Coolant LeakUnique Mercedes not only met but exceeded my expectations. Not only was my problem fixed, it was noticed a tail light was out also. Upon picking my vehicle up I was informed of that, and that issue had already been fixed as well. Also my vehicle was washed to add.For me as a customer its those little things... attention to detail which keeps me returning. Waste of time. I had asked if they use warranty and they said yes. I made an appointment. Got there to be told that they dont use warranty. And wanted to charge almost $500. TO DO 2 SEPARATE diagnostics checks. Ill take my car back to Lexington SC Docs Garage. The best European car guy to-date. And Im in Georgia.

The wonderful customer service I received is what a paying customer should get! I had a malfunction warning come on in my car. I call the service center evidently after hours but did not leave a message. Early the following morning before I had a chance to call again I received a call from them. How great was that??!!! I explained my problem and was told that someone would call me to set an appointment. Within an hour I received a call from a most pleasant customer service person and an appointment was scheduled. Service completed and the price that I was charged I felt was very reasonable!!!!

One of the young ladies could have been more customer friendly period the gentleman that served me was very manly and polite. However they obtained the wrong battery for my car from the Mercedes dealer so I have to wait for the battery to come in . I would think that they would supplement for that being that I have to come from a distance and then also waiting 3 hours to have it put in but that was not the case. I know you cant expect that at all times but me as a business owner I would have definitely compensated my customer for the undo time. My car appears to be fine Ive only had it for a few minutes if youd like to check back with me later I may post something giving you the highlights of how the car is running. It cost me almost $300 for a Mercedes battery and I must admit I was surprised I thought it would be more than that so I am so thankful to God and to unique Mercedes.

I took my E500 here for an alignment since my regular shop doesnt do alignments. They were really awesome. The front desk staff let me know the cost right away and that there may be additional parts needed. They were super communicative and let me know what was going on. It took 3 days, but that was because of unforseen circumstances; they had to order some bolts and initially got the wrong bolts, had to reorder. I still paid only what I was originally quoted, and they even sent me a quote via email so I could look it over. The staff were really friendly and awesome. Ill definitely be taking them into consideration for future work.

Rude over the phone.How can i become a customer of your service if you refuse to answer my simple questions and in a rude manner hang up the call without saying goodbye?Also you was forcing me to provide my personal information, I have no idea why do you need it and how you are going to use it.I would recommend you to reconsider your customer service strategy if you want to get new clients.Devon, next time when you are asked how much is the oil change? just give the price at least approximately, do not try to play around trying to figure out how much money i have to adjust the price accordingly and NEVER hang up the phone when you are talking to a perspective client.

I know i need brakes in the near near future and i was given a very reasonable estimate for the service. I have tried 2 different times to patronize this business because 1. It is Black owed 2. I believe in entrepreneurship as a foundation of our community 3. The advertisements made you want to give them your business. But on both occasions, I was told by the receptionist that they were too busy to service my vehicle, and when I even offered to bring it up there and leave it, so they could put me in line for service, I was told they were too busy and the lot was full. Im not sure why they are still spending advertising dollars on billboards and in our Covington/Conyers area magazines, if they are so packed that they dont need new business. I always thought that people advertised to take the business to the next level, not turn down business and keep it stagnant. I own 3 Mercedes, and buy and sell cars, so this experience was very disappointing.

Thank God for honest people like Devon Dawkins at Unique Mercedes in Conyers. He did not take advantage of me when I took my Mercedes in to have work done that was suggested by another Mercedes shop. Devon drove my vehicle and checked it out in the shop to find out I didnt need the repairs that was suggested by this other shop. These were major repairs that would have cost me a lot of money. They’re thorough, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly..You can see that they know the Mercedes automobile. They were able to zero in and locate the problem and take the proper approach to resolving it. We had other servicemen who claimed to know the car try to fix it but couldnt. Unique Mercedes handle our repair with professionalism and informative customer service. We will be back our car is 20 years old and they were able to secure the parts we needed when others could not. I purchased a used GLK and the closest dealership for Mercedes is an hour away and with the wait not to mention expense of using a dealer is time consuming along with costly. A friend recommended I try this place thats actually in my home town. He is a tough critic but spoke highly of Unique Mercedes. Within the next two weeks, Unique Mercedes was all in my face as they were featured on a billboard, a front page ad, and on the top of a charity sponsorship.I had a minor issue that I couldnt figure out on my GLK. I went to Unique. I came in contact with 4 people; admin, service, and mechanics. All were respectful, welcoming, took time to show while explaining the issue along with resolution. The environment was warm, friendly, and we even shared some humor. In no time, basically because the experience didnt seem long at all... I was taken care of and sent on my way.. HAPPY!!!Unique Mercedes is now my go to mechanic.

Unique Mercedes, service & repairs is the very best out there.I REALLY WANT TO THANK THEM FOR ALWAYS GIVING SUCH EXCELLENT SERVICE & CARE TO MY VEHICAL .I have and extended warranty that I have never used & for the first time I tried to use it, the warranty people gave Unique Mercedes & my self a very hard time about my coverage, when clearly my warranty contract states the repairs would be covered, by the time they sent the adjuster the warranty people wiggled their way out of what was written in the contract, BUT Thanks to Unique Mercedes Owner Devon & Manager Kelvin, they gave me a discount on the bill, with what I had to come out of my pocket with.I really appreciate them for all the assistants they gave me in helping me on the repairs of my Benz.

These folks are very knowledgeable in the care and repair of Mercedes, i went to several different place that misdiagnosed my car or try to sell me a repair that i didnt need. i came to unique Mercedes and the assured me of the repair i needed and saved me over $3500 dollars. they even supplied me with a loaner car because of the distance i was from there shop. they even went a step further after the repairs to a little longer than expected by the delivering the car to my front door and picking up the loaner. you can not go wrong with these folks!

I observed world class customer service when I was picking up my car. A customer came in with a complaint. Devon listened and immediately apologized and acknowledged the customers distress. I didnt hear the particulars, but it didnt seem to be Unique Mercedes fault, however, Devon provided the customer with options and diffused the situation. The customers whole demeanor changed. The staff is friendly and always keeps me informed . This kind of service is hard to find, but when you do find it, you stuck with it!

What an exemplary and pleasant experience I had with this Mercedes specialty repair shop.m! My friend had borrowed my car for the weekend to drive to ATL from Charlotte and there appeared to be a mechanical mishap of some sort. I was immediately invited to park my car safely at their repair center with the dropbox to leave my key. The technician got to my car immediately that Monday and detected alternator as the issue. The rate was much more reasonable than taking it to the dealership and the timeline for repair was reasonably quick. Everything was completed in less than 48 hours. The receptionist and the staff was truly a pleasure and although I am four hours away from the shop, there’s no doubt in my mind that I’ll be taking my car in again for the thorough attention and repair that they provided. When I arrived at the service center, the ladies at the front desk was extremely helpful and nice. I was shocked to find out that you can only do a flat rate of $180 for a simple oil change but I still wanted to do business with them. As my car was being serviced, the owner Devon, decided to make rude and unprofessional remarks to me and had the nerve to say “all money is not good money” just because I didn’t accept the way he wanted to speak to me. Although I was told that it would take 45 minutes, I actually waited 2 hours. It was clear to me that he don’t value the customer relationship. I would never recommend this business.

Will not install your parts if you purchase them yourself.I only use MB original OEM parts on my car and get them at a discount.I guess if they cant mark up the price on parts they dont want your business.
