The process of fixing our broken Apple iPhone XS Max screen was quick and easy. The eta was 1 hour and it was ready in less than an hour! We are so happy they suggested we add the screen protector onto the order. The phone looks brand new and is in excellent working order! The staff was super friendly and very personable! I took my iPhone in to have the charging port repaired after being quoted a price of $79.00 over the phone. To my surprise, they fixed the problem free of charge. There was some debris in there that was easily cleaned out. How nice! They were fast, professional and HONEST! I will be back in the future.

Ordered the part for next-day arrival and repaired within hours. Also charged me half of what CPR wanted, which was $249.

Brought my daughters iphone in a few weeks ago to have a cracked screen replaced. Price and speed of service was great. Yesterday it started glitching so we brought it back in. Mr.Wayne and his team never cease to amaze me! Even after “I” had a misunderstanding on something they were still very understanding and always helpful. Keyword there is “I” had the misunderstanding on something with the phone and a payment. I have been a customer ever since I came across them in 2018 and even though I am moving an hour away. Adam is a magician! I could not be more pleased how my badly cracked PC screen was promptly returned, better than new. My keyboard hasnt been this clean since I took it out of the box three years ago. Quotes for a new computer like mine, ranged from $750 to $900. Wireless RX charged me less than $300.I shopped around. One place said they couldnt fix it. Another place was going to take at least one week to fix! and they even quoted me more.You must go to Wireless RX, if your smart device needs fixing.

Like many other reviewers, my phones charging port was apparently impacted with debris and was no longer holding the cord or charging properly. These guys cleaned out the port and got it working again in minutes, all at no charge. Just awesome!

We took a Motorola phone in for a screen replacement just to have to take it back again because it was installed wrong and even then the second screen was faulty as well. Not worth the time or effort to work with this company.

Very professional, great customer service skills, and great results! I had accidentally got my Sim Card stuck deep inside my brand new Samsung Galaxy A21 Phone. They were able to get it out without any damage, by opening up my phone. They placed the functioning Sim Card on tray and inserted properly into phone. I went to Best Buy (Geek Squad) to see if they could help get my MAC working again because I spilled nearly 16oz of water on my laptop. They told me that they couldnt help me and that it had likely ruined it, I didnt accept that response, so I decided to go to Wireless Rx to see if theyd be able to help. I feel bad that I dont recall the gentlemans named that helped me (might have been Chris?), but he was fantastic! I explained to him the issue (just like I did to the Geek Squad) and he had a tremendous amount of confidence that he could get my laptop working again. He said he would call me early next week to give me an update after he ran some diagnostics and tried on a keypad that he had from another laptop. He called me when he said he was going to, and he said that he was 99% sure that my laptop would be good to go, but that he had to order the parts. He said once they came in he would give me call, which he stated might be a couple more days. He called me again a couple of days later to inform me that my laptop was ready and working, and that all of my files were still there. AMEN!! I mentioned to him that I had a lot of files (documents, spreadsheets, lyrics, music) that I had not backed up, so this was the best news I could receive. Thank you for your professionalism, your outstanding customer service, your confidence, and certainly for your timely responses and follow through. Im very appreciative and will absolutely come to you all again if anything else happens (crossing my fingers that water will stay away from my devices!). I was having trouble getting my iPhone to charge and took it to them to see if it could be fixed. He checked my phone and the issue was the charging port was a bit dirty. He cleaned it and now it works fine. When I asked how much I owed him for the cleaning, he stated no charge. Would not accept payment. I dont expect that all services would be free, but anytime I need service, I will be coming back. They were prompt and professional, and while I was waiting I browsed the prices on chargers etc. and they were better prices than what I had seen in the big box stores.

Adam Did a great job and I really appreciate the careful timing and the reasonable pricing. I brought a MotoZ ( 4-5 Years Old) in with the screen popping up and I thought it just needed to be glued Down. He looked at it and said that due to its age it is probably the battery starting to swell and it should be replaced. $85 bucks later and only 2 hours ( Total) with my phone it works like new and I am very happy!Great Job Adam!

