Disappointed... Had my vehicles for over two months total time with no updates or repair quotes.. Had to remove and find quicker services as my vehicles are used for business. Sorry tried to give local business a shot

To the phone call, explaining in detail, work needed to repair my car, I was given two options since cost was an issue for me. I was quoted a price for both repairs and when I picked up my car, the quote was accurate. Owner, Larry Burgess went above and beyond, to show appreciation to me as a customer. I am Scoutmaster of a Boy Scout troop from NC that had its bus fail while on a trip there for summer camp. After 3 loooong trips down there trying to get it repaired and done right elsewhere, once going all the way only to find out two exits up the interstate that I had to turn around and leave it again, Kurtis and Larry were recommended and took on the task and finally it was done right! After 4 months without the bus, no fault of theirs, we are back on the road to high adventure! This was a unique computer module issue that they and only they were able to resolve. This is an obscure tour bus, mind you, not an everyday car, so they are pretty darn great to be able to diagnose and repair it! We are very satisfied and wish they would move to Wilmington, NC (Hurricane Central!)

Weve had several vehicles repaired here. The most impressive was when we took a vehicle in and the quote was @ $400.00 for the repair. When we went to pick the vehicle up, it turned out that it wasnt as bad as originally thought and we were only charged @ $40.00. We think he is a good honest mechanic because he could have charged us the original quote and we never would have known. We have always been well pleased with his work and turn to him for questions on any vehicle that we have.

Absolutely terrible work. Not only will they not get to your car that day, even if you make an appointment but they will sit on it for a few days. Took my car to get a relay and got it back making a grinding noise it never did before... AFTER JUST GETTING A RELAY PUT IN! Avoid at every cost. Your car will come back worst than you left it.
