I called them at 7:15 AM on a Monday morning during rush hours to take my car to the dealership to be serviced. They were there within an hour. The gentleman driving the tow truck was kind and courteous. I would definitely recommend them.

I called AAA, But they refused to get My truck, cause it was stuck in the Mud. I called Roberts, I explained what happened and how the truck was stuck in the Mud. The Guy from Roberts Towing, He came and assessed the problem, attached his Truck and My Truck was pulled out the Mud, in less than 10 minutes. Thank you so much.

Roberts was not the first tow truck dispatched to me. By the time they had me on the phone in tears a simple 3-mile tow had been completely botched by the first company and my roadside assistance company. But they made the situation 100% better. Its not easy to end a call with a sobbing person whos been waiting over 2 hours for a tow on a good note, but they did. And they called back to follow up! Amazing customer service.

My driver’s side rear tire went flat and I needed a tow to the nearest Firestone to get a new one. Geico, my insurance company set up a tow with Roberts Towing and sent me an ETA for an hour later. Initially that was fine because Firestone stated that they could replace my tire today as long as I could get there within the next two hours and the towing company was only about 15 minutes from my house. Needless to say, I never received a text or anything from Roberts tow company stating they were on the way, so I waited until the ETA before reaching out to them to see how far away the tow truck was. It was then that I was informed that they just got the information (even though Geico sent me the confirm receipt and ETA from the tow company) and that the driver should arrive shortly. About 15 minutes later, the tow driver finally arrives. As I walk out to greet the driver, Firestone calls me to check on how far away I am, being that it was almost the cut off time for accepting cars for today. I express that the tow truck was just arriving and that we should definitely make it before 6pm and that’s when the driver hops out without speaking to me and starts looking at my car stating it was going to be a while because he couldn’t tow my car with the truck he was driving being that my rear tire was flat. Why he didn’t come with a flat bed to tow my car is unclear because Geico shared the information about my car. So then the driver goes off to make a call for another truck while I ended up having to cancel on the phone with firestone and set up a new appointment. He said his boss would come with another truck to tow my car but I ended up having to cancel the service all together because of their tardiness and wrong truck. By the time a new truck would have came it would’ve been too late. The driver did not show any type of concern, lacked professionalism, and did not apologize for the inconvenience or my experience with their company. I was highly disappointed and extremely dissatisfied.

Very unpleased my ETA kept changing

I called for battery service. The person who arrived wasn’t wearing a mask and after asking him to do so and giving him one because he didn’t even have one, I had to deal with an arrogant tirade about how they don’t do anything and other nonsense about how hospitals say everyone who dies had Covid even when they didn’t, etc. When I asked where he got this info he said he was a Trump supporter. I said it was wrong; he then cancelled my appointment, got in his truck, and left me without help. Worst service I have ever experienced. I only put one star because there wasn’t a lesser option.

If you are in need of a tow Roberts towing is a great company to use. I was stranded and Verizon roadside assistance told me another company would be there in 1.5 hours. After waiting 2hrs I calked back and they said your new tow company is on the way. 15 minutes later I was sitting i the air conditioned cab of a Roberts Towing truck. They offer fast reliable service. The driver was a great guy that I had a funny and intelligent conversation with that took my mind off of my car troubles. I highly recommend their company!

Towed my corvette and was as gentle with it as I would have been. Assured me that everything would be ok.

I used Roberts as part of an emergency roadside service through AARP. I wont go into detail about dealing with AARP, but Roberts Towing was a pleasure to deal with. Very courteous on the phone and in person, and was even 15 minutes EARLY. I have their number saved and would use them again ant day.

There are no pictures of the company since it is just a small steel building among a bunch of house trailers. Rude, lied about appointment times, had to call the police for a civil escort to get to our car. What a rotten bunch of folks. Stay away. Need a tow? Try Murphys towing. I have had good experience with them.

I drive from Augusta to NE Columbia daily for work, yesterday I had a tire blow out on my way home after a long day of work, the local repair shops were all too busy to help out. The driver Jesse done everything in his capability to help me out and was so very concerned about my safety and well being. I just want Roberts Towing to know you have a very good employee. Hard to find people who care and take pride in there work.

I was stuck on the side of the interstate with my son, worried to death because my car overheated and it was getting dark. I called my insurance company since I had roadside assistance. They told me the ETA would be an hour. I swear the nice gentleman was there in less than 20 minutes. My son was asking a lot of questions and he was so nice to explain everything. Thank you so much for helping us!

About an hour later, your truck pulled up and a great driver called Bull Dog jumped out and rescued this lady in car distress. I could not have been happier and felt more secure and safe with him, and the overall superb service your business gave me. The driver that came to see about my car was rude and downright nasty. He pulled up and never said Hello. And wouldnt tow my car or speak to my insurance company about getting it towed after they wanted to talk to him. The lady from my insurance company heard him and said she would tell her boss not to use them again!!

They will tow your car at 4 am on a Saturday but are closed on the wknd....So no way to get your car back til Monday. Thats not right!!!! Thats bad business

This is a bit of a strange group of people. the chick that answers the phone is a bit rude and well nasty but none the less they towed my car and didnt damage it and took it where it needed to be taken but geez, you really dont have to be so nasty!!!!!

Known to purposely spam the Highway Department with calls to pick up cars earlier than scheduled. Charged exorbitant fees for a pickup less than six miles; had to contact the Highway Department to get them to drop the fee. Was extremely rude on the phone and at their place of business.
