I was making a purchase at OReilly Auto Parts, you know, just standing in line. Patiently waiting my turn to swipe my card. It was hectic in OReillys that evening. I was just trying to get in and out... But I tell you what, the two ladies behind that counter handled this phone call professionally. I could hear this woman on OReillys phone raising hell. She was looking for a steering gear. Uhm... Primo Auto Sales Representative, what is a steering gear? Mind you, I heard this representative at a parts store, across town, through a phone. Their representatives are naive and disrespectful. I have never been here and would not recommend a purchase.

The worst customer service ever. They had my car over a month and a half. I had applied for an acima loan and by the time I got it the loans had expired and they had the audacity to charge me 79.80 for my car after letting it sit for a month and a half. If I could give a lower rating I would.

Unless you want to waste time unnecessarily or burn cash

The staff at Primo are awesome. The mechanic was very thorough and able to solve an issue with my vehicle that the dealership could not. The front office was helpful and thoughtful about keeping the cost of the repair respectable. They can get busy so be patient and it will be worth your time and money.

We have had really good service at Primo Auto and Sales. Initially we used them on a recommendation for a truck that belongs to our school band. They cared for and fixed a truck that was over 25 yrs old. Then we came back and took my moms vehicle in and our vehicles in as well. We have been pleased each time.Their prices are fair as well. We have lived in Spain, Germany, Delaware, Maryland, Mississippi, Arizona and now South Carolina and it is hard to find a mechanic you trust and we know this, having had to take cars into dealerships, chain stores and privately owned companies. We feel that Primo is honorable and fair in their dealings and have treated us always with respect. We plan to use them in the future and since SC is now our home we feel that we have finally found a good mechanic and auto shop too.

They have great tires and the guys who work on cars are great. The prices never are the same even if you get the same exact service. When asked why there is no answer. The owner is great but is usually not there.

Everyone at this place of business treat you with friendliness and respect. I will definitely go back anytime I need repair work done.

Been here twice and my car always broke down right after. Made me pay to fix something that wasnt the real issue then i had to come back after it broke down again. They Always found some new issue. If they were good at what they do they should have diagnosed and fixed everything the first time. They just never really fixed anything all they did was keep draining my pockets. I can tell they never test drove my car because it literally broke down 10 min after leaving the lot the first time. Nice people but a bunch of wolves in sheeps clothing in my opinion.

I paid them $200 for A BATTERY and for them to basically “run test” then tell me they don’t know what’s wrong with my vehicle. Not to mention, they had it for A WEEK. If I could give a NEGATIVE -5 stars I would!

Never had an issue or been overcharged. Their tires are half price of walmart. You can bring your own parts and they only charge labor. Recommended.

Took my 16 mustang gt to have a tire patched. Rims were scratched and chipped during the process. I was told by the owner that he would take care of it. Long story short he would never return my calls. Would not recommend.

They helped me out when I had a flat tire, even stayed open late to finish the job for me, great people there.

Driving from Tampa to Pennsylvania. Old mechanic did not do his job right. Got sent to primo. And was the best stop om this trip. These guys kmow what there doing. I willbe bringing the chevy van back on every tripto get something new fixed. Told it will need new spindles. Ill be back to have Jay do that along with a dual exhaust system.

Never ever bring your car to this place !!! They will add more problems to your car and be nasty with you . They got a mechanic from PRECISION on two notch and he is very nasty. The new receptionist is worse,(white woman)!! She doesnt care about any customer . The genuine people in there are no longer there . Except MR MARK! and if u can get the owner Mr Claude then u are good but please find a better mechanic who wont mess up your car.brought a broken window to be fixed , in a week it broke, it was fixed because i came to meet Claude the owner, this time Claude wasnt here and even with warranty these people were nasty and refused to fix the car till i called the police ! Please stay away from primo if the white lady receptionist and white man mechanic from precision is there .and my car would not even start and never had that problem.glad u are not a psychic because u dont even have sense than a brain full of cigarettes smoke. Stop lying!! The police were highly disappointed on how u treat your customer. Unfortunately your boss got to deal with you because good people with good customer service are hard to find. That customer who brought her car and you broke the door was disappointed with how u lied . YOUR CUP WILL BE FILLED SOON!
