Spencer was AWESOME. I loved his personality and the fact that he fixed my daughter’s phone with no hesitation while I hovered over him was very impressive. Such a nice young man and he did a great job. I checked EVERYTHING before leaving and I was very impressed.

I happened upon the business conveniently located in front of the apple store in the second level. I inquired about fixing a shattered phone screen and they quoted me a price. I returned the next day with my phone, it was fixed in under 30 minutes and they honored the previously quoted price. Great customer service as well.

Took a $100 deposit 4 months ago. After waiting forever for screen to come, I was told the person who fixes it is out in a two week vaca. Had to text them repeatedly to even get that response. After 2 week wait I was told to come in anytime. I did. Guy who fixes the screens still wasnt there. That was 2 weeks ago. Still ZERO response. Enjoy the free $100 dollars, guess you need it more than me. So unprofessional!

Update- Got home and home button no longer works.Went in to get my iPad fixed. Was quoted 1 hour, it took 3. He put two defective screens on in front of me. He then after hours hands me the iPad and the home button is moving all over and not set. He then retakes it apart where he TAPES the home button. He then tells me the only screen AFTER he put it on was damaged, but still gives me the product (damaged LCD). Lastly, he says to me after I committed that he has to use black on my white iPad. This iPad is trashed. I should have went to Apple. Also, the security guard literally sat there and talked to him for hours. I told employee I thought it was not a good job/ wasn’t satisfied and blank stared at me. Do not go here.

I was pleased to have Spencer help me. He was polite, respectful and very knowledgeable. Smart Fix was located right in front of Von Maur. Adjacent was another repair place with no one working the stand. The other repair place below Smart Fix was going to charge me 60$ more and send me to Easton! I am so thankful I found Smart Fix! I can see why Smartfix is one of the highest rated repair shops in the mall and in Columbus! 10/10 I would recommend you come here if you have a broken screen and or broken back. That’s right this is one of the few repair shops who actually do iPhone and Samsung backs!

AN HONEST REVIEW!!! Listen I have never taken my phone anywhere to get it fixed this was a first for me. I called around and everyone wanted 300+ to fix my iPhone XS Max. Called this guy up and was a little over 200 dollars and not only that but was done quickly and without any issues. When I say quickly I mean quick was done in less then 25 min. Certainly will bring my phone here again if I have any issues. Thanks guys!

Had the back glass replaced on my iphone xr. Paid 130 dollars for it. Afterwards rear camera had to be replaced, there was a giant black spot in the center of the back which i was told is where they used too much adhesive. The frame of the phone was also very messed up and didnt look anywhere near right after they fixed it. I took it to a local phone repair facility to me the next day and they took care of the rear camera and showed me pictures of the inside of my phone which was FULL of glue and glass shards. In my opinion i got screwed and they trashed my phone.. Ive had great work done here before by senai, but the guy who fixed my phone, spencer did absolutely terrible.

My daughter broke her iPhone screen months ago and Id been putting off getting it repaired, but it completely failed, so we went looking for a repair on short notice. We arrived very close to closing time and the owner was working, and got it repaired in no time at all. Would definitely recommend!

I had just left the apple store who told me there was nothing they could do to fix my water damaged phone. I just happened to see this kiosk right above the apple store and asked if he could possibly fix it. Fixed my phone in 15 minutes. It’s like it’s brand new! Definitely recommend!

I took my sons iPad air 2 to this place to find out why it wouldnt detect the charging cord when I plugged it in. They told me THEY would call me in 24/48hrs & after they had it for a week with NO call to me, I called them. They told me that it was a bad charger port & it needed sent out to have a new one soldered in. It would take another week. I asked to have a new battery placed into it while they had it opened. Needless to say, the battery was NEVER replaced, the charger port was never replaced & I had to take it to an Apple store to be fixed properly. This place is staying they changed my parts again which was NOT the case because my recordings I have they told me they looked at it & it didnt give them issues! DO NOT take ANY of your products to this place. THEY NEVER CALL YOU, you call them & their RUDE when you prove they STOLE your money.

Louis fixed my iPhone 6s screen for $100 in 15 mins with a genuine Apple iPhone glass screen. I literally stood there and watched him perform the entire replacement from start to finish. I had to return my screen 3 times. After my third trip back to the mall, I told the guys that my screen sensor (on the screen they replaced) doesnt always work when Im on the phone and my face touches the buttons. The salesman advised because it works sometimes that he cant replace it (aka he just didnt want to change it again.) Apple changes screens for around the same price and it is right down stairs. I would advise just going to someone honorable before this business where the customer service is a joke. Dont let them hustle you.

I had an iPad mini 2 fixed there recently for a broken screen. The day we got it back the screen popped out at the bottom. I took it back a few days later after trying to press it under some books. They had it for a week or so. Same problem minutes after leaving mall. They had taken it out of a drawer with a big rubber band around. As it was exactly the same before and after, I suspect the rubber band was it. I haven’t been back yet as we’re over an hour outside Columbus but now the screen is peeling away from LCD.

One of our customers went up to get a phone repaired to trade in, the screen ended up coming out of the phone. The repair guy glued it closed. Then the screen shattered without the phone leaving the counter. DO NOT RECOMMEND. PLEASE VISIT AN AUTHORIZED APPLE REPAIR SERVICE TO GET THE SCREEN FIXED PROPERLYIn response to the owner: that is what happened. I reached out to get the repair redone and they told me I need to pay again and that I cracked it which I have video evidence that it was not dropped. I am not a competitor.
