First off Id like to start with saying what an amazing experience this was! They were very responsive and quick to dispatch! They have good prices for the services they provide. Towed and placed my vehicle without a scratch to exactly where I wanted it. Great customer service, the people on the other line were very friendly and patient with me. As I was having a hard time, they actually offered me a ride to my destination and kept a good conversation going. Appreciate the help and services! Express Towing did a terrific job towing my vehicle on two separate occasions, first from the middle of nowhere and then a local haul . Prompt and professional, the driver ensured my stranded family and I had a ride home. I had to have them move my car to a different mechanic after they had already dropped off my vehicle and they were very flexible and easy to work with. I hope I never need their services again, but if I do, I will certainly use them again! I highly recommend Express Towing!

Not even a customer or utilized any service of theirs, however had a very rude experience with an employee while he was driving his tow truck. I guess I was in his way or wasn’t moving fast enough & he yelled something out of his truck. Not 100% what he said but I know it wasn’t anything nice. Called to make a complaint which I never do and the OWNER or whoever answered the phone claiming to be, was even more rude with a smart attitude about it. Horrible customer service and not even a customer which says a lot! 0 stars if I could.

Learned a very valuable lesson today about parking illegally and having my vehicle impounded, but, I was treated with the upmost respect, I didn’t mind paying for my mistake because it was definitely my fault. Express Towing essentially extorted me today. They had my car on the lift within 5 minutes of me parking at a Waffle House. They demanded $280 dollars in cash to take it off. I didnt have that much cash on me at the time. The couple driving the truck said they were going to charge me an additional $150 if I were to make them wait any longer to obtain the cash. They then took my car to an unknown location because I couldnt pay immediately. My vehicle was not taken to the lot where they said it would be kept; Im quite sure they only took it around the block! While I admittedly parked in the wrong place, Express Towing made me pay a lot of money, and they didnt even treat my vehicle legally! The police are now involved, exposing these people for their nasty tactics.

Nasty & Rude...highly unprofessional!! The couple is beyond rude especially the lady, 280$ for a parking with no signs or knowledge of illegal not to mention my vehicle had to be picked up by another company to get home after being lifted while in park with the handbrake active! These people are money hungry and will watch you park just to pick your car up is how they make their money!

This company will have no problem stealing your car & holding it hostage/ for ransom. Steer clear of these thieves if at all possible.

I got my vehicle towed a couple of miles to a shop to get some engine work done. The owner was the one who towed me after after speaking to him on the ride over I noticed that he was very funny, respectful, truthful (kept it real) and just simple a good person. People like that are hard to come by these days. He also gave me some free air freshener that smell really good! I would definitely recommend Express towing!!

I was involved in an accident. I requested to be towed by express towing. The gentleman with the beard arrived quickly and towed my damaged car to the body shop. He also gave me a ride as long as I had a mask. He handled my car with care and even put in a nice air freshener. Will be using express towing again. The charge was reasonable for such a quick tow.

Beware: If these guys get a hold of your car youll never find it or get it back. When I called them, they denied having my car. I went there and saw it sitting behind their fenced in yard. Price gouged me to get it back.

$275 for a tow because a car was parked illegally is highway robbery. Plus the fact that my son arrived at his vehicle before it was towed. He was told he could pay $300 cash or $275 to pick it up at the yard. Charging college students these outrageous fees is ridiculous. Not the way to run a business. And yes we own two business. I would hate to see what the charge is for a true tow.

Just wanted to speak of Scott and his professionalism. He went above and beyond to help us and out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. He is one of the kindest, most helpful gentlemen I have met. It is obvious that he truly cares about his job and his customers.

I had an interesting job I needed done quickly, moving a 3400lb commercial smoker a short ways, and most importantly, up onto a loading dock for permanent placement. I had equipment lined up to do this and it fell through on Friday afternoon. As a last-ditch effort, I called a few tow companies, and Express was quick to accommodate. Scott with Express showed up less than 20 minutes after I initially called and had the job done in about 15 minutes after that. He was extremely professional and careful in his handling of our expensive equipment and the price was less than expected. This is my first experience with Express Towing, but I know who we will call in the future. Thank you Scott and Express!

Company was friendly and got to me pretty quickly when my car broke down. However I asked them to take it to a mechanic that they recommend to work on my car and they took it to a place that doesn’t do engine work. So I had to pay the original $74 tow charge, the evaluation fee at the place that doesn’t do engine work and Express Towing wouldn’t work with me any more than taking $10 off the second tow fee. So I called another tow company that was cheaper. I don’t think that is a good policy of taking care of customers and doing them right.

The owner lied about charging me $70 to tow my car 5 miles. He actually charged me $94. The tow operator was very nice though too bad he works for a bad owner.

Scott is THE BEST!!!! I wont go into the details but we had a very very unusual towing need today and Scott got to us super fast. He was incredibly kind and professional. Owner was very rude and disrespectful I went to get stuff out my car and he told me beauty queen you need to hurry up Im ready to go and its about to rain your about not to be able to get it at all. The services, response, and handling were very comfortable towards myself as well as my property. I saw one of the reviews on here and I was shocked.... until I viewed the rest of the reviews that particular individual left for other businesses. Some people will find that the stink they are experiencing from so many businesses is coming from the bottom of their own shoes and they will never escape the stink because they carry the stink them. The services from Express Towing was most comfortable and unlike any other tow truck experience I have delt with in my 23 years of unfortunate situations.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My vehicle was towed by Express Towing due to a collision. While on my way to the hospital by ambulance the state trooper had Express Towing remove my heavily damaged vehicle. I called twice over the weekend to get into my vehicle and no one answered or returned my messages. When I was finally able to access my vehicle multiple items were STOLEN and all storage areas gone through.

The person that my husband spoke with at this company was very rude. The price to tow a bike of ours was ridiculous and he will not allow us to look at the bike without paying first. He then proceeds to ask us what my husband does for a living WHICH IS REALLY NONE OF HIS BUSINESS but my husband is disabled. He was very rude to my husband not even knowing my husbands disability at all. My husband worked all his life until he fell off a roof and became disabled due to his injuries...NO HE DOESNT LIVE OFF OF YOU...HE IS GETTING WHAT HE HAS PAID ITS CALLED SOCIAL SECURITY. GOD DONT LIKE UGLY AND KARMA BOY OH BOY WOULD LOVE TO SEE KARMA DO WHAT IT DOES BEST! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY!
