If you need your phone repaired, this is the place to go. Cracked my screen and had it repaired in less than 24 hours here. Replacement part was ordered overnight. Took my phone in at 2pm and had a nice replacement screen in about 1 hour and not to mention the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommended.

I can not recommend this place enough. Not only where the cheapest of 4 other places ($60-$160 cheaper for two phones) it turned out the glass screen protector was broken and not my actual screen. So instead of taking our money they were the most honest in town. I will always use this company from here on out!

I put the ratingg i did becase i havnt been before and was wondering if he did samsung note 9s? my dog decided to chew on it and left two marks in the glass. i dont think this place is bad i mean i did look at reviews but i needed to know if he does work on androids.

I took my phone here because of a recommendation and had some issues with the cell phone screens that were initially being put on my phone but they went out of their way to order in an even better quality screen and offered to make up for the issues I was having. I usually don’t review places, but I went to Wilson’s to repair my cracked iPhone 8. He had a lot of people ahead of me. He said for me to come back in an hour and a half and my phone would be done. I came back and my phone was done. When I went home, I couldn’t use the left side of the screen. I contacted Wilson and he apologized and said for me to bring it in the next day. I came back and he was so apologetic. He fixed my phone and it works perfect now. I would usually be upset about having to come back, but I couldn’t help but smile because of his hospitality and personality. I recommend this place to anyone in the area looking to get their phone fixed! Great place, great guy! Cheapest in town also!

Outstanding customer service from start to finish. You deal directly with the business owner who also does all the work on site. Mr. Wilson takes great care in his work and did an amazing job. I went in for a screen replacement and didnt realize the back glass of my S8 had a small crack which caused it to shatter upon removal. He still worked with me to get me back up and running until the parts needed came in, which was the next business day. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend and I will not be going anywhere else as long as this guy is in business.

Very courteous as well as quite knowledgeable. Repaired iPhone 7 cracked screen flawlessly. Even told me of a couple errors a different repair person made from a previous screen replacement fixed somewhere else. (My daughter is rough on this phone.) Terrible! He does not know how to work with a Iphone 8+. I went for a screen repair and he somehow messed my battery up, now my phone wont charge and it will not stay on. He offered alternate solutions to the problem actually, but he did not tell me that there was a chance that my battery will have a defect if he works on it until after he screwed it up. Go to a professional, sometimes the quickest rout is not always the smartest. He was misleading and talked over me as I tried to explain to him how unprofessional this was. If I could give 0 stars I surely would. I have now been without my Iphone, due to him, for 6 days and couldnt take any pictures of family during the holidays. I ended up walking out of there with a broken phone screen still, and a broken charger port due to him disconnecting something on the switchboard and not knowing how to put it back.

Went to get screen repaired. The guy was friendly. I did not like the replacement screen he gave as it was subpar quality. He also then tried to tell me that my digitizer was bad when my phone worked perfectly when I brought it in. Long story short paid $70 for a subpar screen which didnt even look good my touch went out about a day later so I went to another shop to get another screen replacement. ElG Computer charged me $55 and the screen quality is great and he replaces the digitzer and other parts when repairing. Im giving three stars because he did have good customer service. He just needs to get better screens and replace the other items that should be replaced as well as it comes with the screen. instead of trying to charge more to replace it as well.
