Provided the same estimate of other tow businesses when I called around, but went with these guys because of their friendly phone customer service.The tow driver was quick to arrive and was incredibly nice, even tried to diagnose the issue to see if we needed the car sent in. He sat with us to test different ideas; we came to the conclusion that my car’s antitheft system had been engaged and only dealerships are able to reset the system? Anyways, I’m incredibly happy with the service that I was eager to leave a positive review. Wish I had got the driver’s name for a shout out!

I would recommend anyone to contact tiger towing for even the simple mistake of getting locked outside their car! The man that came to my location came quickly and was super nice. He noticed that my car was unlocked, but my door handle was broken preventing me from getting back into my car. He used his tools to open my door a little and open the door from the inside. Ended up popping one of my tires today, and when I went to put on the spare it was flat as well. I called Tiger Towing and a driver got to me very quickly, and filled up my spare. He also helped me confirm I had the spare on well enough to go on my way. I couldnt recommend them enough, their service is quick, courteous, and dependable.

They were very quick getting out to my car after hitting a deer. We did have a small issue with the oil pan hitting the towing extension (accidents happen especially when towing damaged cars so I wasnt angry at all), but they took care of everything and were super professional about it. I was stranded at the Broadway Walmart and couldnt more but for the life of me. They gave me an estimate of half hour wait and they were early and he figured out but was the linkage iny shifter and actually fixed it for me to get it to the repair garage so I could get it fixed. Really awesome people!

Ive had nothing but good experiences with them when I needed a tow. Drivers were friendly and prompt and generally cheaper than others. However, knocking one star for not truly being 24/7 as advertised. If they are working police detail they wont take other calls and youll need to use someone else.

Thank you Matt Dem for coming out today and getting my Toyota Highlander hybrid jump started! This is twice in two weeks Tiger Towing has come to the rescue. TC and Matt were both great. Had a flat tire and TC responded very quickly. When he couldnt get my spare out from under the truck (because it is really, really old truck) he called Matt to come and help. They finally got it off and the tire changed very quickly. T.C. is the absolute best! I came up to Columbia for a day trip but, to my horror, when I hopped in to go home my car battery was dead. I called a tow company in the area and waited an hour and a half for service. When the guy finally arrived, he couldn’t even jump my car because his truck didn’t fit in the parking garage, and his jump box was useless. He just took my money, half-apologized for not helping, and left.I am so glad I called Tiger next. T.C. arrived in 20 minutes flat. He was easygoing, kind, and he jumped my car without a problem. I didn’t catch the guy’s name but he called to let me know that he was on his way to unlock my car, to wait inside and he’d call me when he got there. I have worked with tiger towing since I was in college, over 25 years ago. Every time I have had a positive experience. The employees are great and with the exception of one time, they have been timely. I would call them if you are locked out, have a flat, or need to be pulled out of the ditch.

I have used Tiger towing two times to unlock my car when I locked my keys inside. Today my car broke down at a busy intersection and I called Tiger to bail me out once again. Dave, the owner showed up with his truck within 12 minutes of my phone call! He towed the car back to the house and was able to get it into the garage! I just had my car towed today and I am definitely impressed. I was towed by Matthew he arrived in a timely manner and was very knowledgeable and informative in regards to where I could find tires and what some of the deals on tires local businesses had to offer, he was very pleasant.

Had my daughters car towed by Garrison. He was very courteous and friendly. Very good service and will use again if I have to.

Fast and Polite, these guys got my truck towed to the mechanic so I could be back on the road as fast as possible. I called and got a quote to tow my truck, 15 minutes later they were in my driveway, and the truck was loaded up. It cost $80 to across town, because it was dollied, but they said $50 if no dolly. They went straight to the mechanic I wanted and the vehicle was unharmed. This is a great company and worth every penny!
