On 08/28/20 I went in to have my 2005 Toyota Highlander oil changed fully syntetic 5w30, with 211247 miles on it, so today 12/02/20 current milage 215583, and the label on for the next oil change requests to be change at 218747, and my wife went grocery shopping and when she was breaking the oil icon was blinking, she was able to get home safe, and when I got home from work I checked the engine oil level and guess what! EMPTY, DRY AS HELL!, So how come if i have 3k left to do get the oil change my suv is dry? Am going to take the suv to the toyota dealership on friday if there is any issues with my suv because of PT. A lawsuit is going to arrive at their mailbox!

Great price for full synthetic oil $48 thanks to $15 off. Problem is they charged me for top off fluids, and tire pressure but did non of that....that is not good business guys😡

The employees at Precision Tune Conyers are professional, friendly, and provide reliable service at an honest price. Kevin and Jansen diagnosed my steering system issues in 10 minutes, and had the job completed in 2 hours. Kevin showed me the faulty control arm and defective part, and I received a discount for my final bill. Needless to say, I will be using them for all of my automotive needs moving forward.

Broke down in Conyers by my work and happened to be at shopping center where 3 shops were located in a row ! Walked into first one said oh 600$ without even looking up parts . Second shop said 450 500$ and might have time just leave it. Then I walked into Precision Tune and the manager part owner? Was eager to help and got his lead technician involved they looked up availability and work up quote was under 300$ whole in shop I asked if they had time to slap brake pads on my rear both for under $400 and done in less then 2 hours. Forgot to mention I was a service manager for a Goodyear Firestone affiliate retailer for 15 years and I highly recommended this shop for your repairs honest and they don’t try to shake you upside down for your money. Quick oil change...Keep living life to the fullest!

The service is always great. However, when I went in today none of the workers were wearing masks. They allowed people to pack in the lobby area with no social distancing. There was an older customer sitting there who actually took his mask off and kept talking. The person servicing my vehicle came up close to talk to me without a mask. I had to ask him to step outside in the air and away from me to discuss the logistics of my vehicle. Very irresponsible and careless on their part for the lives of their customers.

I dropped in right before closing. They were able to quickly check my cars check engine light and give me a run down on possibilities. The next day, they keep me updated on progress and changes on repair with frequent calls. They fixed 3 codes before 3pm.

I have a Nissan Versa 08 and I been seeing Ronnie and his team since I first got my car(over 5 yrs). All the guys are cool and caring and put a lot of work in every car. But mostly there honest and they try to work with you. I’ve never had a bad experience and they get a LOT of customers so the business must be satisfactory.So thank you Precision Tune Auto Team!

I have always enjoyed having my oil changed here. The staff seem to love their jobs and it really shows. It is not a high pressure sell so you feel that you can trust their opinion. I feel I get great value for my money and I will be back again.

My experience was great and it is what continues to allow them to complete my service. The prices are reasonable and they will help you out with telling you in full detail what issues are going on with your vehicle. The only thing that could be better is the timing on when the vehicle should be complete, but other than that they are amazing workers who are very professional and knowledgeable.

I arrived in time for my oil change appt, met the guy in the front and my vehicle was taken right to the back. It took about 35 min and I was on my way again. The staff was friendly and had great rapport with everyone that walked in. I was not pressured in to purchasing any other services which I REALLY appreciate. They are reasonably priced unlike that Jiffy Lube across the street. I will return and definitely recommend.

Ronnie was friendly and knowledgeable. Took my car in on Monday following New Years Day and got it back within 5 or 6 hours. Grateful the guys worked on a day most were observing the holiday. Will continue to use their services.

I am really lost for words. I went into this place on Saturday, Sept 23 2017 to get an oil change a little before noon the wait was about 30mins. At 5:33 pm the same day my oil light was flashing then my car broke down on Hwy 285. I had my car towed to a local shop on Sunday Sept 24. I call an spoke to Ronnie on Monday Sept 25, 2017. He said If I allow someone else to look at the car they are not responsible for any damages. He had my car towed back to Precision keep in mind without the presents of myself or anyone else other than his mechanics there they discovered my engine was blown and need to be replace. From a $30.00 oil change to replacing my engine around $5000. and all he could say was this is unfortunate it happen and there is nothing they can do. On top of this I had to pay $73 towing bill before they would release my car. After get a second opinion from another shop my engine is gone. I am a very dissatisfied customer.

Went a few times to get my oil changed. Mind you I bring my own oil and filter always. Always got charged around $16.well not anymore. Dude charged me $22 bringing my own oil and filter. He basically charged me the $21.90 cheap oil change. I do not recommend them. Will take my business somewhere else.Disgraceful.

I went to the Conyers location for the 39.95 oil change. The older white man at the front desk continuously called all women customers baby which was very disrespectful and creepy. Creepy because with all that has gone on with the #metoo climate you would think he was better versed and trained. Second, he looked old enough to be my dad. The estimate for my repairs were very high with labor being the highest cost. I took my estimate and shopped around to other reputable places and found better pricing. Still wondering why this man who appeared to be a manager thought that it was okay to call me baby. Gross and unprofessional. Precision tune do better!

This location in Conyers GA was the best, fastest, most professional, and kind people! It was totally different from the ones back home in Birmingham AL. I really enjoyed my experience and plan to go there all the time.

When they could have tried to take advantage of people they were honest and sincere and took great pains to explain what was wrong with peoples vehicles. ALL WOMEN BEWARE, very deceitful business practices! I have never felt so deliberately violated and taken advantage of. I wish I could rate this business at 0 stars.My experience: I took my car into this location on Monday August 28, 2017 for a 4 wheel alignment. After the owner Ronnie completed my alignment he tells me that my struts are completely worn and both front struts needed to be replaced. I said I didnt know, ok how much would it be to replace them? He quoted me a little over $800.00 for the struts which I thought was a good price because I drive a Mercedes C240. After calling around to see if I could order my parts to save on cost I was asked by several mechanics How did they perform a wheel alignment if your struts are bad?? Every certified mechanic at surrounding auto shops all told me this was not possible because it would never be accurate which explains why my car started pulling immediately after I left. I called Ronnie the owner and he said Once I change the struts it will be correct. I replied why would you charge me for a service that you knew ahead of time could not be performed accurately?? He tried to convince me ALL the other mechanics were wrong and it could be done. I told him that I was very disappointed in his deceitful business practices and will never recommend this company to anyone.I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB as well as the AGO. Steer clear of this establishment!
