I had the pleasure of meeting two of the young men that are CPRand what nice guys they are and so very helpful that I could write more than a few lines. They took their time and didnt treat me like I shouldnt have this phone to begin with and explained different things and were just so very nice to deal with and I will not hesitate in referring or going back myself because I cant tell you the last time that I had customer service like they provided. You will not be sorry that you have used their services.

This is how they gave me my phone back after the second time coming there in two weeks for the initial repair. This picture was taken at the store right after it was handed to me presumably fixed. 😡Im hoping that the owner will reach out to me soon. I have a $1200 phone that is now a paperweight with a voided warranty thanks to CPR dublin. Ive reached out to corporate to try and escalate the issue for a quick response. After all having a downed cell phone is a pretty big deal. If you own a Google Pixel Phone, your warranty will be voided if you let them work on it! This was confirmed by Google. I was told by them that their work would not void anything and that they used OEM parts. Both of those statements are false. At the very least one should have to sign a disclaimer and liability waiver or at least signs should be posted. Im curious how many other Google Pixel owners have voided warranties with CPR as a corporation. Well see if this can be resolved amicably. I always do my homework and the 135 4.4 🌟 looked good enough. However dig deeper and you find eighteen 1⭐ reviews and 2 2⭐ reviews. Stuff happens I get it but what matters most is how its handled after the fact.

I went here to have my screen protector replaced, which needed done from the previous week when one was installed right here (obviously incorrectly as it bubbled up the next day). I was waited on by the same guy, who recognized me, yet still charged me to replace it. This is my 1st bad experience here, but leaves a bitter taste in my mouth.

So I had a drone with some problems. My philosophy is if I can spend my money locally I will do it. I sent them a VERY VERY DETAILED request for service via their website for a quote to repair it. I received a response later that day to call and schedule an appointment to bring it in.I tried calling over the course of several days, finally someone picked up the phone on Monday. This person seemed surprised that I wanted to schedule a time to drop off even though it is clearly stated on their website that you need to call and schedule due to CV protocols. No worries, all good up to this point.I drive 30 min, navigate the never ending S#*^ show that is north high street, show up , pay for parking, walk in and wait 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge my existence.When someone finally waited on me they had no idea what I was talking about. I started to explain the issue. I was told not only do they not offer repairs to that specific model...but they won’t “deal with firmware issues, dude”OK. Fine. But you could have told me that over the phone...or email...just don’t waste my time.I’m a pretty forgiving person, things happen, but COME ON MAN!P.S. I’m not your “dude” dude.

Worst experience I’ve had in my life. Dropped off my drone 8 months ago, went in today hoping it was fixed and ready. Still broken, AND he lost my wings so as he said “I can’t find your propellers so I’m gonna put on these beat up ones”. And he also lost my battery and put in one that “fits well enough” So after 8 months, no fixed drone, and worse wings and a battery that isn’t mine It took that long to make my drone worse ???Update: new battery doesn’t charge , so now it is impossible to make my drone work without spending hundreds more. Took my iPhone 11 in because the top camera was cracked and I wanted a new screen protector on, I had to wait until Friday because the part they needed hadn’t came in but that was fine!! The pricing and overall turnaround was amazing! The man that helped me was awesome about the procedure. Now it looks like I have s brand new phone with the quality of work :) Definitely coming here again for future repairs!

Cell phone would not charge .. faulty connection interface. CPR made a temporary fix in order for me to continue to use it while the part came in.polite competent and helpful.

Overall very good service, only reason not a great was I did not receive a call back that work had been completed. This was not a rush issue, however, this would have been the perfect completion to the work done.

Took my IPhone here because the camera lens was cracked. I called and made an appointment, and was told that Id be called if the part didnt arrive in time. When I showed up for my appointment the part hadnt arrived. I asked why nobody had called, and there was no explanation or apology given. I left and eventually got a text saying the part had arrived, so I went back and dropped my phone off. The service took about an hour. Two weeks later, the replacement lens had cracked, which I assumed had to do with the repair, as I hadnt dropped or mishandled the phone at all. So, I called and asked if theyd repair it again, and was told theyd do it for half price, which is unacceptable. CPR Cell Phone Repair doesnt stand behind their work, nor do they respect their customers time or money. Avoid.

I came to get my Apple product fixed and got a good price to get it fixed unfortunately they wasnt able to fix it, but gave me back a full refund. I will be coming back.

I missed my bus and had a very limited time to repair my iPhone charging problem. When I called cpr, the agent was very friendly and promise to do whatever he can to fix it ASAP so I can catch my ride on time.I got there within 10 minutes and the tech took it to the lab in the back of the store and my new repaired phone was ready within 10 min good as new.Very honest and fair pricing and I encorage all of you to use this I-phone repair shop.

Took my phone to get fixed on a Tuesday. Didnt get it until 2 weeks later . The wrong parts kept comin in an ,I had to call for updates on my device. But other than that very friendly ,fairly priced . Good job phone works now.

