Pick my truck up and me took me to Nuttall got tire fixed

The tow truck driver was great. He first took me to the place where I regularly go. They couldnt help me. They told me that I had to take my old F-150 to the dealership. Anyway, to make a long story short, I called this towing company again to have him take my vehicle back home. Nonetheless, on the way there, he suggested that I drop it off at Mechlins, a friend of his, and if Roy could not take care of my problem that he would carry my vehicle the rest of the way home without additional charges. And Roy took care of my problem overnight and for only $180.00. Most friendly tow truck driver I have ever ran into in my life.

I needed to towed a car to a mechanic and it was done very fast. The driver was really kind and very helpful. Also very honest. Which is hard to find, specially for a woman. Thank you very much.

I got home late from work to find someone in my parking space. Upon calling the number given to tenants of the company contracted to do the towing, I was given the name, not the number or any contact information, the name of two subcontractors that they work with. Elgins was the only one of the three companies Ive interacted with who seemed to even be awake and willing to do their job, let alone exhibit any kind of professionalism. They havent even freed my spot yet, but Im so happy to have any kind of resolve that I had to put in a review immediately. I wont even bother jumping through loops next time; Ill just start with them.

I was stuck in a golf cart with 2 babies and I called this company and not only did he show up in the time frame he gave me he was very nice. If I ever need another tow job Ill certainly use them again and recommend anyone close to the area use them, too! Thanks so much!
