Great store with excellent customer service. Bought a phone from another store a few months ago and was having issues with it charging and the other store refused to fix it without charging me even though I bought it from them. I brought it to this store and explained the scenario and they were able to fix it quickly and cheaper than the place I bought it from.

Great place. I went to have some service done. I dropped off the item and they told it would be ready the following day. Well, 20-30 minutes later, I received a text that it was ready for pickup. Now, I know youre think Im exaggerating, and think that they did something simple like putting on a screen protector, no. It was a phone that needed to be unlocked and reprogrammed. They did there job, I am satisfied, and hope that they are able to do the same for you!

SHOP LOCAL! Service here is wonderful. I had a bit of a situation and was trying to get a new phone for my Senior Father and the one I choose had issues connecting to the network. Aberham was not only very polite but also very helpful. My father returned to the store to try to fix or return the phone and Aberham helped him get a phone that works and took the time to set it up for him. This isnt corporate service this is LOCAL, hard working, prideful service. 10/10 would recommend. **Bonus Points 👉 He also helped my daughter find an awesome phone case and gave her a discount for her pretty old IPhone.

I ran into an issue opening the casing of my MacBook Pro while attempting to upgrade the RAM. Stopped into the store and within 20 minutes, the problem was completely remedied for literally 1/3 of the price Id been quoted by a nearby competitor to TRY and fix the problem.Ive taken other electronics to this shop and have always had a quick, inexpensive, and completely satisfying experience.

I was actually referred to Buck iFix by another repair shop. The staff was very kind and professional.. Everywhere else I went to quoted me at a much higher price and said they couldn’t have my phone back to me for a couple days. Abe repaired my phone within a hour of me walking in the store at 1/3rd of the price everywhere else quoted me. In he even through in a free phone case. I highly recommend this place. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my cellphone needs.

Stopped by this morning for a repair quote for my iPhone. The clerk I talked to (Abraham) was really helpful. He took a quick look at my phone, explained what he thought was going on, and provided some suggestions. He was knowledgeable and attentive -- not pushy at all. They perform several types of repairs, and for about half what the Apple Store charges (e.g., $99 for a screen replacement, versus $199 at Easton). But he actually helped me address my issue for free.Though I hadnt planned to buy anything, I ended up snagging a case for my wifes phone; they have a decent selection (probably 8-10 styles per phone) for roughly what youd pay on Amazon. They also have a quite a few used iPads and phones at very reasonable prices.Anyway, Im really glad I stumbled in here! Im happy to support this local business.

These guys are Awesome. Fixed my iPhone screen for 1/3 of the price Apple would fix it for AND fixed it in about 12 minutes! I hardly had time to sit and watch my show on Netflix in the lobby and drink the free bottled water Plus the guy was a real bro about everything. Walked out happily with a new screen, new case, new tempered glass protector, all for less than half the price Apple would charge just for the screen. It’s been 2 weeks now and my phone has been working with no issues. I even offered him a tip and he wouldn’t accept it. I was really happy just to shake this guy’s hand and tell him thanks. The technician was confident and very competent. Before I found Mobile & Electronics Repair, I had been without access to the internet for 5 days - trying to work remotely with my computer guru from home via cell phone. He is generally a whiz but couldnt solve the problem. Mobile & Electronics Repair had me up and running that day. I would highly recommend them!

Awesome guy!!!!! Didn’t even charge me a diagnostic fee. Before I decided to order a new screen, he asked me if I wanted to unplug the screen from my laptop monitor first before proceeding. I said yes and it worked!!! Didn’t pay a single thing. He just wanted a good review. Think my screen may go bad again though so if I have to order a new one, I’m definitely doing it through him.I’m having a GREAT day now, btw. Since he asked me that like twice.

Best guy ever. I had to cross a couple tablets off my Christmas list due to the item being out of stock here. I started looking for alternative gift items. Days later I get a generous message about more being in stock when i didnt even ask for any follow up. Not only did he go out of his way to let me know he got more in, he also made sure he held 2 of them for me until I was able to get to the store when he opened. Incredibly flexible and helpful. The are reasonably priced and super accommodating. When my replacement phone screen came and the parts were defective I was even given a loaner phone to hold me over until the replacement parts came. Overall incredible customer service, helpful and knowledgeable staff, and the best repair service I have ever had.

I take my phone there and after 20 minutes I’m good to go and without spending a dime. Ibrahim is very great guy and extremely helpful. Will be taking all repairs there from now on.

Ive had the same iPhone 6 for several years, without any issue or damage. Until I dropped it while getting out of my car and shattered the screen to pieces. I stopped by Buckeye Wireless, and they fixed the screen perfectly in about 15 minutes for a very reasonable price. Abraham was so helpful and very nice! I highly recommend this place.

This place is great! I had already taken my broken phone to Apple and Sprint who insisted that my phone couldnt be fixed, and tried to sell me a new phone, but Buckeye Wireless was able to fix in within 10 minutes, and didnt charge me. This place was recommended by a friend after Id shattered my phone screen. They had the fairest quote after Id called around. They didnt have a replacement screen for my S5, but ordered one for me right there. The guy there told me 3-5 days till the replacement screen would arrive, and hed replace it the same day. It ended up being repaired on the 5th day and he threw in a privacy screen! Awesome shop. Will be returning if I need any repairs.

My phone had no service so I thought there were SIM card issues and looked for a place to buy a new phone since everything I found said it was either that or a costly repair. Found this place and thought why not give them a try. Walked in and took the guy 5 mins to figure out the problem and fixed without paying anything. If I had cash I would have paid him anyway just for finding the issue and being so helpful. Will definitely take my phone in to them if I need any repairs from now on.

I thought based on the reviews that my phone screen would be replaced properly.Thats not what happened, unfortunately.I got my phone back with the screen coming loose a few days after. You could literally look in between the screen and the phone, and see the light. I never dropped it and bought a sturdy case to protect the phone with a screen protector that same day.Since there was a 1 month guarantee, they installed a new screen. You would think they would do a better job? No, this time there was glue all around the screen. Guess what happened? After a few days the screen came loose again due to the glue losing its grip!I took it back to Abe, who works there, and I explained what happened. He accused me of dropping the phone and that its not due to his shoddy work. He said they wouldnt honor the guarantee, but that theyll offer me a $10 discount. Huh!?I went to another phone repair shop called iFixandRepair on Morse Rd. I explained what happened and they were shocked by the work. They said that the glue couldve ruined my phone and the motherboard, rendering it useless. I had to pay full price for them to fix it, but it was so worth it! My phone looks and feels like a normal phone. Thank you iFixandRepair!To Buck i-Fix: please treat your customers with respect and do not accuse them of something that didnt happen. I never leave reviews, but I had to since this was one of the worst experiences of my life.To everyone else: go to iFixandRepair on Morse Rd. if youre looking for great phone repair work!UPDATE & RESPONSE TO BUCK I-FIX:This is the most disgusting response. I have taken my Samsung s7 down to this shop now 3 times (twice for a broken screen) and once because my motherboard crashed. Each time he went over and beyond to try to get my phone repaired. He stayed longer than the stores closing hours (which is why I went down there in the first place as the store is open much longer than others). I live in Lewis Center (about a 25 minute drive) and will make the drive every time as it is worth it. He is very knowledgeable and so helpful.
