I got a flat while doordashing around 9pm one night. I called 3 companies before calling County Towing, and I’m glad I did.Little bit of a wait time, but what tow company doesn’t?The guy who showed up (I feel bad I didn’t catch his name) did an amazing job. He showed up, accessed my tire issue, and told me two of my lug nuts were stripped. Instead of just towing me and leaving me with a tire full of bad lug nuts at my house, he did his best to get them off without breaking them and successfully achieved his goal. He then put my spare on, making sure it was all good and set to get me home ( a mere 7 miles but it made me feel safer that he checked)He went above and beyond in caring about the extra money I may have had to spend on repairs and that was just awesome, and made my rough night better, as I had my wife with me as well as my brother.Amazing company, 10/10 will use again, already have them saved in my phone for the next time I need a Tow/ or any service they off!

We had a previous tow company refuse to tow my truck which is an all wheel drive. The company left us stranded. This company was AWESOME the tech was amazing and super helpful and ON TIME.

This service and driver were excellent. I highly recommend them in the irmo/lex areas very professional amd nice.
