Up sold me a screen coating guaranteed not to allow scratches, that THEY APPLIED. Not only did it still scratch, which they said wouldnt happen, but they cant honour the warranty because the company that sells it wont honour it without a registration . The process is obviously designed to reduce claims that they know will come.$400 down the tubes. Thanks for nothing.

Never thought Id need the services of a place like this - always superbly careful with my devices. Then I had kids.Have now repaired two devices with broken screens at this location. A 2nd Gen iPad air with cracked glass, and a Samsung Note 8 with a shattered glass and non-functional LCD panel. Both devices are as good as new. Screens are beautiful. I was a heavy skeptic of repair places until I was forced to use one. This location is great. Quick service (under 3 hours) and friendly crew.

Most of these phone fix places are about the same. Rarely do you see them with much more than three stars. I now understand why this company does so well. Its a well-oiled machine with great customer service. I had no clue that the issue I was having with my phone was under the manufacturers warranty but the guy at the counter knew that immediately. He also repaired an additional damage part for a respectable fee. If you need something repaired, I would highly recommend?

This was supposed to be a warranty repair if a cracked screen, but the tech realized almost immediately that I had only cracked my glass screen protector. I appreciated them being honest and they were SUPER professional. I will be back and I will refer others.

I dropped my husbands phone off on Monday afternoon. It needed a front and back screen replacement. They said 1 to 2 days for the back screen to be shipped to them. Ok great! The associate was super polite and friendly. My husband called today(Thursday)to check on it and they said they were finishing it up and waiting on a check ✔ from Samsung. Its about a 40 minute drive for us so we didnt want to head down and not be able to pick up. So we sat tight and at 530pm we got a text that the phone was ready! A business you can trust!! My iPhone screen randomly stopped working and went black in the middle of me using it. I had no idea what to do so I brought it here. The gentleman who helped me told me I should go to my service provider to first check if I had the phone insured as my provider could then cover the repair expense or even send me a replacement for free. I didn’t think to do this first as I just assumed a repair shop would be cheaper. Turns out my phone was insured and my provider ended up sending me a replacement free of charge. This shop could have just taken my money and fixed my phone without giving me the advice of checking with my provider first but they were ethical and honest and chose to save me money even if it meant they wouldn’t get any. I think it’s easy to worry about if a place is going to rip you off when it comes to these things but these people are HONEST and will give you the best advice!! Ethical and helpful business. I received fabulous service from Zach; he went out of his way to assist me. I was a difficult customer and I was quite unhappy with the Asurion plan. The call center for Asurion was giving me the run around (I made multiple calls and was on hold for 20 minutes, only to get told that who I was speaking to couldnt help and then be put on hold again). Zach was able to assist me in getting it taken care of.Additionally, the repair they performed on my phone was quick and affordable.To the owner, Zach is the reason I will send people your way, but I will be sure to also tell people to do a hard pass on Asurion.

2 years ago they fixed the screen on my Pixel 2 and I still have it, they did a great job.

Outstanding service. They will check out your phone for free. While I was there, they agreed to fix several other customers phones for about $100, which is much less than I expected. I would never hesitate to trust them to service a phone. He said it would cost more than the price of a similar new phone to fix my ancient cell-phone. Very honest. And he gave me free advice on purchasing a new one.

I dropped my Surface Pro 7 and badly shattered the screen. I brought it in and they quickly assessed the damage. They let me know that they could replace the screen, but since the frame also bent when I dropped it, they wouldnt be able to get the screen to lay perfectly flat in one corner. I appreciated that they were honest and gave me realistic expectations. They had originally estimated that the screen would take two days to repair, but it ended up taking an additional week beyond that as they manufacturer they first ordered from sent the wrong screen and they had to re-order it. Overall, Im happy with my experience, but know that if they have to order something in for your device, it may take longer than expected to fix it.

They replaced the screen and battery on my Moms IPAD. They were willing to give me a quote, something that Microcenter and Apple would not do. The best thing is, I didnt have to fix it myself! That is a terrible repair to do.

