Please dont go to this place the manager is not professional. I went to them to fix my Mercury Mountaineer. I paid $1000 only for my truck to break down the next day. When my husband went back they told him it was the tires. We got a second opinion only to find out it was the rollers, the one thing I paid for them to fix. They refuse to fix it and tried to charge me more. They only fix a noise that they hear. I know shade tree mechanics that are better than them.

The online check in system made it really easy for me to make an appointment during the 4th of July holiday. (they werent open, but I made the appointment and was able to drop off my vehicle which stopped running). Once they diagnosed the problems, I got an email that had a breakdown of each issue and the prices for fixing each issue. This gave me a chance to decide if I wanted to approve or deny the quote.The shop is so clean and organized, the mechanics are professional and well organinzed, the owner is very dedicated and understanding. I absolutly recommend this place any of your cars issues or needs.

Very nice mechanic, and staff. Facility is really clean! So i thought! The facility is clean but for a nice mechanic and receptionist Im not sure anymore. I took my car in to get a tune up And paid $1,000 for six spark plug and three coils. Not only did I get my car fixed but I had a stem valve cap missing on the front right tire. Trying not to be petty and excused the missing item. But my car is now popping in that area. Im not sure what all was exchanged from my car. But my tires look old like they were swapped out for the brand new set i had and now i have rott marks on these that have been placed back on! I previously drove my car to Florida and had no popping noises now i hear like on that right side some major components were taken off Or swapped on my car. I do not feel good at all about this experience. But Gods will i will get a honest fair mechanic because these people integrity and level of business is out the window! My car sounds like its slowly popping popcorn. When i stop and go that front right side of my infiniti, and the brakes! My car was silent before i brought it to you guys! Continuance something just dont sit right. I saw video valve cap been mising prior to visit. Tires may be the same dealers couldnt find invoice for tires. My car is still popping. Even tho my car was low on gas a professional could have added gas and added to the bill. A professional as he charged would have drove my car and said hey this or that for a thousand dollars for spark plugs and three coils. The receptionist keep texting hows your car? May be you didnt take my tires but the experience left a bad feeling dissatifaction. Why dont i know if i need cv joints? Why dont i know why my car is popping? I feel disservice.

I had a very hard time locating a shop that would provide honest prices and good work in Conyers. This shop was very clean and provided great service.

I had passed by TA Automotive many times on my way home . I decided to just stop by when I needed an estimate for something on my 98 Ranger that I bought new. What made me decide to let TA do my work? While I was waiting I peeked over the book I reading and listened and heard other customers greeting each other! They were all so complimentary about the staff and the work. That was really all I needed to decide. Other customers are the best recommendation. One also thanked a staff member for the support given during an ongoing illness . This was where I wanted to take my business. I TRUST Henderson and his staff. If something needed a “ little tweaking” after being in the shop , it was no problem . No questions asked . I have been shown the old part(s) and how it was not functioning correctly. Even all my questions about “ how it works” are always answered , so I get more knowledge about my truck ! Even when I did something “stupid” like putting a certain fluid where it shouldn’t go ! I have taken my own little diagrams in if I couldn’t explain something. I have always been RESPECTED. I have been very satisfied. And I will be glad to speak to you in person to recommend TA. I feel so much SAFER now driving my little ole Ranger.

I am so thankful that I turned in this parking lot while getting ready to head to Houston, Texas! They worked me in, completed the work quickly and correctly, and while I asked for an inspection to make sure I was ready to drive 800-900 miles as a single woman driver, they made great recommendations and prioritized the work that needed to be completed! The waiting room was clean, quiet, and everyone was very professional! I made it to Houston, and I will be a regular customer in the future when I return to Georgia.

My daughters and I drove up from Florida and noticed a bumping noise coming from the rear of my Jeep whenever we hit bumps. I googled repair shops near us and first went to Firestone when they opened and was told it would be about a 3 hour wait so I decided not to wait. I found that TA Automotive was close by and was AAA approved. My daughter and I got there a little before they opened so we decided to wait. When they opened, they took us right in and got to work starting to solve our issues. The entire staff couldn’t have been nicer. They were so pleasant, welcoming, and thorough. I would definitely go back whenever we are in town and recommend TA Automotive to others.

Best Lexus Service this side of Atlanta!!! We had our RX 350 serviced last summer and I was totally satisfied with the work they performed. Their mechanic stations are clean and their location is great. No more running to the Atlanta area to have my car serviced. So glad to have qualified mechanics to service our cars.Yeah!!!!

