My battery went bad and wouldn’t start and I didn’t have the money for a tow but they came out and jumped me off and helped me get to the Advanced store so I could get a new battery. Rodney was there within 5 minutes and made sure I made it safely. I highly recommend!!! And also thank you for your help today

Got into a nasty wreck and they were able to come to where I was and tow my car in LESS THAN 15 MINUTES. Todd was awesome and very informative about my different options. 30 minutes total time to deal with everything. Hopefully I don’t have to use them again, but 10/10 I would.

Scheduled to have our truck towed to the mechanic. Waited an hour past the scheduled time and still no tow truck. Cant say anything about the quality of their work cause they never showed.Edit: they made it right! All good!

As I waited for County Tow 👈 DO NOT HIRE THEM) who said repeatedly they would show up, after several hours by the roadside I finally gave up on them and called Pro Tow and they came as fast as they could. In fact Rodney the driver got out of the pool to come get me. He was all business and a very good dude to boot. The dispatch was communicating with me the whole time, which was nice. Great job.

I love using pro tow. This time I was greeted by such a nice gentleman. He got my car hoisted promptly and answered any questions I had. I wish I had gotten his name, he’s an older gentleman who wears a long braid. He was very kind and professional which is another reason I’ve been using this company for 8 years.

I was stranded on Harbison Blvd (Irmo, SC) after my radiator blew and sprayed coolant everywhere. I called one towing company that was too busy to serve me, and Pro Tow was their recommended option for me since I couldn’t wait until 5:00 as they said I’d need to. I paid by phone, was told to wait 20-30 minutes, and within that window Marvin showed up and got me squared away quickly. I enjoyed the driver’s company, who drove me and my truck to a mechanic in Chapin. Good guy, good service, as advertised. 👍🏼

Incompetent and rude driver and receptionist. Driver could not properly back into someone’s yard in my neighborhood and blocked the road going both ways while he did it. When I honked at him because he was blocking me from my house, he flipped me off and honked at me, even though his client had asked him to let cars pass by and other cars had already had to turn around. When I called to complain to the company about their rude employees, I got a rude receptionist who told me not to call complaining and “cursing” at her. She then tried to get my phone number for no real reason, instead of just apologizing and saying they would speak to the driver when I had told them exactly where they were located so she knew who the driver was. There are many tow services in Cola, I’d steer clear of these incompetents.

Not a good experience. Tow truck drivers looking to complete jobs quickly but overlooking things like giving the keys to the vehicle to the delivery location is kind of annoying.Id recommend scheduling an appointment late at night for the following day to get better rates, since the same tow 3 weeks ago was cheaper than scheduling it the same day but not giving a specified time that it needed to be completed by other than the end of the day.

The only people that had access to my car for more than roughly 4 hours and they managed to make every single belonging go missing. A speaker and a toolset. Amazing group here. Grab everything in your car as soon as an accident occurs if your going here.
