My car broke down and I had them tow it to Gateway Tire in Columbia with no problems, but Gateway couldn’t provide the services I needed, so I had D&D tow it to Christian Brothers in Spring Hill and I went to their office to pay for both tows. A couple days later, I hadn’t heard anything from Christian Brothers so I called and they said they didn’t have it. Called D&D and they said they dropped it off specifically at that location. Called Christian Brothers back and asked them to look again and they found it in their parking lot with the keys in the cup holder. It had been there for two days unlocked without anyone knowing it was there. So disappointing.

I work with a car lot and they had gotten one of our vehicles. Called them and the guy who answered the phone was professional and even took the time to go check the damage for us. After that he gave us a quote to get it towed here and take care of the bill. Nothing but good to say about them. Thanks again guys!

These guys hauled my car carcass after I totaled it. Nice guys. Loaned me the tools I needed to pry it open to retrieve my personal items and it was easy working with them to release the car to the insurance company. We also use this company for all of our work needs at Bakery Technology.

They towed my car from Franklin tn to hazel green Alabama the driver was awesome he knew what he was doing! I would recommend them to anyone that need help!! Please find a place to store the towing trucks. Residential streets are not the proper place to park. They are taking up have the roads while parked and causing issue while driving.

Rodney and his brother from D&D towed a trailer for us this evening. We lost a wheel on the interstate and they came to our rescue. They professionally loaded, hauled and unloaded the trailer. Rodney took extra care to ensure that no further damage was done to the trailer and made us feel like we were the most important people they have ever helped. I would highly recommend them.

They towed my truck from Franklin Tennessee to hazel green Alabama they were awesome in helping me and the prices are reasonable and very fair the driver was awesome he knew what he was going and even helped get the trailer to safer spot until my husband was able to get the trailer!! I would recommend them to anyone that was in a mess up situation!!

If I didnt need to give a star to rate this place believe me this man rude very unhelpful guy would get a million zeros from me. Oh also he does have a dog in his office just making that clear because if anyone is allergic. My daughter is very bad allergic to dogs and he let that dog stay around her he just put it on a long leash.

I have roadside assistance thru Geico. Geico scheduled this tow for us. A man and woman from D&D showed up in a regular pickup truck, not a tow truck. The man said his son sent him to change a tire. We had the lug nut key however the man wanted a Allen wrench. Obviously we expected the tow company to have the tools. He then said he has to call his son. So then he comes back and says that his son said we didn’t have an Allen wrench that he will have to send a tow truck that was ordered in the beginning. Very unprofessional. We ended up having to call Geico back and rescheduling for a Real tow company

Broke down in Columbia at 9 on a Saturday night. A truck was dispatched within 30 minutes. Driver was very professional, clean late model equipment. Fee charged was fair. Couldnt ask for better service.