Kevin was an incredible help! I had a phone that wasnt charging. My provider told me to have it repaired. After multiple attempts to clean the charging port myself, I took it to CPR. Kevin was able to reach the debris I couldnt get and had my phone up and working in time for an important business call. Its rare to find a business that wont sell you parts you dont need. I had my PS4 fixed here and they did a good job!

I went in for a phone screen repair and first of all when I got my phone back, the bottom right corner of the screen was popping out, so check your phone before you leave. Then I had to go back in to get that fix and my phone screen is perfect, but once I left I realized they messed up my Face ID appliance in the process of replacing my phone screen. So now my phone does not take my face for Face ID.

They were the only place that could order and do next day repair on my note 10+ they also were the cheapest bid I got to do so. Would recommend to every who needs something done quick

I sent in an Xbox to be repaired for over $100 and after waiting over a month I was told, not by receiving a call but calling the shop myself, that the problem is beyond them and cannot be fixed. Of the original fee I was refunded $25, which needless to say did not make up for the unpleasant experience. Also, in addition, the warranty of the console was voided which allowed repairs from Microsoft if needed.

Staff was courteous regarding battery replacement of my Macbook Pro. Cost was $165; I was quoted two hours of time to complete the repair, after which I would be called to pick up.I received no call and returned at the end of the store hours (roughly 5 hours later) to what was obviously a rushed, incomplete job. Im pretty certain they were not busy, as evidenced by the scent of weed throughout the store and one employee relaxing on the couch.The new battery is functional but the rear case screws were placed entirely incorrectly. I remedied the problem myself at home, but I was forced to wonder why I paid $165 for an incomplete job.Again, nice staff but clearly not dedicated to a job well-done. I will take my business elsewhere in the future.

Quick and easy

Made an appointment and kept it (earned me $10 off) and it took 45 minutes to replace my shattered screen on my iPhone 6. I didnt want to go through the hassle of replacing my fully functional device ($700+). For $60, I got my phone back and it works great. I noticed a slightly loose corner, but I keep my device in a case, so this isnt an issue. They stand behind their work, so if I take it back they will remedy this. I recommend this place for anyone not interested in a replacement.

Prompt, on time service. They replaced my Pixel 3 screen for about $160 and the craftsmanship seems to be alright - there was a little glue left on the side of the phone, presumably from the install. I was kind of expecting a phone call on the day the work was to be completed but didnt get one - I just showed up and it was done.

Keenan did an excellent job replacing the battery in my Moto Z Droid. He was courteous and knowledgeable, and answered all my questions thoroughly. He reassured me that he could do the replacement without any concerns about damage to the phone. I had an excellent experience overall.My one complaint/concern: It was explained to me that in the unlikely event something went wrong, such as the screen being broken during the operation, I would be responsible for the cost of the additional repair. This seems wrong to me -- the customer should not be responsible for collateral damage. In fact, I asked Batteries Plus this same question, and they said that of course they would be responsible if they damaged the phone while replacing the battery. Fortunately, my repair went perfectly, but I think CPR needs to review its policy in this area.UPDATE: The first battery replacement only lasted about a month or so. CPR gladly replaced it at no charge. The replacement battery again failed after 5 or 6 weeks. Again, CPR agreed to replace at no charge, but this time ordered from a different supplier. That took longer than expected, but in the end, I finally got a working battery. Though CPR resolved the problem in the end, I am compelled to remove one star from the review due to the hassle of having to go to the shop three separate times and wait for repairs before I finally got a working battery. Im hoping CPR has switched exclusively to the second supplier.

Ive been here for a few times as I lose my cellphones regularly.The kind gentleman in the store is very knowledgeable on phones, if you let him know what is wrong with your device, he would fix your phone in a matter of a second.From my experience, the gentleman is more interested in respecting customers interest rather than focusing on profits, overall, well timely manner, customer-oriented service, and kindness make this store extraordinary.

A very position experience. I took my laptop to the High St. branch and these guys was awesome. They actually called to let me know that my laptop was/still should be under warranty (which it was) and for me to give HP a call to get my laptop serviced. I really appreciate their honesty instead of trying to get a quick buck. And their customer service rocked as well. I would use CPR services from this experience, just Awesome.

Very disappointed... I was in two weeks ago to get my screen replaced. After tax, I paid $85. I immediately put a screen protector and case on my phone. Fast forward to this week I dropped my phone and it cracked again. Due to travel I was unable to take action. After dropping a second time at the grocery store- my entire back screen is now cracked. I called CPR to have itfixed and they were going to charge me for a front and back replacement... with $20 off the front screen and $30 off the back. The two services at full price are $120 and $70. To summarize, I’d be paying $140 (before tax)... in addition to the money I already put out for my original replacement. Again, my phone was encased and covered. I declined services and will not be going back again. I have had my phone for over a year and just experienced a crack for the first time recently... and I’ve dropped more than two times! To have this happen again so quickly, in addition to additional damage on the back side is odd. If another solution was presented to me by CPR- or at least some empathy- I would maybe feel differently.

