My intentions were to go to dodge and have my car serviced but like normal it was a two hour wait. I found this company on Google and saw the reviews were good so I went to check them out! So glad I did. By far the best experience I have had in the five years of living in GA. The young men were so respectful, knowledgeable and I felt comfortable with them working on my car. I was there for about 25-30 minutes. Definitely will return again and bring my other cars.

That black man tried to charge me 141.00 dlls and him not even work on my car. Bad business and bad place for cars. I would like to know who is the head over place so I can let him know what kind of people he got there working for him. Its ridiculous 10 minutes work $140 ha ha ha!

I went here for a oil change, 1st time ever going somewhere other than Honda dealership. From my experience the tech who performed my oil change was new/ and not as fast . That’s what was told to me by I’m assuming the manager. This new tech did not put the undertray back on my car correctly nor did he put the screws in the right position !they were put in wrong and the tray wasn’t aligned with the latch lock to seat it correctly. Due to this I drove off and my car was making a loud noise , my under tray is now bent and after going back to get it corrected.( it’s still not fastened right, it still made noise and you can see it hanging if you look underneath my car) I now have to go and get this issue resolved somewhere else!because my trust for this place is gone after coming back from the incident to get it resolved to no avail. I would definitely not recommend This particular shop for no kind of work on your vehicle. Trust your instinct.

I gave them 3 out of 5 stars only because I havent tried any of their services other than oil changes, but the staff have always been attentive and courteous and Ive never had any problems taking my car there. The price is reasonable and they always gently remind me when its time to do maintenance, but dont pressure me.

There were about 3 cars in each bay when I pulled up. But they pull cars in 2 at a time in each bay so my wait wasnt really that long. Employees were nice, friendly and professional.

I went there this past Saturday. Excellent service. It was quick and the attendant Edwin had a great personality. I had an oil change, filter change and coolant flush. I will definitely go to them again.

I had something in my tire and stopped by there Saturday in Halloween and the store manager Deon James came out and looked at it. He ordered me a tire and was able to go back today 11/02/2020 and they put it on for me! I was only there for about 15 minutes. I always get my oil changed there and they’re always nice there! These guys were great my truck broke down after landscaping they kept my equipment and trailer safe. They got me back in business within 48hrs and had me back in business. Mind you it was Easter weekend.

My mother took her car in for a standard oil change($46) when an employee stated that since they do such a great job they ask customers to give them a tip. This is such a travesty to know this is the type of employees working here. I did attempt to resolve this issue with Carl who stated he was the manager. This was a waste of time. He was very condescending in our conversation. Good luck if you want your family members to be hustled you will see this story again on your local news. Hope them couple of dollars was worth the headache.

3 pm appointment time. Didnt get into the oil change bay till about 4 pm. The technician was at least pleasant and professional.Dont bother with oil change appointments. Just show up like everyone else but keep your schedule clear for a couple hours.

Today was not as great, employees had conversations about how bad my car was like i wasnt in the lobby area. I alternate between jiffy lube and Walmart. Would rather deal with Walmart.

Its an ok place aslong as you ask for Deon, Edwin, and Thomas. Be weary of uneeded services but you can most definitely trust these three guys.

The best one out of the whole franchise. Excellent lube techs and mechanic on site that provide 5 star service. The manager Hector will make sure you are taken care of from start to finish if need weather its a simple oil change, a set of tires, or any mechanical need you may have. Plus the add fact that the techs are not pushy on the upsales and even if you decide not to have them do the work, they still will inform you of anything potential problems they see. Not at this place though. This is a family-operated business, where they care about good service and quality work. Not satisfied at all. They overcharged me and lied about it. They told me one thing then when it was time for me to psy they changed the pay like I was going to forget. Then the tech had company and stop working on my car to chat with them for like 10 minutes. That was so unprofessional and rude and the guy at the desk called me stupid.

