This place is AWESOME !!! 5 stars is underrated!! I can’t express how satisfied I am my phone had water damaged and a crack screen they only took about 20 mins kept me up to date with what they was doing to fix it and kept the timing short but professional. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile and they even offered me a bottle of water even tho I wasn’t there long !! This is the best phone and tablet repair shop that Ive ever seen! When the parts for my sons repair were delayed in the mail these guys drove out to Kennesaw to pick them up! They also dropped his SIM card off at his job when he forgot to remove it from his phone. When my mom thought her iPhone battery was dead they showed her how she was draining it instead of just charging her for a part she didnt need. They go above and beyond to make their customers feel valued and my whole family is proud to be able to support such a wonderful and important family run Columbus business. Absolutely stellar service. Shattered my Moto Z3s screen and digitizer and paid for the express shipping. Due to the package difficulties with FedEx and UPS, the package got delayed indefinitely, and the dude drove up to Kennesaw to get it himself, meanwhile bringing my SIM card to me at work so I could plop it into a temp phone. Also managed to save me a good chunk after my battery bloated. If your phone gets jacked up, this is the place to get it fixed.