Made an appointment here for today. The appointment docks $10 off the repair and the actual repair takes 20-25 minutes. Not to mention the price for repair is better than most places especially if you have an iPhone. The staff is amazing and super helpful/friendly. I have already recommended this place to my friends and thought I should just give the place the 5 stars it deserves. 10/10 would break my phone and bring it here again.

The staff here is terrific and the price structure is fair. Theyre not out to cheat you.The staff is very competent and good at explaining what they can usually fix and what to expect in terms of cost.Naturally, they cant stock every part of every phone but can get almost anything overnight. It seems that the shipments arrive about 3:00 pm so the earlier you bring your phone in, the more likely your parts might arrive the following dayParking on High St can be a problem but there are metered spots in front of the store.All major cards accept.They sometimes have a loaner phone for their customers and used phones for sale.

The quality of the replacement parts is just not good. I work outside in all times off weather and the phones a tool we use all the time in the field, so over the years Ive cracked a lot of iPhone screens.I usually go to the Apple Store to get it replaced, but twice Ive gone to CPR. Both times the glass from CPR has cracked ridiculously quick. Just a month ago, I got the glass replaced and the phone recently slid off my lap while changing into a waterproof case, landed glass up on carpet, and still the glass shattered. First time dropping it, and it was even on a soft surface. The previous time I used their glass, it shattered while in an Otter Box after just a few weeks.The customer service is great, though. Theyre speedy and polite which is definitely why they get the 3 stars. However, while the glass they use may be cheaper than Apples but it has a fraction of the durability. Its just not worth saving the $50-100 when its going to last a fraction of the time the glass you get straight from Apple does.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. They had so many appointments available and helped me ASAP. When I walked in they were super friendly. When I walked in the door, I was nervous about the cost. BUT if you make an appointment with them before going, you get $10 off your repair. My phone had screen and LCD damage and they fixed it in 45 minutes!

Very disappointed in the customer service here. My phone had some water damage, I dropped it off and they said they would email me when it was ready. They never emailed me, I called and they said it was ready, they forgot to email me, and they replaced the screen without my permission. They tried to charge me $70+ for the screen replacement on top of the water damage charge. When I explained I wouldnt pay for it since I never gave permission they said theyd have to take it off. When they took it off it apparently stopped working, they didnt even bother explaining this to me and just sent me on my way. This was all at the direction of the manager who you could hear making rude remarks in the back. Furthermore, the phone was only at 1% they claimed it was charging but wouldnt demonstrate that it worked

These guys are great! I did a walk in both times....They were super efficient and friendly. I dropped off my iPad 6 to be repaired and they accidentally damaged the LCD and quickly remedied the problem. Also, they gave me a discount on my iPhone 6 repair because I had my iPad repaired there. Timely and friendly!

Brought my iPhone 6 in for a screen replacement, apparently it had a short and they fixed it, Im happy that its in working condition but for 115 of my hard earned dollars I expected a better quality fix. Theres light bleeding on the screen, even separation on the left side. I can see the light from the back light shinning through the side. Not to mention the Touch ID wont work now and now Im cursed with the dreaded error 53 even though I included the original home button to make sure that didnt happen. I am really disappointed, this company had good reviews and claimed to only use high quality parts. Its almost like they just took the screen off of a water damaged phone, cleaned it out, and put it on my phone.

Good place to fix your phone once they get the part

Called in for a repair on my LG Phone, was told that they didnt have the part, but that they could order the $3.50 part but I was told that I have to pay up front and that it would be $51 for them to fix it. I reluctantly agreed, and waited, and waited to call a call back so that I could get my phone fixed. after 10 days, i sent an email. and made two phone calls. finally i got a call back and they told me they forgot to order the part, and they were pretty sure they could refund my $51 for services they never provided.

Told them the problem they thought wasnt the case, they tried to assure me it was... so i tried taking their expert opinion and when it didnt work their next solution was going to cost more than my device was even worth so I took it back broke.... plus a fat greasy dude works on everything

Pricy, but extremely worth the quick turnaround and accurate replacement.

If your phone will not turn on they will charge you $40 dollars just to look at the phone.. What is the incentive for them to fix it when they have already been paid.. They couldnt figure out how to fix it.. I took it somewhere else that doesnt charge unless they can fix it.. I just needed a simple battery replacement.

Took my mavic pro drone in with controller connection and over heating issues. three weeks later they said the parts they ordered didnt change anything. They said they would take out the new parts and put in my old ones. They charged me for a new fan that didnt work as well as the diagnostic. Also, they didnt tighten the housing. Its in worse shape than when i brought it in. But at least they say they cleaned the inside for water damage. I would never recommend this place for drone repair.