This has to be the most honest and trustworthy repair shops in town.They kept me very informed and didnt try and do any unnecessary work that I didnt need.They fixed and emissions problem I have had for 8 years that 6 different repair shops including the Nissan dealer couldnt figure out.my Nissan armada has never ran smoother in a long time.i would recommend this shop to anyone!!! This place is very dishonest. Mr. Henderson will try and sale you for things on your vehicle that you dont need. He told me I needed new front brakes and the cost was over 500.00. So I decided since I couldnt afford that price to have a friend of mine check my brakes and there was at least 70% left on the pads. Since I already bought new ones I had him put them on my car. The next time I went in for my routine oil change once again Mr. Henderson tried to sale front brakes to me again. Me knowing good and well I didnt need them. Its wrong to do people that way and especially to a female. Also a very dishonest way to do business. I will never recommend TA Automotive to no one. Mr Henderson and his team did a great job on all the repairs for my Toyota 4 Runner. I once only trusted the Toyota dealer with major repairs. However TA Automotive is better. The cost of repairs compared to the dealer is less. He converse with you before doing any work to your car. He also follows up with you to ensure that everything is operational as it should. I am very please with the service I received and I recommend them to anyone with a Toyota.

I have been patronizing Toyo Automotive for 10 plus years and not once have I had a complaint. I have taken several different cars from my family and the jobs always gets done. I like that my cars are always properly checked and given a test drive when needed (and not just are the block). Mr. Henderson makes sure that he informs me of worked needed along with the price. Yes sometimes it has costed me a bit more but my work has always been done correctly without me having to keep returning for the same problem. I also like that the building is always clean and and you can actually see the mechanics working on your car as you wait. The customer service when you walk in is alwsys friendly. Mr. Henderson comes out and greets his customer and he knows his repeat customers by name. As a long time loyal customer, I highly recommend Toyo Automotive.

I recently took in a vehicle that I acquired from my father. It had not been driven or serviced properly for a while due to his age. The mechanics at Toyo Automotive were extremely helpful in advising me what should be done to get it up to date with regular maintenance and back to running in great condition. I did not feel pressured in doing unnecessary maintenance and was told in detail why all service issues were needed. They will definitely be my go to service center from now on.

Dont let the rating fool you into believing this business is superior. Please let me take the time to address the issues I have encountered with this business. I brought my car in for a routine maintenance and the so-called manager, Henderson Johnson, was so pretentious. Johnson would pitch his sales presentation of good customer service, etc but dont be fooled. Johnson and his staff supposed to fix a simple repair which I could have done myself if I had the time. However, he tried to up-sell me on other internal issues (which was a lie). I was perplexed because I personally work on my car and I never experienced any issues. I paid for the service which I thought was rendered but I discovered they NEVER fix it. I validated my discovery by taking my car to a more honest and knowledgeable business and they informed me that the problem wasnt ratified. Save yourself the hassle of being robbed out of your hard - earned money and go to the experts. I assure you that the 4 stars rating were made up of customers who have little experience or knowledge about car repairs. This business is very DISHONEST!!

I noticed my 528i was low in coolant so l took to TA Automotive. The problem was my water pump and thermostat was bad. The guys at TA are great. They repaired my car. They are good honest people with great prices. I will definitely use them again.

On my last visit for my regular oil change and tire rotation while the technician was under the hood, he noticed corrosion around my battery posts. They brought it to my attention and took care of that as well as the work I had requested. I noticed the difference in how my car started up right away when I prepared to leave after the work was completed; my engine turned over immediately! Great work brakes were done correctly & time efficient..

I love this place! About a year ago, my car suspension was improperly repaired by another shop. When I got my car back, it just didnt drive the same. It creaked and groaned and squealed. Mostly when I hit bumps in the road, but sometimes if I hit even a little crack in the pavement. I procrastinated addressing the problem for too long, but finally went back to the same repair shop to get it fixed. They told me I needed my entire back suspension replaced. Again. I got it done and lo and behold, my car was still squeaking like a rusty animatronic dinosaur straight out of the original Jurassic Park. Frustrated, I decided I would try another repair shop & thats when I found Toyo Automotive via Google search. They made a small repair to my car that immediately fixed the issue. They were also able to find the source of a very high pitched squeaking noise that was driving me insane. So. Relieved.

Henderson and staff are very friendly and helpful. They were able to identify a problem quickly that another shop couldnt fix or figure out after 3 trips. I do find that the pricing is slightly higher than others for certain services, but can you put a price on confidence??