Honestly was a bit disappointed in the service of wireless RX. I had dropped my phone and completely ruined my screen and as a college student I wanted to find the best deal and called so many different places. I came across Wireless RX & the gave me a rate of $130 to fix my iPhone 11 screen a huge discount compared to apple! But that’s as good as it gets for this place. Every time I talked to an employee who I believe was named Jay I felt as if i was a bother and he was very short. When I went to pick up my phone I did speak to another gentleman who was much more pleasant. It has been a lil over a week since i fixed my screen & i can certainly say it’s not working like normal, it glitches, it freezes and at times just doesn’t respond, not all the time but often enough to annoy me.

Amazing to work with. In this season we all need our tech to be up and running and they got my phone back up in one visit, another provider told me to get a new one. Saved me hours of time a ton of money. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Went to Best Buy Geek Squad with an aged iMac that had RAM issues. They referred me to Wireless Rx on Polaris; the Geek Squad doesnt handle hardware issues. Wireless Rx identified and replaced the failed RAM at a very reasonable cost. I will surely return to them with future hardware issues with computer and mobile phones.

I cracked the screen on my samsung s9 and I called 3 different business that were a bit pricey. Called Wireless RX gave my information to Jay(I believe thats his name..sorry) he search a vendor for the cheapest price. When up there on Saturday he said it would be Monday before they could order the screen and he could fix it on Tuesday. I got a call on Monday saying my screen was in he fixed it in 45 minutes. Customer Service was great on the phone and in person. I will be going back for any electronic repairs. Again thank you Wireless RX staff.

You may spend a little more but you get a better product with warranty than the fly by night repair shops in the Mall..... you get what you pay for.....Originally shopped others on price and used one of the fly by night Kiosks in the Mall to Replace my daughters iPhone Screen. 3 months later the screen was pulling apart and the kiosk repair place would not back their repair. I went to another place on Sawmill first for a charging issue with my Google Pixel 2. They cleaned the port but it still was having the same issue. The service tech advised me not to pursue getting my phone fixed there because he thought his boss overcharged people for services. The tech advised me to go to Wireless RX because they do the job right and at a fair price. So, I went. The tech was right. Wireless RX did a much better job cleaning the charging port, my phone now works great, and Wireless RX didnt charge me a thing!

Explained the issue, returned in about an hour, and all was done and phone is working great.So about a month later I brought another phone in for repair. Again greeted by a friendly and helpful person. And they again took excellent care and I’m back up and running. I highly recommend this repair shop.

I was so sad when I dropped my phone in a parking lot and it shattered. I called 5 different places and they all said they did not have the proper parts to fix it but I called Wireless Rx and asked if they could fix my samsung galaxy a20 screen, and they ordered and had the parts ready the next day! Had an issue with my laptop and brought it in to get fixed with the recommendation and referral from Geek Squad at Best Buy. They were very informative by giving updates about the repair throughout the week. The laptop was fixed within a week without any residual issues.

My son shattered the screen on his school iPad (no screen cover!). Brought it to Wireless Rx and they explained that it was only the top screen that was damaged and the LCD screen underneath appeared to be undamaged. GREAT NEWS! The iPad is about 3 years old and we really didnt want to buy a new one for just his senior year. Cost to replace the screen was only $129. We were expecting $200-$250. They suggested a tempered glass screen cover and for only $29 it was a no brainer. They completed the repairs the SAME DAY! His iPad looks and works great. Excellent work. Excellent service. These guys took care of me - I had a broken charging port. I decided to have them switch out the battery while they were in there so that I can get better life out of my 3 year old phone. Its operating faster and holding a charge! Cost effective compared to new phone. Please know that they dont always stock the replacement parts. They needed two deliveries to arrive before the work could be completed. It took longer then expected but I am satisfied knowing that the job was thoroughly and properly done. These guys know their stuff.