Was just in there to get my phone screen fixed and the guy lied and stated because I had a scratch on the back that my insurance will not allow it to be fixed. I immediately called my insurance company and they stated that he is lying and that they allow phones to be fixed even with a crack on the back. He was Qful at knowing how insurance works and really just wanted to be lazy. Worst repair shop ever!

I was blown away by how easy and affordable the repairs to my chromebook were (it’s hard to beat free!).They explained everything to me and we even tried to troubleshoot and do everything we could to fix the problem without needing to leave it for service. I ended up having to leave my laptop for further diagnostics, but within a couple of hours they texted me that my repair was done. I arrived to pick up my laptop, and not only was it fixed (condensation inside the screen), but the service was free! I would highly recommend this place for any technology repairs.

I previously had a screen replacement done before at this location. This time I was in need of a battery replacement for a Pixel 2 and schedule an appointment several days in advance for 3pm (this location was scheduled to close at 7pm). I arrive at the location (on time) and was prepared to leave my phone and return before the close of business. I was told that they have all the necessary parts in stock but would not be able to complete the repair tonight. I reminded the person working the counter that I scheduled the appointment in advance; he said that they are a walk-in business and that the appointments wont really count for anything. I advised that I could afford to be without my phone for a few hours but not overnight. His first options was to return when they open tomorrow (middle of my business day & not going fit into my schedule). I inquired about another location which does have the battery in stock & capacity to repair the device today but was nearly 20 miles out of my way (one-way). This made my decision very easy. Go to Batteries Plus and wait the 24 hours for them to same day the battery to their store and get my business.

I received outstanding service from Greg and his team at the Bethel Rd. Columbus branch. They took their time explaining to me the service they performed on my computer and put it in terms I understood. From beginning to end this was a very positive experience.

I ride a bicycle for transportation so when I saw you guys offered a service to come to me and fix my phone I was stoked. Yesterday I scheduled an appointment for today between 9 and 11. I woke up early on my day off and waited two hours and never got a call from anyone that they were on their way like the email indicated. The email prompted me to call the Columbus uBreakiFix so I did. I spoke with a guy named Gregory who told me Asurion did the mobile services which I found strange bc this wasnt an insurance claim. He told me to call Asurion so I did. The automated system kept asking me for a Verizon PIN but I have T-Mobile. I called Gregory back and he finally looked up my name and info and said Oh it is through us! Its this new thing were doing sorry I havent had one of these yet. He told me he didnt know what to do so he gave me the number to their dispatcher for the mobile jobs. I called that number and it went to a voicemail recording for a guy named Jason. The recording said he doesnt have a voicemail set up and directed me to call the Columbus uBreakiFix. So I called Gregory back again. He gave me the number to corporate. I called corporate and someone I spoke with basically told me that the website said they do mobile repairs but its new and they sort of do it but they dont. He refunded me my $30 but my phone is still broken. So now Ive wasted my time and still have a broken phone. No one is going to offer me a discount on services or at the very least reschedule my appointment? This is absurd.

Absolutely great experience. Quality of repair is great. Person at counter was very professional especially on dealing with a situation that could have gone very badly with previous couple of customers (someone cutting in line in front of two other people). Highly recommend!

They fixed my phone in just a couple of hours, replaced my broken screen, replaced my battery, cleaned up my phone, & returned it to me 100% charged up. My husband had brought our old wii system here so our son could play games on it again, & they were very happy with the results, reasonable price, & quick timeframe to fix it. I came for a laptop battery replacement on December 16th and as of Jan 2nd it will still be a week until the repair is completed. I couldn’t pick up my laptop I repaired because they had sent it to a repair facility out of state (I do not recall confirming this and would have said no if there wasn’t a guarantee I could get it back by the end of the year). I had to move out of state for college in this time so I am without my laptop. I understand that the holidays can be a busy time but the long repair time is disappointing. They won’t ship my laptop to me, so I have to have my parents pick it up and overnight it at my expense. Overall disappointed with the service compared to the reviews.
