I called for an estimate and 180 for an iPhone 10 new screen installation was fine.. he said I can wait on it if I had an appointment.. last place on 256 by burger king stole my phone.. the employees are behind thick glass and the phone came up missing..had to be an employer.

Nice people but couldnt fix the phone I have. Ended up ordering a screen repair kit from Amazon and doing it myself.

I ordered parts but the people were never there to fix my phone. I shouldve gotten my phone fixed for free and been paid a weekly salary for the hours of frustration I went through with them.

Great service from the staff

Went in for service to get my Galaxy S6 edge but plus battery replaced along with my charge port. Battery replacement went great and was done within an hour. The charge port took about 2 hrs and the tech had technical difficulty when putting it back together. He ordered another replacement part and that was overnighted. When he repaired it again, it went flawlessly. They do great work on repairing phones and let alone sell some really cool items in their store besides just batteries. I would definitely come back here again. The staff there are really friendly and seem to care about their customers. Had nothing but good experiences with this company.

Cory and Trevor were very helpful. They explained what needed to be done and set to work on it in a very timely fashion. They also explained to me that I didn’t need to replace the batteries on my kids phones just yet which saves me money. Highly recommend these guys.

The repair for granddaughters cell phone of replaced screen was great and the young man that did repair work was very pleasant and respectful and knowledgeable. Thank you so much for your help.

The employees made a few mistakes, like misplacing my order or emailing me that I had missed the appointment I actually went to.They were friendly and the Samsung screen repair work eventually got done, but I had to go back and forth, and speak on the phone to many people, several times.Update 6/1/19: There was a mistake on the first repair. Went it to get it fixed, they made another error. Fixing the errors is free of charge but its frustrating to be without a phone for days at a time and having to make multiple visits back there.

They were extremely professional and changed a tablet battery sooner than expected. They also explained what to do to extend life of battery. Will go to this story when my cell phone battery needs replaced

There was a gentleman and young lady that were very nice and helpful. In the past when I got my screen repaired I went the cheap route. They broke very easily. Right away I could tell the difference and quality in their screens. Be carful and read the warranty.

Employees very friendly. Told me it would take 30 minutes. I said I would wait, so they brought me out a chair to sit on since I was using a cane. Gave me good advice on how to charge and use my Iphone.
