Co-Owner, Mike Wallace, is extremely unprofessional and it’s because of that I wouldn’t recommend Sandy Run Garage to ANYONE! He has had my sons car since Feb./2021. And as of today, 08/27/2021, he still has it! The tow to the shop was done with no issues. However, since being diagnosed that it needed a new engine, we have paid for services that has yet to be rendered! I’m reviewing my legal options now. I will follow up with this review WHEN (IF) we get the car back, until then, PLEASE RUN!!!!

Best tow service ever! Reasonable price. Nice people. Very prompt and honest. We broke down between Canada and Florida but their helpfulness blessed us in so many ways.

They never show up or call me back to tell me that they couldnt come to assist me . He promised that he was going to help me. I was waiting for a long time on the towing service. Ive used Sandy Run before never had a problem until now. I was very disappointed

I got in a wreck driving my rental car and they were the company that towed my car. First they said I could come get my belongings then they said I couldn’t. When I finally got my belongings everything of value was missing including identification and money. These people will steal from you.

I had my car towed here on September 3rd to have a motor put in, and here it is now October 3rd and I still don’t have my vehicle. I will never do business with these ppl again. I can see me taking them to court in the very near future.

I have never used them before but I doubt I would use a company who is okay with endangering other peoples lives. Weaving in and out of traffic and riding on cars bumpers with a tow truck is never safe in my opinion. I actually screamed at one point because I thought he was going to hit a car. If I could have called and reported the exact truck then I would have but that is how fast the truck was going. Very very unsafe!!!

Was given the run around about a tow for over a week. Very unprofessional and serious lack of communication skills. Was called “ungrateful “ after my car was impounded because of them not picking the car up in a timely manner. Would not recommend.

Called and asked for a quote and guy tells me i would be best to get someone on to garners ferry to help me because hes on north main. Great customer service guy. Why have 8-2 hours as operation today if your guys dont want to work. Guess i shouldve really looked at these reviews and trusted them.

One thing I know about Sandy Run Tire & Towings customer service, products, goes the extra mile to assist all clients, honors all warranties &in many cases extends favor without extra charge. Chuck is the most fair minded man I have ever met. He & his excellent staff perform fast, friendly service with a smile. There is no foul language used as mentioned in a previous review, have no idea where there people were, but not at Sandy Run Tire & Towing. Dont take my word, I may show favor since the owner is my favorite son-in-law, come in, check them out, buy some tires, align or balance your tires, need mechanical work, they can handle that, also excellent towing service. Horrible Experience. They lie to you about the price and they steal things out of your car. My expensive Apple headphones, luxury purse, and Jordan’s were stolen out of my car. They are very unprofessional and liars. DONT EVER GO TO THIS PLACE!

Do not use this company!!!Sandy run Towing was called by the city of Columbia Police Department to tow my car out of the road. They then towed my car to Camden South Carolina. While unloading my car improperly damaged my front fender by sliding it off of the back of the rollback instead of setting it down and rolling it off. Then the driver proceeded to push my car with the back of the rollback and hit a parked car. When the owner was called he stated that it was collateral damage and that he would not repair my car. These people are very unprofessional and have no idea on how to tow a car. They are Crooks and will rip you off any chance they get. Do not do business with this company.

Need a short notice tow. They sent someone right over (big guy, buzz cut). He used a cheaper tow truck because he could with my car so I wasnt charged as much. He gave me a ride back to my house. Great professional and cares about customers, would recommend for towing and I will use again (if needed, but hopefully not)!

Fences wide open, no security, and found my van unlocked with windows wide open in the rain.

Between alternator, tires burned to the rim, or whatever crazy car stuff I bring they work fast and make jokes while I wait. Nice guys who know what theyre doing!

If possible i would have gave them no stars. First they towe my car lastnight. Broke my bumper and when we were trying to talk to them they ran up on me and boyfriend like they were going to jump us. N then this older white man was calling my boyfriend a stupid N***er. Very disrespectful and racist. Will never use them again

The person who drives their truck cut me off in traffic. Traffic was stopped, I was keeping the emergency intersection in front of a fire department open. They drove in the median and then pulled in front of me and blocked the intersection. I wouldnt trust them to tow my car properly if they drive so inconsiderately.

WARNING!!!!Tried to rip me off...but good towing company really good pricing on towing but DONT USE THEIR SHOP!! They said one thing was wrong about my vehicle and then the next never got back to me. The second day i went over to talk with them and my car wasnt being worked on.....they said it wasnt what they thought was wrong and needed a break from my car. I ended up fixing my OWN VEHICLE...AT THEIR GARAGE in 5 minutes after doing some research. Then proceeded to charge over 400 DOLLARS FOR NOT EVEN FIXING MY CAR!!! AND THEY TRIED TO PUT IT BACK TOGETHER AND MESSED UP MY INTERIOR AND GLASS AND PAINT!!!! Dont use their auto shop......not worth the hassle and damages to your vehicle. Towing section is great and friendly though.

Do not buy tires from them! Sold me some jacked up tires. Said they had a seven day warranty. I tried over 4× in Those seven days to get the issue resolved. They kept saying your tires havent came in yet. Then on day 8 they said your warranty up. The guy named Chuck has no people skills tried to talk to me any Kinda Way on day 8. Dont believe anything they say unless you get it in writing!

Someone driving a red truck with this logo on it almost hit my van on the side where my 8 yr old son was sitting. They were weaving through traffic cutting people off. I had to slam on my brakes because he didn’t actually have room to get over in front of me.