This is the only place I take my car. I trust them! They are always courteous, quick, and reasonably priced. Auto work can get expensive and they have given me options when I need to phase my repairs. Hector Sosa, the other Hector, all the mechanics are great at explaining what is going on and you never feel misled or overcharged. Now they send out email reminders for service and I can book directly online which is convenient and helpful.Recently my car wouldnt start and I had it towed there. Hector found out the battery terminals were lose and fixed it in under an hour!!Express Oil in Conyers does AMAZING WORK!

I am new to town and needed to find a good place to get my oil changed. I have passed express oil multiple times and today i finally stopped in. I was quickly greeted by a man named Nick, super nice and very helpful! Did a quick speedy job on my oil change. Instead of your typical sales guy, he wasnt insisting i needed $500 more done to my vehicle, but he was honest and let me know what i would need my next visit or the mileage i would need to look out for other things. I have much respect for him and his honesty. He even pointed out that my battery cables looked loose and noticed that my amp cord was melted! Big fire hazard! Nick moved my truck over to another bay and a man named Pete I believe adjusted my wires and helped position my battery better. I didnt know they could help me with something like that at this shop How awesome! I am extremely pleased with the service I received yesterday. I will not only be back, but refer others. Great, Honest, Hard working staff! Thanks!

Loved it! I came because of the good reviews. I was immediately greeted before I left my car to go to the office. I was quoted quickly on my oil change. Mr. Hector speaks fast so you have to turn on your listening ears! I drove to the back and Hector led me in. You are welcome to stay in your car and that is very different from other places. Other places, they take your car, you dont know what they do, and want to charge you for things you have no idea why. Here, you are there and know all that is going on. There is a display next to you that shows all you are being charged for and the time elapsed. It only took 13 minutes. I was longer because I was new and had questions. I need some other work soon, but Hector showed me why. He showed me my air filter (he was out of stock), he showed me the color of my transmission fluid, and he explained other things that will need attention for preventive measures. This place was so worth the visit.

I did not use this service because the tech wanted to charge $89 for an oil change . I have 2014 Buick Encore. The dealership charges $49. Buyers Beware!

Everyone is so incredibly nice and helpful. I got a diagnostic estimate by David, he was very pleasant to speak with and I plan on coming back to have the repairs completed. Then there was Edwin who showed me how to switch my wiper blades. He also recommended everything that I needed. I appreciate his help and will definitely definitely come back to see him.

This is my first time coming in here and I can say that Ed was amazing with his customer service and communication. I have a warranty for my vehicle (2009 Navigator) and he spoke to me about the different oil changes and any issues with the vehicle (hardly any) and did not feel like I was being gouged. Emily was engaging with me under my vehicle telling me about under my vehicle and was very educated. Definitely will return here for my future oil changes.

Due to my husband always handling any service I need to my car, I was like a lost puppy but he gave me 3 opinions to choose with(and didn’t hassle me into getting the highest oil change). Since I’ve been in Georgia I have been going to a local shop that someone referred to me and I thought it was a good choice because it was a referral. He was overcharging me because I have a luxury vehicle and he was also adding parts without telling me and then charging me for the parts when I asked him why was the bill so high. I went to these guys for an oil change , and everyone here is awesome. Edwin assisted me with the oil change he topped off my fluids, checked my lights, brake lights, change my reverse lights, and even washed my windshield. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. I met the managers and they are super cool too. This place seems like one big family and you are apart of it... They Made me aware of my brake pads and rotors (which they are going to be changing as well) and how to restore my headlights. The local shop that I would normally have gone to already told me that I needed brake pads and rotors but they said for all 4 wheels and this location told me only the back . They did not charge me for the advice even told me how to do certain things So i didn’t have to pay...They are now my one stop shop... 😎😎😎

They are always very friendly and never pressure you to purchase other services. They print out recommendations for needed work and let you decide what and when to do it. I love that you just drive in and never have to get out of the car. Perfect for people with kids in the car!

Tommy was excellent. I have been coming to Express Oil Change for years and they are by far the best! I stopped in today for an oil change and Tommy was very quick and efficient. He told me everything that was wrong with my car, but was not pushy on selling me to purchase anything. Express Oil Change is the only place I trust with my car other than the dealership.
