Getting a broken phone fixed is never fun but if you need the service Id recommend giving this shop a look. They did a nice efficient job. The price was fair and they f replaced the screen while I waited.

They aren’t real iPhone screens! Third party, not a quality product. Came with scratches and shattered a week into owning on carpet with a case! Very disappointed because my first impression of the women was pleasant, however after seeing how they handle situations such as this one watch out my people. Didn’t even offer a discount when saying that the only thing I could do is buy another and I bought it literally 3 days ago!!!! Insane, just so disappointed I wasted $150 :( also I asked for the woman’s name to try and reason or level with her to see if there was anything I could get even a discount of sorts and she hung up immediately following the question. Just so rude.. Just so disappointed man, go somewhere else.

They fixed my iphone but werent open during the hours posted. Calling isnt any better as its hit or miss. The people that work here are socially enept and have no concept of the word haste when you want to drop off or pickup. There are now black spots on my display when I touch the screen.

The phone looks brand new and works perfectly!!! The process is quick so it won’t take much time out of your day and you’ll be completely satisfied! I know for sure that if a cracked screen creeps back into my life I will use this business again!

I took my sons iPad air 2 to this place to find out why it wouldnt detect the charging cord when I plugged it in. They told me THEY would call me in 24/48hrs & after they had it for a week with NO call to me, I called them. They told me that it was a bad charger port & it needed sent out to have a new one soldered in. It would take another week. I asked to have a new battery placed into it while they had it opened. Needless to say, the battery was NEVER replaced, the charger port was never replaced & I had to take it to an Apple store to be fixed properly. This place is staying they changed my parts again which was NOT the case because my recordings I have they told me they looked at it & it didnt give them issues! DO NOT take ANY of your products to this place. THEY NEVER CALL YOU, you call them & their RUDE when you prove they STOLE your money.

Took my ipad here April 18th and just got it back June 6th. They were one of the only repair shops open during QUARANTINE. But, they closed up do to family circumstances. But, when I picked up the ipad it wasnt repaired so I had to go somewhere else. This place I went to happened to be open during this entire time. I wish I had went there from the beginning. I asked if this could be repaired before my daughter 5th birthday? That was ruined.

Biz has a mind for technology. I came in with a cracked screen on my iPhone 7. It was pretty pricey to pay for new screen,but he worked within my budget and my screen works perfectly and its more clear!

They broke my phone while repairing it. (Before, it just had a crack in the screen.)The owner had the nerve to offer a partial refund, not a full refund, not paying for the phone they broke.Delays while they attempted to fix the phone:- no screens in stock (3 days)- no batteries in stock (5 days)Twice I showed up during the posted business hours, but the shop was closed.At the beginning of this process, they quoted me one price on the phone, and then charged me a higher price once I was in the store.

Place was only ok, didnt get the feeling of great confidence with the tech. Also I was quoted $75 dollars for a screen replacement and was charged 90. This may have been a miscommunication, but it should have been clarified before the work was completed. I would not use this business in the future nor would I recommend to a friend.

Friendly and fast service. The owner travels to China to get Apple replacement screens. They fixed my cracked screen in just a few minutes, had a great conversation while they did it and tossed in a free tempered glass screen protector. They even put on the tempered glass for me. I wouldnt hesitate to go back if I needed another screen replacement.

Dropped my phone in a parking lot and shattered the screen, called the nearest screen repair place right away via a Google result. Im glad it was SmartFix!Bizrat quoted me over the phone a repair price that was 40% cheaper than a quote I got from a shop near OSU for my iPhone 6S.Went right in and repair time ended up being 30-40 minutes, but included a little troubleshooting with a discolored spot on the screen. He got that all fixed up and my screen was good-as-new.Its now been about 3 days and the screen and phone have worked just like normal. Bizrat even put a glass screen-protector on for free!I told him about the price quote I got from the other places, he said theyre probably franchises, but hes a one-off small biz owner. Dishonest or incompetent - dont shop here.I went in to SmartFix to get my phones headphone jack fixed, and the employee told me they needed to order a replacement part. He insisted that I give him a $20 deposit while they ordered the part.Over two weeks later, I hadnt heard a thing from them. I called, and the manager told me they never ordered the part and he had no idea what happened. Im getting my deposit back and taking my business elsewhere.I no longer trust SmartFix to be honest and advise you not to either.

Wasnt completly satisfied! After I left my home button fell into my iPad that day. Felt so loose. They don’t have a void mail they keep it full! I’ve called 3 times nobody has got back with me! So they fixed my glass but messed my home button up! Was super cheap! The guy who helped me was very nice! He charged my iPad! Very sad my buttons messed up and they haven’t tried to make it right!

Went into the SmartFixx location in the short north and was greated by one of the staff and the owner. Both gentlemen displayed great customer service from the time I walked in, during my servicing and from when I walked out. These guys were very professional with me and all the guests that came in and the calls they took. It only took me about 30 min to get my phone screen replaced since it was cracked. I must say (hoping i dont drop my phone again 🤞🏽Lol) I would definitely go back to these guys because they deliver A+ service and quality! And if I dont go back, then I definitely will refer everyone else to them.

Absolutely do not go to the SmartFix in the Polaris Mall or the one in the Short North (downtown). I took my nieces iPhone and my iPad to get fixed at the Mall. They fixed the iPhone and it immediately stopped working when she got home. She couldnt use some of the letters on her keyboard. Unfotunately, she lives an hour away. Her grandfather brought her back to the mall and they told her that 1 in 40 screens are defective. They put another screen on it and a day later her screen was turning blue. They took my iPad on a Saturday and said it would be done by Thursday. I never heard from them. A week later I called out to the mall. The guy told me he would have to call his manger to see if it was fixed. I asked him if he had it and if he could at least confirm the new screen was on. He said he had it and the new screen was on and he would call me back. I called back a half hour later and he told me that the screen was replaced but it didnt work because 1 - 40 screens are defective and that they needed more time to get a new screen. I told him I was coming to get it and he then admitted he didnt have it at the mall, but it was really at the downtown store. I drove immediately to the downtown store where I got my iPad which still had the cracked screen and had never been taken out of the case. I asked to speak to the manager or the owner and the person at the downtown store refused to give me his name or tell me when I could meet him. When I demanded a managers contact number he threatened to call the cops. I then called out to the mall where that person refused to give me contact information for a manager. DO NOT GO THERE!

I went to the Smartfix location in Polaris mall to have my iphone 4s glass replaced tonight. The service and quality of the repair was excellent. They even helped me put on my new otterbox so it hopefully wont break again. They were a little busy so the turn around time was 2 hours but I had other things to do in that area so it wasnt an issue. They only charged $100 when other places want to send the phone away or charge $150. Great value!!!!
