the used tire the next day they wanted to replace it with the correct size. I told them I already got a new tire for less they charge for a used one. Its thier job to know tires. I dont get how they didnt realize they were wrong and over charging. The staff was kind but it took a long time. No place to park.

DO NOT WASTE your time and money at this place, one of their tire guys screw my car trying to play super mechanic, they dont even have the knowledge and experience to work on your car . They Let grease all over the carpet and interior of the car. Do not take your car in for repairs or any service, their employees are not trained not even to fix tires. Management is very poor.
