Took my daughter’s IPhone 6s in because she cracked the screen. Was quoted a good price and ask the guy did he need her passcode and he told me no. Took him pretty fast to fix, looked good as new. When I get there he says her phone was disabled in order for him to fix the screen and if he wants me to restore it, it would be an additional fee. He never told me this upfront. I had issues recovering her back up through iTunes and had to reset her whole phone. If he was more clear and upfront with his fees I would have happily paid the additional fee. Don’t recommend this place.

My cell went for a swim during a canoe trip. The manager took it apart and discovered the problem was the battery had failed. I didnt want to repair it at that time. I was not charged for the process A month later, I did, ordered a battery. He made the repair, no fuss, no muss. I will return with any other problems I might have in the future!

Wasnt able to get my wifes phone fixed right away (part needs to be ordered). But it should be fixed by Friday.

Took my phone in, thinking it needed a new charging port. Instead of doing the full job and charging me, they figured out that something was stuck inside the current port. So they removed that and only asked for $15. My phone is working like new. :)

Ive never felt so pleased! my iphone 8+ has been majorly bent and the front and back screen shattered, the back was too much to fix for me to afford but he unbent the phone and put on a new screen plus a free screen protector on my screen, as i noticed glitches going down the screen (lines) i asked the guy and he went to put a whole new one on! i love this! i got an amazing phone case too for only $10 ... i definitely would recommend to ANYONE with apple

This I fix store is not responsible in customer care. I fix my phone In this I fix they dont even fix right and after fixing my phone I left home and when I try to used my phone they fixed screen is pop up and I went back to fixing again and they told me that you dont even come to us to fix your phone in one hours they told me that they dont have a warranty on the phone that they fixed I pay $175 .23 . When I go with them how you guys fix my phone they told me that we dont fix your iPhone here they just stay out there to get a money form people.. they dont fix right phone they just satay their to take people money .. they thought they are want to get people money with out not fixing right. That guy who work in there is not responsible for my phone what he said to me. I took my laptop there almost a month ago to get the screen repaired I was told it would cost $80 and would take a week to have it repaired. I called a week later only to be told that the screen was still not shipped and should be there by that Friday. A couple more days passed I called AGAIN to see if it was finish only to be told that the screen would not be shipped until I come in and pay an additional $20 because they were told by the boss that they didnt make enough profit with the sale. Then was told I could only make payment with the manager. Then when I come to the store no ones there one day the next day I come back to the store only to be he didnt know what I was talking about hes new and hes busy with someone else leave my number hell call never received a call. I call ask to speak to the manager and state I want a refund and my laptop back because this whole situation just has been a inconvenience now its give me until tomorrow I will call you back. Poor customer service skills I will never take anything else up there again

They were amazing! I got my iPad fixed in 2 hours and they even had an otter box case for sale that I purchased with it. They were also nice enough to put the case on for me since it was complicated and I was honestly afraid to break my iPad all over again. So I never actually had any service done by them, but took my iPad mini in several times and they were slightly rude, not the worst. But what really makes me angry is about three months ago I was quoted a price over the phone, I had my wife take the iPad in and because she was a girl, Im guessing, the price they told her was $50 more expensive, for the exact same service. So, take that for what you will.
